Mission statement: I hereby commission a new FC, i wish to share the epic music i have found over the years and bring the intensity of this genre to those who might not have ever heard anything like this or who might have never listened to it ever.

Can you post an example of lame techno music so that I know the difference.

Here's one example, i guess what i define as lame some might not understand, i guess it's the simplicity of the beats and just the over all weakness that a generic techno song has.

i started out liking this music until i discovered trance and was like was this crap i was listening to beforehand?

I'd say techno, but i think with trance it has to do with the quality of the sound, and the uniqueness of it. it's kind of hard to define it, and i really don't know well enough.

Zangetsu: Yes, the three artists you posted are among the upper echelon of this genre, i personally think that Envio and Mike shiver are also among their level of greatness, as evidenced from Envio's for you that i posted above and others i will post in time, as for mike shiver i will let you be the judge.

Basically, for many years i've been without a steady connection to this genre, Orlando used to have a maintsream radio dance channel, which overtime and to my intense horror, became a rap channel. It wasnt until years later that i was exposed to the wonder of XM radio, with BPM and The System where i found epic hits like Torrent and others.
