Blueberries. Delicious and sweet, yet sour, and apparently, heavily laden with hella antioxidants and whatnot.

That, and mangoes. ^.^

Papayas here are imported from South America I think .... since Canada is too cold for growing them :p

Why is there an option for 'nuts' listed?

I like pears.

Well acording to memory Strawberries ain't berries anymore, it is in fact a nut.

I still have a hard time believing it, but it was on the news...

And if thats true...

er....what? Source?

Fruits are the fertilized embryo of fruit trees...nuts are...also embryos? So I guess they could be...o.O

A nut in botany is a simple dry fruit with one seed (rarely two) in which the ovary wall becomes very hard (stony or woody) at maturity, and where the seed remains unattached or unfused with the ovary wall.

Fascinating...

Just read the explination about the strawberry:

It seem to infact be a fruit with nuts growing on it(all the tiny dots you see at the straberry is in fact nuts)

Really? I thought those were seeds...since there's no seed in the middle like apples or bananas...

I heard that aswell before, but at the site i went to that was dedicated to strawberrys, that was what they answered.

I can quote it, but it ain't in english so... doubt people would get much out of it.

Well lots of Seed do resemble nuts in a way, in that they might have shells.

Oh, just confirmed I/we don't get more in our post count posting at this section.
