Its a pain in the ass having to go through an 60+ page thread just to find one interview. Im sure people who come looking for them in the future would appreciate the organization. I know I would.

I take it that he means there are "two more arcs that he's mapped out". We know from a previous interview that they're going to be a mini-arc and an Isshin arc, so surely they can't be the last two arcs.

This is manga not anime. Bount=Anime, this short arc will probably be the a school thing to sort of cool donw from all the fight and develop the characters more. of course it's bleach, there will be action too !

Well of course he didn't.

He didn't declare wether Ichigo and Rukia will end up together or not either. Such declarations are dangerous.

Say, you declare Ulquiorra is dead, forever: You lose all your Ulq-fans.
But if you just say "I do not reveal that": the fans will stay on that little glimpse of hope. And they will await for his return to the end of the manga, and you will get your money. Period.

It's willing suspension of disbelief.

Thank you, everybody who was involved, for posting this interesting interview!

I am curious how Kubo will finish the current Arrancar arc. Hopefully the short arc afterwards will also provide some fun. I like dark Bleach but I think after the Arrancar arc there should also be some time to relax and for some humour before the next more serious story launches.

I am glad that Kubo didn`t announce any major development points. It is not only because he wants the fans to discover and explore them themselves, he also wants to keep his options open. I like his flexible approach to his story, that he has a rough idea where to go but is always prepared to adjust it and introduce new ideas. Even IF he isn`t thinking of bringing Ulquiorra back right now, maybe at some time in the future he might change his mind.
