that was just my theory alone, and I didn't say she rejected the whole of HM...

Rejecting an event =/= losing memories. Again, when has she ever lost her memory from healing.

I actually once had the thought, that Orihime might somehow, subconciously even, reject the fights and injuries her Ichigo and co have endured since coming to sav her. Physically, of course, but the memories of what happened would stay with her.
Although atm, I support the "she rejects Ulqui's death" theory, I don't think the "rejecting everything" theory is wrong or stupid.

The FC is having and Ulquihime Tanabata Celebration cos we think it relates to them.
You can enter the contest and design some sort of Ulquihime/Tanabata related artwork - drawings, amv, digital manipulations, fic or something a little out of the ordinary if you've got the talent. If you wanna join, PM Pluvious, but I think more will be explained soon as the celebration kicks off on the 7th June...which is today...for me.

To the second part, of course! I sound like a parrot, but for this contest/event, everyone is welcome to participate, and every kind of submission is welcome, from essays to fanarts to graphics to cupcakes, so long as they have something to do with Tanabata and something to do with UlquiHime. ^^

But just to let you guys know, I will post the entire post containing the complete information pertaining to the event tomorrow. I'm not sure which chapter it is, but in one of the chapters where Orihime is imprisoned in HM, Ulquiorra comes out of her room and meets Nnoitra. Nnoitra then makes a slightly crude joke, relating to 'Hime, which Ulquiorra disregards.
That is how Nnoitra saw it coming.
