Yeah Ulquiorra draws his sword and the fight with Ichigo begins, it switches to Karakura and Barragan is giving orders since Aizen is behind the wall of fire. Barragan thinks that since there are 4 main pillars used to swap the fake Karakura with the real one that destroying the pillars will force it to change back to normal.
He commands the hollows (his fraccion?) to destroy the pillars but Hisagi and co are there to stop them.
