Jigoku Correspondence Website

So I was watching the Jigoku Shoujo Live action and decided to look for the correspondence website myself, cause you know curiosity is a strange thing. I entered a forum post saying that they had found it and they even provided the link:

According to the members in the Forum I entered it really does only appear at midnight. The members there refused to provide anymore information on it, but one thing is for certain, a lot of politics where surely sent to Jigoku. Many members put the names of politics xD.

I really don't know if it works cause I found it today at 2:00pm. Its probably just a joke site but hey, it wont kill you to try x3.

I'm so confused, what IS this? -is so lost- @-@ And that's kinda creepy about setting your Comp time to midnight....but it really works O-o

EDIT: Okay, I've gathered it's some kind of horror live action and this is a secret site for it? Am I close?

it's based on an anime called "Jigoku Shoujo" where a website shows up only at midnight and allows the visitor to make a request to kill a person. Then a girl calls your cell phone and leaves you a creepy message, visits you, etc.
