I was watching episode 60 last night, and I noticed when Hitsugaya finds Hinamori "dead" and asks Aizen since when was he and Ichimaru working together, it showed flashbacks of Aizen from past episodes. One shot was Aizen and Hitsugaya on the roof with both Aizen and Hitsugaya wearing scarfs. I know this is from a manga omake, something about Hitsugaya's birthday. But I dont remember that scene ever being in an actual episode, however I DO remember seeing that scene animated. Maybe it was an OVA or something, so you guys can probably help me out.

You are going to have to be a bit more specific then that. That is a very generalized moment. Ever since he has been on the bad side, there are a lot of moments that could fit that. Episode 178 and up is where you will find what you are looking for.
