Rules:

1) If you do not like a pairing DO NOT post in that pairing FC. If you read the fanclub and want to discuss something that was said then sort it out via PM or elsewhere, do NOT go into that fanclub and start a war. Anyone posting in a pairing fanclub that isn't a fan will almost automatically recieve a ban.

2) Try not to discuss other pairings unless it is absolutely necessary.

3) You can discuss other pairings but when others discuss your pairing negatively and you don't like it sort it out through pm, if you break the above rule to start a flame war it's an instant ban.

First post in the IchixHime v2 Second post..thanks a lot ED ( -_-)
So we all know that Ichigo and Orihime will end up together, but how do you picture the ending?Will Ichigo ask her to marry him right before he faces Aizen in the last battle? will be there SS royalty attending the wedding? Will Ichigo hang an over sized poster of Orihime and have a daughter who looks like Karin calling him idiot? Will Ichigo learn to tolerate Hime's cooking? Will their kids hate the fact that they won't miss a day in school because their mom is ready to heal them when sick?

Just thought it would be nice to make such predictions ^^

I made a rather long list how we've been getting Ichigo --> Orihime love lately (on FLOL) so this is a cross post^^


270: Ichigo fights Ulquiorra for Orihime's sake, yelling at Ulquiorra because Ulqui was the one who got Orihime marked as a traitor in SS.

277: Ichigo calls her Inoue like always^^ It's a continued Love Signal :333 He gets jealous that Orihime's with Grimmjow. XD

278: The hott, sexy, and all around delicious "Let go of her" line. :love: Ichigo begins the fight with Grimmjow for Orihime's sake (though we don't know that yet :P ...oh wait, I think I'm getting my guys mixed up...:rotflmao)

279: Ichigo comforts his daugter Nell and Orihime and assures them that he'll win. (I don't think he's ever told another female that he'd for sure win^^) He even tells Grimmjow that they should take the battle elsewhere.

280: Grimmjow denies the fact that Ichigo came for Orihime, informs Ichigo of something wrong internally with her, and Ichigo freaks! XD (the whole time though we know that Grimm is baiting Ichigo into going all out with him) Grimm unleashes his King Cero, Ichigo screams for him to wait (too late, of course) and he steps in to protect his family, finally going Vaizard. ^_^

281: Orihime sees his mask and is afraid (we don't learn the REAL reason why until later), he gives her a soft look, even in Vaizard form, and reassures her that he'll win and end the fight as soon as possible^^ He even goes as far to make sure she'll use her shield to protect herself and Nell.

282: Grimmjow comments on how Ichigo's mask time is greater, and even suggests that Ichigo's able to keep it longer cuz he subconciously wills it from the beginning of the fight (me thinks this directly relates to the fact that Ichigo is fighting for Orihime and Grimm knows it ;) ) Ichigo protects Orihime from the (symbolic) five things Grimmjow launches in her direction, even though she has her sheild up (man, he REALLY wants to make sure she's safe XD). He'd been loosing himself in the fight, but seeing Orihime scared seemed to be a great wake up call, cuz he gets that soft look in his eye again^^

283: Ichigo gets the hell beat out of him since he's so drained from keeping his mask up and hurt from protecting Orihime from the 5 projectiles (I think his fighting spirit was damaged a bit from seeing how he was scaring his girl) ...but then, at the last moment, the girl of his dreams screams his name, and tells him that she doesn't care if he wins, so long as he doesn't keep getting hurt. Ichigo looks at Grimm, apologizes and tells Grimm he CAN'T GET HURT ANYMORE, and then unleashes a devastating attack. With resolve. XDDD Oh, and while it's not Ichigo --> Orihime directly, we learn from Nell's POV that YES, Ichigo had fought Ulquiorra for Orihime's sake.

@silhouette: I LOL'd at all your scenarios, but as much as I would LOVE for it to happen, I don't think Ichigo and Orihime are going to marry at 16 :cool: I would love for him to jus grab her and kiss her, hard, with a "wait for me." before the last battle.

But like I said in the previous version, I would LOVE for "Bleach" to end like with a flashforward to everyone a few years down the road, all (Rukia, Renji, Ishida, Chad, Tatsuki, Urahara, Yoruichi, etc.) meeting at the Kurosaki clinic to welcome Ichigo and Orihime's first born :inlove

Actully, "Maison Ikkoku" (and a more recent story *coughpcough*) did it (flashforward) so it's very plausible that it could happen without us knowing what happened in between :p

How about what first made you like IchiHime? For me it was pretty gradual and I found myself rooting for Orihime. Reading the manga helped as well so many cute and awkward moments were left out. I think final breaker that made me decide would be chapter 237, pretty much made me feel for Orihime. Then Ichigo's reaction was interesting as well. I really want to see this love of Orihime's be concluded with a happy ending.:love

It's when I started to read Bleach and learn how protective Ichigo is towards Orihime. lol~ Actually, I just want to see Orihime happy. It's not that she is my favorite charecter, but I always have a soft spot for this kind of girls, you know. Her look and personality are very typical that most of Japanese boys would like in reality. I think that's why she is Kubo's favorite girl.

