Hmm, he's very versatile, but I would say he should avoid orange. For the saftey and visual health of the people around him. Black is naturally a classic for his seeing as he's the Black Sun, plus his Bankai.

Nah..most of the Bleach characters are hot...:lmao Hotness isn't something special for a Bleach character.Really :)
I found Ichigo a very complex character.The most complex in the series (of course since he's the main character).And I don't know the reason..but kinda hard to understand."Is Ichigo dead?" , "When did Ichigo get Shirosaki?" "Vizard or not?".These are frequently asked questions on any Bleach forum.I was trying to find the good answer but there are too many opinions.This makes Ichigo an interesting character (maybe because I love to debate stuff like this :D)
Other reasons: I like his hollow powers, his bankai (and shikai..*steals Zangetsu from Ichigo* :nuts ) , "Temme!!" and he's funny...many other reasons :)

Okay, I admit Ichigo hasn't been the same since the Arrancar and Hueco Mundo Arc, but, to me, that's perfectly understandable. Come on, his beloved town is to be destroyed, his nakama is in danger and is fighting, he has discovered and dealed with a great amount of power and strength in so few time. Of course he has an urge to fight: he is a pride, young and rash teenage boy. And he knows this is the time to fight.

I wonder... what kurosaki-san got in his sleeve in beating ulquiorra? afterall we only see two technique, his bankai and hollow form which is both beaten by ulquiorra...

lemme see, nothing really. :XD i still love you, ichigo There are three things that can happen that i can think of at the top of my head now:

1) Shirosaki/Ogihci will save the day, like how he/it did during Ichigo's fight with Byakuya. Given that this arc has alot of parallels with the SS arc, Ulq's fight with Ichi will parallel his fight with Byakuya. (Ulq and Bya have a lot of similarities too :heehee) Only this time, fight is deadlier and Shirosaki/Ogihci might gain full control. I doubt this theory since there have been alot of chances for the hollow to take over (i.e. when Ichigo "died" after his fight with Ulq) but he/it didn't come out...soo....... ??

2) This is a nakama arc, well i believe it is.. so all the nakamas will do their share in the fight with Ulq. Kubo did write something like "swinging his sword for his nakama with his nakama" in ch317. I also doubt this theory because Kubo hasn't really shown us any group fights, all of them are one-on-one fights. AND this is shounen, i haven't read any group fights in shounen - yet. Hime, Rukia, Chad and Renji might do their share of sword swinging/punching/rejecting :D

And there's also Uryuu, who we haven't seen yet. Also, there have been some speculations that Ulq can regenerate. Uryuu, back in Karakura when he was saved by his father, his father taught him how to kill a hollow that can regenerate. "kill before it can regenerate" or something to that effect was said by Uryuu's father. I don't think that this scene was written at random. I believe that this will play it significance sometime after that. So yeah, Uryuu will give Ichigo a hand in the fight with Ulquiorra. Maybe he'll come in the scene when Ichigo is beaten up. but don't kill him, Ishida-kun..for i wubzzz the emo-less Ulquiorra :heehee

3) Ichigo will gain another power-up. A second BanKai attack that will be taught by Zangetsu (we haven't seen him in like forever too) when he is half dead. Something like what happened with his fight with Kenpachi. << i think this is more plausible than the first two or not.

I may be wrong, which happens most of the time. Kubo was able to surprise me, just a tad bit suprised, in the last 5 chapters maybe he has something up his sleeve :D

I doubt for no. 1 and Uryuu theory to happen but for no.2, I think this time, Orihime-chan mite do something, I mean, she won't be doing nothing like the last fight between Kurosaki-san and Grimm this time I hope. Will she be that useless character forever who will just stand and watch her nakama fight to the death? I don't believe words like "don't die ,Kurosaki-kun" or "don't get hurt anymore" will help much with Ulquiorra battle. Plus, Ulquiorra yet to release his zanpakutou(looks like our hero in big trouble but somehow he'll wins on the end:urahara)

But, honestly, I would like to see the 1st and 3rd theory to happen coz it makes me wonder what type of ability his hollow and zangetsu can give him:D

maybe. Her powers/shield have strengthened and her godlike powers have been mentioned by Aizen a lot of times.. however, i think that she will use her shield only to avoid Ichigo and Ulquiorra from annihilating each other. Ichigo is her Kurosaki-kun and Ulquiorra was her...well, should i say, companion (ulqhime shipper here!) in HM. And it is in her personality to not want to see anybody hurt, even enemies (re SS with Ishida). That's what i like about her. I also think that her power to reject will be used after the fight with Ulq. She will reject the barrier that Tousen used to lock them up in HM....oopps off topic.

