I think all those rules might be a tidbit unnecessary. Making people wait will be a hassle. The idea for a title for whoever is in the lead at a certain point and time is a good idea.

I say 3 days is a good time limit for not being able to answer a question. I like to make my questions whereas you aren't able to find them on the web easily. Like the SnA question, if you looked on Wiki for the answer, then you would've said 6 forms http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sousei_no_aquarion which, is wrong. There are only 5, Cherubim Mars was not a form to my knowledge, it just stole a vector from the original Aquarion (which was Mars). :3
