How do you think the situation would be different if it had not been Ulquiorra to kidnap and then take care of Orihime?
Then I would hope she would be kidnapped by stark or harribel.
otherwise she maybe traumatized and maybe even beaten up.
stark seems not care so he would just probably lock the door and
stay away. and Harribel seems calm so she probably wouldn't
do anything to harm her.

If Ulquiorra weren't the one to take care of Orihime, would he still act the same as when he made his first appearance or would he still find Orihime curious and worthy of his attention?
He would have been his normal self. I don't think Ulq was interested in
Orihime because she was a curious being. I think he just fell for her
as he saw more of her. he seems very logical and his eyes seem
to be very good at observing. so I doubt human emotions would have
been that interesting to him unless he himself start feeling those emotions..


Why was he so eager to feed her?
what if it was just an excuse for him to visit her again?
I think Ulq would have made all sorts of fake reasons to justify his
visits.lol. and this was such a case.


Assuming that Ulquiorra eats, where would he and Orihime go on their first date out to dinner?
picnic somewhere nice? I don't think it's safe for Ulq to have
dinner in crowded places. old habits might kick in! jokes..
