@HimeHime: I love your video. I already seen those pics but the order you arrange them in the video is very fit. Well, the movement of the pics (and the pics' theme) fit with the song perfectly from gentle sad rhyme to upbeat happy rhyme. Can you tell me what song did you use for the vid? But what I love most are probably those heart poems. So touching ~

When do you think we will see Orihimes feelings in the manga? Or is Kubo hiding it from us on purpose?
I think like Miss Berlitz said "Yammi released into Cero straight after Ulquiorra died" (Arr, I admit that though he's dumb and violence, he's pretty much care for Ulquiorra) and of course there's no way that those guys up on the dome don't feel Yammy's brust of reiatsu (maybe only Orihime because she was too occupied with Ulquiorra's farewell moment) I know that Ichigo might worry for Orihime and feel his guilt at that moment. But he will pretty much be quick to forget when something happens to Rukia. I can say that "I can say that Ichigo cared more for his surrounding rather than his or others' inner feeling." Ichigo might left Orihime to Ishida and go straight to save Rukia. Then at that time we could see Orihime's feeling and Ishida's comforting (but first, please heal Ishida's arm) To me, thought they are rivals, Ishida is pretty much similar as Ulquiorra. Both knows that Ichigo is a restless idiot. Both know that Orihime like Ichigo. Both are calm. Both put Orihime in priority and care for her. Both link to the rain too (as Ishida is the rain of light, Ulquiorra is the rain of dark) Ichigo might not understand what happened for the hand-reach scene, but I think Ishida might. He will talk with Orihime about Ulquiorra and we will know what she's feeling about him.

I love the way you describe how much contrast Orihime and Ulqui has, 'cause it's kinda really true, what with her bubbly, talkative personality and his cold, analytical one

I like how you went from the dark/drama side to the happy/funny side of UlquiHime ~ you described our ship very well.

So far, my most favorite line is

It's so simple, yet full of love/heart meaning for both sides, it's also implied the latest chapter (353/354) for Ulquihime.

I really like that phrase too, fits perfectly with those chapters...and with UlquiHime over all, because they reached out for something material (the hand) and got something immaterial (the heart..speaking of bonds ehehe) they saw what they thought not to be there (for Hime it would be that hollows do indeed have hearts, and for Ulqui was her/his heart and finally believing it exists).

it was like an enlightening and awakening on both their parts, something like a step on further understanding each other, albeit a little bit better, despite the world of difference between them.

Yes yes! They truly understood each other at the end, and I believe it was thanks to Orihime.
Ulquiorra poked and proved yes, but what if Orihime would have broken under the pressure? Certainly she would have feared him in the end and he would have still believed that all that he can see are the only things that exist and continued quietly despairing.
So it was really thanks to Orihime's strong belief of the heart and her friends that Ulquiorra's stoic defenses finally cracke. That really speaks for Orihime's strength as well, maybe not physically (well compared to her supapowa friends that is, she's strong for a human: "karate chop!") but surely of her resolve and faith. Not any human is capable of that.

Orihime needed someone to push her, to question her beliefs, to make her realize that "heck, I'm their friend and the love me, of course they would come for me!" and Ulquiorra needed to be challenged as well, no one dared to change the way he viewed things in life, how utterly pointless it was to have any kind of connections or appreciation of oneself (poor nihilistic Ulqui ) no one but Orihime, his exact opposite. Even Ichigo had a say in this as well (as little as it was) but stubbornly saying things over and over again doesn't work on Ulqui, Orihime's patient, gentle and non coercive demeanor is what convinced him in the end.

They needed each other.

Haha, but I definitely agree with your points. People have brought this up in the past, but it's almost as if KT created Ulquiorra's character specifically for Orihime, so that the both of them could grow and learn from one another.

Despite everything, they bring out the best in each other. Ulquiorra brings out Orihime's inner strength and determination, and Orihime's brings out Ulquiorra's humanity, as steep a term as that might sound.

I also liked how you phrased this:

Ulquiorra's nihilistic outlook on life could not have been changed by any other person besides Orihime. Because her character directly contrasts AND compliments his own.

Of course it makes sense! Everything on them scream opposite: Orihime's relation to the sun and Ulquiorra's to the moon, their beliefs, their looks, their personality (Orihime is so cheerful whereas Ulquiorra even has those tear marks on him ), even how Orihime is surrounded by people that love her (even if at some point she doubts her place with them) and Ulquiorra's solititude (he doesn't have any fracción, and he surely doesn't care what the other espadas think of him does he? -w-).

But then again, these two really opposite characters do in fact compliment each other and fill that missing part that they don't know how to by themselves.
And even being as opposite as they are, they do share some things in common, mainly their dislike of fights (but fighting when needed, though is harder to get Orihime to fight ), their regenerative skills (Hiime pwns Ulqui's butt on this one! ) and now their belief of the heart.

I think I'm rambling because I'm hungry..dammit, I need my lunch! X3

By the way, I just check the website of silanduqiaocui (the one who posted most of hand-draw Ulquihime vids on youtube like Destiny's People, Hekkushun and Please Dance A Waltz With Me) and saw the progress of her Ulquihime vid: Utena - The Revolutional Girl, I'm so happy. Hope she would finish it soon in this month.
