I believe it says something about the chapter ending when Ichigo dons his Hollow mask (仮面化した所で　完です).

And something like "the last part of the book is, I think, Ichigo's mask grows horns or something but in the front?" (苺の仮面に角みたいなのはえてたけど前あったっけ？), but I'm not sure about it all. I don't want to mislead, but "mask" and "horn(s)" are definitely in there.

As Ichigo got more powerful, his hollow mask started changing appearances too. It was first a plain mask with nothing more than 3 stripes I think right up till Ulquiorra when it was 9 thick stripes...with Hell Knight form, I reckon it's about time for a drastic mask appearance change..

Wow, I really doubt this new mask is a good thing, especially after Ichithing and those Volume #41 sketches of Ichigo's Shinigami badge breaking. And like I said, I'm surprised Ichigo was so inconsiderate as to use it so soon after the dome events; I figured he'd know better.

Wonder what's up with Orihime, and why Kubo is saving her for last. I guess either something big (she's due some character development, after all) or nothing at all, heh.
