This I do NOT fully agree with As I said, he has no chance of defeating anyone right now, but I don't think he will fight Aizan right now I think it's more possible that he'll finght someone else, like Wonderweise or Tousen, or even some new guy Aizan is bringing in, frankly, if he DID fight and loose against Aizan? Wat would happen? Aizan would win? That isn't Bleach, if Ichigo is their only hope he will win, unless Aizan suddenly retreats, wich I don't see happening either, I see Ichigo's success tieing in with a new reunion, I see Ichigo and his hollow having ANOTHER battle and Ichigo either winning or his hollow deciding to work together with him for "this one occasion" but I still believe that even after that, even after he gets his power-boost he won't be in a condition to fight Aizan; his reistsu isn't complete yet, AND he still feels bad about the incedent on the dome, this, I believe, is were Rukia comes in, are they going to take a few hours to discuss this in depth? No, probbably not, but I DO think that before the big battle between Ichigo and Aizan, Rukia WILL help pull him out of his depression; she will have a moment with him, it may be as small as a smile and a "Let's win" or something, or it could be as big as the MIMH speech (not that she would in any way repeat it, but I'm talking impact wise) it doesn't matter, the fact is she will pull him out of it in time to fight Aizan On another note, wile I believe that things have to get worse for him before they can get better, I, again, am thinking that someone weaker than Aizan will beat up Ichigo before he gets his butt in gear, because wat's the alternative? If he looses to Aizan will Aizan retreat? Wat would seriously happen given the circumstances? This is just the way I see it

Please understand that this reply is not meant to deal with all of your concerns, because I can't say everything I want to say without going way off-topic. So let's discuss the IchiRuki stuff here and keep the rest to PM's, K?

I don't want to spout crack but let me put Rukia's role in all of this into perspective for you: Remember that Bleach started with Ichigo and Rukia. Remember that their victories come when they work as a team, when they share each other's burdens. Kubo has already said it a million different times in a million different ways in the manga: Rukia does NOT stay on the sidelines when it comes to Ichigo. They fight as a team. Yes, she is only vice-captain level or so now. Does that put the timeline into perspective for you? She will have to become powerful enough to fight Aizen alongside Ichigo before Bleach is over. She is very far from that point, so very extremely far.

Ok, so I have no real proof. But I know how Kubo has done things so far. I know that Rukia plays just as big a role in Bleach as Ichigo does. I know she will not be standing there watching her dear savior fight alone as though she is some sort of damsel in distress, she will always fight by his side. And she will not be a burden. Ichigo and Rukia will share their strength, and they will cover each other's weaknesses.

I also know that Rukia was once intended to be the main protagonist of Bleach, in an early planning phase. So he had to make the traditional loud, reckless shounen hero to take the main spotlight. And so we have Ichigo. But always remember that he changed Ichigo to complement Rukia. Kubo said that specifically. It wasn't the other way around. He made Ichigo to complement her so that they could fight together, as a team.

I believe 100% that Kubo will end Bleach just as he began it: With Ichigo and Rukia. They were made to compliment each other, to fight together, to win together. They were made to overcome their problems together. And whenever one of the two is down, in a situation where they cannot overcome their problems alone, the other will be there to help them, to lift them up no matter how low they've sunk.

This is what I believe Bleach is.

About the chapter, I found Ichigo so damn cute and goofy!!! XD And that fact that he mentioned "To go save Rukia and the others" I love him!! But let me ad this, if what Unohana noticed is the truth then maybe, just maybe Ichigo may have a chance against Aizen, but let me repeat mysel, maybe. We do not know what he has planne, nor Ichigo knows what has happened back there, so we can't expect things, yet. Captain Unohana might be right, but Aizen has lots of tricks, at least I think so.

In other news XD! Thanks to Pikeish for posting my picture in Koto's site. Darling I appreciate it a lot!! Also it's very nice that she even made a gallery just for the exchanges!! She is a sweet heart!!

I finished 90 percent of my college apps so far and am still recovering...so bear with me for now.

Ramb: To celebrate the POCKY DAY LOL

Annie, I adored all the fanart but this one sticks out to me the most because it reminds me of Kaichou wa Maid sama!. I mean, am I the only person that gushed and sang "Hallelujah!" when I noticed where Ichigo's hand was placed? very, very suggestive, but squee-worthy all the same. I never knew Ichigo was such a grabby person.

And oh my word. The calendar...my goodness, I suspect that I might be one of the few that had a total nosebleed when I first saw it. I mean Ichigo and Rukia? On the same bed? And it seems that Rukia is still asleep... Very subtle, Kubo. But then I noticed that there were other people in the spread. Ah well, I love that my eyes automatically honed in on Ichigo and Rukia.

This has been an amazing week so far. It makes me glad that although Ichigo and Rukia aren't together at the moment in the manga, that they are together and sharing a bed! in the spreads and in our hearts.

And I also wanted to drop off the colored version of my cultural exchange contribution. It was colored by Mikaoru, so if you guys see her around and about in the forum, please be sure to rep her lots.

I dont mind it being very big, it gives much more better detail .. I'm not sure what to say that hasn't been said about it. The matching clothes and I'm sure they're wearing the same scarf, just notice how ichigo's goes out of the frame then it looks like it continues towards Rukia. It gives such a nice sense of unity, don't you think?

What I found most interesting how its as if they're on the middle of the crowd, but on the floor where no one sees. Just the two of them like this, it gives you this feeling that bonds like this exist and are possible, they exist somewhere, not exposed to the eye of everyone and yet at the same time among us. <3

For this week chapter no surprise here (although I was hoping for a little Ishihime). Unohana, you are as scary as always and Byakuya, my dear, how can you be so awesome even when you're running away?http://www.onemanga.com/Bleach/382/16/

Also, I'm so afraid for Ichigo, they (kubo) are sending him into a dark dark place, that's for sure. Ichigo, you are lucky to have Rukia in your life cause you are going to need her help pretty soon again and maybe another heart touching speech!

Oh and to the above post, can't you have a little more faith in Ichigo?

Eh? Faith in what? Ichigo beating Aizen? I can't have faith in that. Ichigo is messed up now. Yeah, sure, he's acting dorky now, but from the chapters before with Rukia, it was made clear that something isn't right with him. And if that's not enough, we see a chapter cover of him drowning in despair and volume sketches of his shinigami badge (his very identity) burning. He lost to Aizen in SS, when he was at his most determined and most epic. This was the Ichigo who beat Byakuya. How ironic that it's Byakuya who was saving him against Yammy Aizen, literally, only used a finger to beat him. Maybe this second time around, Ichigo will be a bit better (that's usually the case with him), but I HIGHLY doubt he'll even scratch Aizen. Not seeing his shikai means diddly squat. Aizen is still superior to Ichigo now. Losing to Aizen will further bash Ichigo's ego and pride and will increase his guilt. It's bound to happen, because Ichigo and guilt are practically canon. We saw the beginning of his guilt for what happened atop the dome with his denial and him skirting Rukia's eyes. That's not going to disappear. Kubo didn't do that just for kicks. He did this to show that, mentally, Ichigo isn't prepared to fight. Unohana may heal his physical scars, but she can't heal the emotional ones.

Also, welcome, haha. I hope I don't sound harsh or anything. I just think there's no way he'll beat Aizen. And if I'm wrong, you can rub it in my face all you want
