GAH! How could there not have been a thread for one of the greatest anime out today.

Plot Summary: The Empire of Britannia has invaded Japan using giant robot weapons called Knightmare Frames. Japan is now referred to as Area 11, and its people the 11's. A Britannian who was living in Japan at the time, Lelouch, vowed to his Japanese friend Suzaku that he'd destroy Britannia. Years later, Lelouch is in high school, but regularly skips out of school to go play chess and gamble on himself. One day, he stumbles on terrorists 11's who've stolen a military secret and is caught by a member of the Britannian task force sent after them, who is Suzaku. As the rest of the squad arrives, Suzaku is shot for disobeying orders, while the military secret, a young girl, gives Lelouch the power of Geass, which makes anyone obey any order. While Suzaku is secretly made the pilot of Britannia's brand new prototype Knightmare, Lancelot, Lelouch becomes the masked Zero to lead the rebellion to destroy Britannia once and for all.

Episode 24-25 was just released!! XD spoilers coming.....
]HOLY SCHISE!!!! Just whoaness. When you thought Code Geass couldn't get any bigger!!!! Everything was going perfectly >< then Nunally gets kidnapped and everything goes to hell >< x3 noes! I wanted Cornelia to die!! Die!!!! I don't think she will somehow. She's out of action so it doesn't matter much I guess.

In 24 it showed Darlton under the influence of Geass. I was under the impression that he had been "geassed" like those people controlling the anti-earthquake things in the ground. They just heard the order and they did as Lelouch said. I'm like yay! when the big named Britannians get wiped out but I empathise with the Order of Black Knights when they get killed:cry. Nina is crazy, hope she dies >< suicide bombing with a whole load of sakuradite. Villeta killed Ougi nooo! Well he's not dead yet.

Jeremiah Gottwald is freaky haha x3. He didn't die from being blown up in his Knightmare and he was turned into some freak hax cyborg! C.C. sure took care of him though! XD and ZOMG! C.C. kissed Lelouch!!!:pthe magic moment for all pairings! Lelouch x C.C. is awesome and now its official! RABURABU! XD <3

The finale was crazy though. The drama!!! Suzaku shooting Lelouch's helmet and his identity being exposed to Suzaku and Kallen. I wonder if anyone will die since they both shot at each other at the same time.

I think she was pushing the Orange's machine thing into the sea at the end and the last shot is of the underside of the water looking up so I think that means shes stuck down there. She can't die so spending eternity trapped at the bottom of the sea is a bit of a crappy end for her.
I don't think shes a military experiment because I think she existed long before that. The old fashioned wepons in the flashback suggested shed been "killed" alot of times, like the gulotienne and the iron maiden. I also remember her referring to herself as a witch which suggest thats what people called her back in olden times and tried to burn her. Sucks to be CC ;__;

I don't like Suzaku either. I did at the start but then he got really annoying with his "doing the right thing" attitude. I dont think many people like him to be honest.

I actually quite liked Cornelia towards the end. It was sweet how much she cared for Euphi and she's very badass in her knightmare.

I totally disliked eps 24 and 25, it never developed anything new other than the obvious of suzaku and kallen finding out about lelouch and that in the last 15 mins or so it totally degraded into a screaming contest worthy of DBZ...

I think that Cornelia might just survive or at least fight back half dead or something i think it would be rather interesting. I wonder whos going to take over now. Will it be Schneizel or some new characther? C.C can't be some miltary experiment. She said something like i have always been alone and in the flash back it looked like some medevil times. I think shes some sort of witch/alien thats lived on Earth for years or some quacks experiment thats gone wrong in the past. The thing is theres that other one isn't there that was with Suzaku i don't know her name as if there were a few of them. I don't think any of the main characthers will die just yet they stil need to be their to be honest and suzaku and lelouch will fight each other more.Orange-kun is done and dead at last he well anoyed me but what about his like partner in crime Villetta? I think shes going to be out for some serious revenge. Also will Shirley blab and tell everytone that Lelouch is Zero? Gah theres so much to look forward to.

Ok maybe i did xDI don't think Nunnally is shot, that would be dramatic but odd. I hope it was Kallen shooting Suzaku, his stupid justice logic annoys me TT XD. Those flashbacks were weird, it seemed like a different world. That scene where she jumped into the trench in the middle of fighting was a bit odd. I was under the impression that C.C. sank Jeremiah and is flying still. She can't die at the bottom of the ocean and NOSE! I don't think Shirley will spoil the secret, that would be too boring. Villeta will go around keeling people methinks XD. NINA MUST DIE!!!! RAWR!!!!!!!

The limited edition sold for $55 and came with the soundtrack, the first volume of the manga, the audio drama CD (admittedly in English, but very well done) the original inserts all translated (not sure if they came with normal version), a sketchbook and of course, the two dvds (9 bloody episodes o,o). Compared to $40ish for 2 eps with no dub and no extras? Holy effin' crap o,o

That's a pretty epic deal, to say the least. ^^

Honestly, Geass is very excellently dubbed. I have no complaints with the job done, except tha Bosch was a questionable lelouch. Diethard and Orange have perfect dub voices, and the others are tolerable. It's not a bad localization at all. ^^
