About making a theme for the forum

I'm not sure if I should submit a wallpaper/background or if that can't be changed. Also, is that banner just one or two? Kinda busy with work, but if you could give me dimensions and things that can be altered, then I'd probably finish faster.

Well the header never worked how we wanted so it was only a temp, it is actually 2 pics so that it will stretch with a thread if u know what I mean. I'll dig up some stuff on themes for you that will make way more sense than if I try to explain it.
