1st and 2nd Bleach popularity poll results??

Can someone please tell me what the results of the first two bleach popularity polls were?? I can't seem to find them... Chapter numbers would be nice. Thanks in advance. :)

check the ends of volumes 8 and 13,

they were put into the end of the volumes as extras so i don't know if they go with any specific chapter
