Hell yeah, first question. OK, I'm gonna try to answer this sans my rabid tinted glasses I think there is a chance of Nel healing Grimm (by way of licking ) if Grimm refuses to be healed by Unohana or any of the other shinigami's at HM. I think he might be inclined to ask Orihime again, granted there was something that he could possibly use to barter with her (though since Ichigo's alright, I don't think there's anything he could use to force her hand) which would then leave Nel. I think she would heal him, perhaps due to a little compassion, but mostly because her loyalty to Aizen would make her view Grimmjow as a a fellow comrade who needs help, thereby giving her a reason to heal him (and her special healing technique would definitely bring him back to health )

OK, I don't think I made any sense at all and I think my rabid glasses accidently slipped back on

Hmm...I'm not sure what chances there are of her healing him. It depends on how she feels about the way he treated her while she was in her child form. We haven't seen much of her perspective on that. But it would be nice if she were to do that and in turn, she'd see changes in his personality, thus they'd form some sort of bond.

I just hope that someone heals Grimmjow.