As for what made me like IchiHime, it's funny 'cause the pairing I got into at first though I always knew they were in the periphery. The first episode of Bleach that I watched was 93 where Byakuya saved Rukia from the Bounto. It was the first time I saw Ichigo and he was accompanied by Orihime. And they were always together in that episode so I figured well I guess they make a good couple. It wasn't until I started lurking on the IchiHime FC at BF that I got know more about them and then when I read chapter 237 (and also 238) I was totally in love with them. Chapter 237 showed me the depth of Orihime's love. Chapter 238 showed me the depth of Ichigo's despair without Orihime. So that's how I totally got into them.

How I became an IchixHime fan...

It was New Year's Eve, and I was in bed, dying of the flu (well, it felt like I was dying) and I was just flipping through the channels and landed on Adult Swim and the first episode of "Bleach" was on. It looked like a good show, so I watched.

At first, I thought Ichigo and Rukia would be together because he's the male lead and she was the female lead...but then the 2nd episode came on and when Orihime and Ichigo bumped in the hallway, and she was so obviously smitten with him, but not in an obsessive way, I thought "no, I want her to be with him!" And it just kind of escalated from there ^_^

Bleach took me about two years to get into. I thought it was VERY boring. x___x; I watched a few eps here and there. Anyways... I thought it was going to be ichiruki seeing that anime applied it. How I got into Ichihime...

I saw how the characters compliment each other. They are not only visually stunning but their personalties compliment each other. Orihime needs a family and Ichigo's family can more than make up for the lack of that. I can also foresee Orihime bringing that smile back to his face that left him after the death of his mother.

Well, I think I started to like this pairing, during the SS arc, especially after Ichigo's fight with Byakuya when Orihime went to Ichigo, and told him that she was worried about him, and the look he gave her it was so amazing :love.
After that scene I totally believed that Ichihime will happen :)

I also have to say that during the first episodes (I didn't read the manga at that time) I was thinking that IchiRuki is the pairing that most likely will happen but after that scence, like I already said, I became a dedicated IchiHime fan.

Me... let's see... I started watching Bleach back in August 2006 and at first, I wasn't a BIG shipper as I am now. I paired off Ichigo and Rukia together (seeing that they were the main characters at the moment) and didn't really see any romance in it so that was the farthest I went into shipping. Then I began to notice the attention Orihime would give Ichigo and how much she cared for him, I began to like to like Ichigo x Orihime around that time. Suddenly, Rukia is taken and we see Ichigo and friends go off to Soul Society to rescue her! My mind is screaming, "Oh, it'll be IchiRuki! I knew it!" And I see how Ishida cares so much for Orihime while they're together. So instantly, IchiHime flies out the window and at that moment, I became a IshiHime shipper. IshiHime was my first REAL Bleach ship. I loved them together and wanted them to end up together, I didn't care about Ichigo or Rukia or anyone else, but Ishida and Orihime.

So then the SS continues and I notice that Orihime is not responding to Ishida the way she is supposed to! And I say to myself, "What is up with her? Why Orihime!? He likes you!" Then episode 68 (I think?) where Ichigo is fighting with Byakuya and the spirit pressure is so heavy that everyone is almost falling, but not Orihime. She's standing there, with hope and confidence in her eyes as she continues to watch Ichigo battle. When I see Ishida's expression (which to me is saying that he understands who Orihime really has feelings for! He understood and to me, that was soooooooo sweet of him), my heart does a turn and I know, that Ishida and Orihime aren't meant to be and I suddenly see: Ichigo x Orihime, once more. Especially on episode 69 when I saw her saying how worried she was and apologizing to him for not being able to protect him and seeing him looking at her the way he did! I was happy for them! I think, that's when I began shipping IchiHime in a "yeah, it will happen" basis. I still liked IchiRuki though, so I was in a bit of a 'Uh oh!' phase... but then! I see Rukia's reaction to Renji and immediately, I know that Renji and Rukia are meant to be and I squee because you can see what might be the pairing outcome in Bleach. Well to me, at that moment was crystal clear!

