Next chapter if these spoilers are indeed confirmed will have Aizen finally reveal this was more hypnosis, just look at the way he got caught by Hitsu last chapter.....very UnAizen like, considering he was pacing with Soifon and Lisa seconds earlier.

So now everyone who was bloodied last chapter is shown in the shits, but who did Hitsu stab then?
1. it has to be someone under Aizens hypnosis, cuz anyone else would probably duck ther attack, so i believe its gonna be one of the VCs, who thought it would be a good idea to come and help out....but which VC?

Heres a clue, if hitsu wasnt actually pissed before, hes going to be mortified when he finds out who he just stabbed.
And Shunsui isnt going to be too happy about it either considering hes such a ladies man.

I'd love to switch back to HM now with what you said.. would be a nice twist to the story and would leave suspence in FKT (aslong as they dont leave it more then 3/4/5 chapters. I could easily see what you predict happening

haha you know... if that was the case, following the recent anime arc, it would then explain why aizen didnt actually have to release again to put the others into hypnosis again as well.. he can use it anytime as its HIS power

Aizen vs Unohana
Gin vs Ichigo

This is what I want to see. We already know Ichigo is outclassed against Aizen in every way. So seeing him take on Aizen would be boring. Unohana on the other hand, is the unknown factor, AND she already has developed a sense of something being wrong with his Illusions.. so at this point, she may stand the best chance against him.

Ichigo has already fought Gin once, and lost, so seeing the Rematch would be great. Or, we could do Yama vs Gin, so that Ichigo can keep an eye on Aizen and wait for his opportune attack, but I worry about Gin's safety considering how powerful Yama is if that happens.

Hard to really say what might happen now. There shouldn't be anymore Kamikaze style attacks on Aizen now that they know he's still using KS, but at the same time, if they try to fight him, he WILL win because they're all under his spell except Ichigo, and Ichigo can't beat him.

Maybe it'll just go back to HM for now so we can see Yammy finally go down.