I actually root for 2 and 3. It would be awesome to see all of them fight together as one (six hearts beating as one) each protecting the other. It has been reiterated from the start, middle and in Ch317 the theme of this arc which is nakama. hihihi This will also prove to Ichigo that he can rely on his friends, something that he drastically failed or refuse to do, and pull some weight off his shoulders. ;p

and 3...i like that to happen. because i am getting tired of hearing getsugatenshou this, getsugatenshou that, every time he's in a fight. Another bankai attack will be absolutely awesome. Rukia has three shikai attacks, Byakuya has three Bankai attacks, if i am not mistaken we have seen two Shikai attacks from Urahara... my beloved strawberry deserves another powerful attack hihihi he is the hero of Bleach after all.

I'm not one for answering questions, :oops but I love the ones you asked cara so I'll 'attempt' to answer them. (lets hope I can get my thoughts straight)

I think it's something all of us have pretty much known all along. the manga clearly depicts this during the arrancar arc when we see Ichigo get all anti-ichigo on us after a pretty bad beating with one of the arrancar. he gets depressed and mopes around blaming himself for all his friends getting hurt. then Rukia returns to Karakura and knocks some very much needed sense into the boy. thus the Ichigo we all knew comes back. She helps him be the confident, strong-willed, determined young man that he is. and she's his light in the sense that if he ever lost that sight of himself, of being what I mentioned above, she'll be the one to remind him "hey, you're losing yourself, come back, fool." (using her own methods of course :flirt)

As for the darkness, I would have to say it's himself. though I don't think it's intentional on his part, he is the one making himself weak (mentally speaking). He lets himself believe that absoulte power is what's needed to protect everything precious, and though that's true it's only half of the whole picture. He-can't-fight-alone. He's not some superhero with inhuman powers that make him near indestructable. He's a human boy who just happens to have amazingly strong shinigami (viazard) powers. i personally think he sees himself as the latter, and thus needs to get stronger to live up to that. He doesn't realize that having friends fight beside you is just as good as fighting on your own, if not better. he lacks, trust and faith in his friends, and believes that the only sure way to win is to be stronger and defeat the enemy jeopardizing your friends and family. I think he's starting to get better at that though, and perhaps we'll see some good changes in him soon. HM Ichigo makes me slightly depressed, even if i still love the guy. :noes

I agree with you completely, Ichigo did gain the power he had so desperately wanted from her. And from that first moment, his overall character began to change for the better.

For some reason, and I'm probably reading the manga wrong and making god awful conclusions (which is normal :sweat) I also saw that he was becoming a bit too dependent on those vaizard powers of his. He's been letting that mask on his face come out more often, and even let his full hollow self appear. (that was a truly scary chapter for me) I do hope those powers he possesses due to the hollow in him don't comsume him and Kubo makes his bankai stronger instead. :amuse

Rukia is responsible for almost everything that's happening to Ichigo but this is for IchiRuki FC. =)
His darkness is his Hollow I believe. What else can it be? He has bad qualities like his crazy desire to fight lately but other than this, I can hardly believe he is a black soul

It is hard to answer this question without sounding very shippy...i'll try my best not to and answer it with what's in the manga and not shipper speculations. :)

Rukia being Ichigo's light, that i have known eversince he thanked her for stopping the rain. Kubo just said it in a very poetic kind of way. I bet on Ichigo's instant power-up and defeating Ulquiorra. I don't think he would let his friends participate on the fight, since he had to settle the last score between him and Ulqui. Maybe Hichigo could come out, but I think Ichigo needs to power-up if he wants to defeat Aizen and co. (since he is the shounen hero).