It wasn't until December/January when I was fed up with having to wait two weeks without Bleach and I wanted to find out what was happening! So I went and downloaded the chapter that left off where the anime was at the moment. That chapter was chapter 196. The chapter had Rukia coming back to the real world and cheering up Ichigo and then dragging Ichigo to apologize to Inoue. My love for this ship began sky rocketing in this chapter. I rejoiced when I read the chapter where Orihime is crying and confessing her love for Ichigo to Matsumoto. I was so happy because Orihime loves Ichigo! I couldn't stop smiling. I said to myself, there has to be a reason why this is here! It has to play a major role in the future! I continued reading as a happy camper. When I got to chapter 237, I was A FAN and squeeing like crazy!! Bleach is not about romance and that was the closest it was going to get to 'anything' romantic! That's when I truly I loved IchiHime with all my heart. I loved giw Ichigo reacted the way he did in chapter 238, after finding out about Orihime and saying he would go and save her by himself made me realize that he does care for her more than a nakama. I was one happy girl and could not wait to read more.

In February, I began drawing fanart and wrote a short oneshot called, "Goodbye Orihime" and yeah, I realized I was a big IchiHime shipper and my love for IshiHime had just... died. I've been an avid shipper since and I don't plan to stop. :) I'm very happy to have gotten stuck in the right side of the shape and I will continue to support IchiHime until the end! :)

And that is my true and detailed story on how I became an IchiHime shipper. Sorry if it's long... lol I should have just copied and pasted what I wrote over at FLOL.

How I got into IchiHime? Nice question. . . :)

At first, I was a huge IchiRuki shipper. ^^;; I started watching Bleach back in March 2005, and I fell in love with the first episode and wanted to see more. The more I watched, the more I thought it was all about IchiRuki. . .but I was also aware of Orihime's feelings for Ichigo. In the beginning, I found IchiHime a nice pairing next to IchiRuki, but now, I'm a huge fan of IchiHime.

When the anime was at 22nd episode or something, I started reading the manga because I had been spoiled of it. And the more I read, the more I started liking IchiHime. . .Also, when I was reading the Ichigo vs. Renji fight and saw Renji's flashback, I started shipping RenRuki a hell of a lot too. x3

Ichigo stepping in to protect Orihime from Yammy and Ulquiorra right at the beginning of the Arrancar arc, Orihime confessing her feelings to Rangiku and Orihime's confession in ch 237. . .Those were one of the key moments that strengthened my love for IchiHime.

So yeah, it took me a little while to start ardently ship IchiHime, but here I am. As time passed, my liking for the pairing turned into loving.

Aaanyway, I wish I could have some IchiHime doujins too. ;_; I guess I'm going to buy one or a few when I have money. ^_^

In the first half of the story, Aeris's in the spotlight. She's the one who make Cloud realise what he's actually fighting for. While Tifa selflessly devoted to the man she loved, she was taking the backseat and supporting him in the ways she could. Then, when it came to the second half of the story, Aeris was killed and we got to see more of the relationship between Cloud and Tifa...and not to mention the huge sword and big boobs :D (typical Japanese hero and heroine?)

Other similarities I found are the reactions of pairings' fans -_-;; Charecters' bashing and pairings' wars, you know. When the time FFVII just came out, there were very few of Tifa's fans whereas there're lots of Aeris's fans out there.

So, that's the backstory: Ichigo/Orihime/Nell and co. get out of HM in whatever way...but that leaves one problem. Nell. Where would she go? (Like, who would she live with?) Do you think she'd live with Orihime? Would Urahara give her a cute, little girl gigai? :3

XDD After all, if Orihime gets out of HM, she'll be hunted for her powers no matter where she goes, so what better way to protect her than to live with her?! :love:love:love I'm sure Isshin (and Rukia) wouldn't mind Orihime living with them, but there's really no more room left, lol short of Ichigo's bed;) though I'm sure neither Ichigo, Rukia, or Isshin would object XD, so that leaves Orihime's place.

I just can't see Ichigo not wanting to be around Orihime to protect her. The other place I can imagine all three of them living is with the Vaizards (Chad too, cuz of his hollow gifts^^) so Ichigo AND Orihime can train under them.

Of course I already think Nell will go live with Orihime (her brothers either stay with Ishida and other humans, or maybe even the Vaizards or Urahara) But I also think Ichigo would too! XDD After all, if Orihime gets out of HM, she'll be hunted for her powers no matter where she goes, so what better way to protect her than to live with her?! :love:love:love I'm sure Isshin (and Rukia) wouldn't mind Orihime living with them, but there's really no more room left, lol short of Ichigo's bed;) though I'm sure neither Ichigo, Rukia, or Isshin would object XD, so that leaves Orihime's place.

I saw thinking alot of the outcomes when I think about Orihime is free from Aizen. Yeah. She's going to get hunted [ but apart of me thinks.. she's going to stay. x__X; ]. Anyways... I have a feeling either Urahara is going to hide her or SS is going to do something about her...

Have you been to Ikebukuro? There are lots of doujin shops especially for girls (yaoi) and straight couples over there, including 2nd hand doujins which are very cheap as well.

Oh I'll definitely be doing the UlquixHime ones if no one else wants to do them (I even bought 3 of them on YAJ for the sole purpose of scanning and translating them for the FC/LJ comm!