And I want to see their fight as soon as possible, or I'll be mad at Kubo! :yell

I'm going to answer (or at least try to :noes) your question/s as well.

I think Hichigo will/might make an appearance. after all the last time Ichi-chan fough Ulquiorra, he nearly died. he would have if Inoue hadn't done that 'I reject' healing powers of hers. And after that incident he rolled right into his fight with Grimmjow and had aide for that battle too. He never had a chance to really 'train' and get stronger. I also think he'll get a power-up though, it's about time I think too. (has felt slightly sad at the weak Ichigo I'm seeing, not the 'I don't care if I'm weak i'll just get stronger and then serve your ass on a platter, attitude he used to have.)
So, I guess I think Hichigo will appear, and then afterwards he'll get another power-up. Hopefully he'll have a victory with this battle. though Ulqui-san is a pretty mysterious guy, and we haven't seen his freakin zankaputo's true form. This battle though, won't be an easy victory or loss for Ichigo. I'm pretty sure he'll come out pretty beat up and more bloody then he already is :um

A power-up is too bannal. It can be astonishing sometimes but it happens too much for me to like. Ichigo being almost killed and then suddenly there comes some miracle to save him out of nowhere. :huhuh Nothing interesting at all. I understand he is the hero and his fights should not be equal to each other and all. But he deserves to beat the hell out of someone without barely being able to stand when the fight ends.
No Hichi this time. He is just a flaw for the hero to overcome. Hichigo is hot and he doesn't have some tragic feelings hidden deep inside and he doesn't need reasons to destroy which is attractive but it's getting boring for Ichigo to get controled against his will. Isn't appealing to me.
His friends deserve to be there after all the crap they had to go through. I don't want them to interupt though.
All in all, I want a stronger and more mature guy who doesn't need third parties or some special amazing power-up!

I'd love to see Hichigo, but more in his inner world, since Hichigo didn't appear when he was dead (after first Ulq/Ichi fight) Hichigo and/or Zangetsu will be teaching him a new attack which will defeat Ulquiorra or atleast scare him..

but i'm more into the rest of the nakama helping him as this would really help Ichigo's hero complex :flirt it would be absolutely lovely if this would happen but i think that the first one is more likey since we haven't seen any group fights in Bleach, ever.

I also agree with McDoogle, that Ichigo's power-up will be enough even to scare Aizen. As of the moment, Aizen only thinks of him like an annoying insect.

Another third party helping him (powerful captains are just around the corner) is Bleh...its possible but i don't like it :heehee i want Ichi to pwn Ulq.. not enough to kill Ulq though coz i think he will be a major player in defeating Aizen lol

I dont hate Ulq, but im not a big fan of him either, i dont know if i would want him to die, i do think if he lost but lived, then he would help ichigo a bit, tht seems to be the theme in bleach...

But i think if it was ICHIGO that fought Uql, then he would live, ichigo isnt a one for killing, but if it was shirosaki then i think Uql would have to pray very very very hard for his life, the same as regards to someone helping him, i think Uql would die because the captains arent as lient as ichigo, who only really fights because he has to, but obviuosly hes been fighting to satisfy shirosaki lately, yata yata yata.

i agree it is definitely spam... for some. there are some FCs that don't spam but get to the next version fast ......................... i am guessing that since our strawberry is the hero of Bleach, he gets to be paired with almost every character and every pairing has its own FC.. he is glorified in those FCs maybe that's why his own FC is neglected

BA-Sensei :smug I agree with you completely. Spamming is something I've started seeing in alot of other FCs, though in many cases not intentional...it just...happens :XD

I think we see the best in Ichi-chan when he's with his Nakama, which is why such a stand-alone club as this isn't as 'popular' as the other ones. (Pairings with the strawberry seem to be on the top five list of FCs in here :flirt)
It's not that there's not much to talk about, it's just when we talk about Ichigo we seem to always want to associate him with someone else, whether it be a platonic or romantic relationship.
Poor guy, :cry i can't seem to be able to think of a topic for him without involving him with one of his buddies.

Ichigo, however, is not able to defeat a Vasto Lorde by himself at the moment.

Plotkai exists in every manga, 99% of what happens is plotkai. Their fights is personal. This 1% is totally sutiable for that situation.
