(ooc: This is actually a joinable location thread, and not just a backstory thing. I'll have a separate one of those later. To be brief, Ally Uzuki is living in a section of the forests near KK town, which is where she currently is. Dunno how active it'll be, but I plan to make use of it, and it's open to all who wanna stop in for whatever. Also, there's no plot to join or anything...just sort of a hangout :>)

Ally woke up to the sound of the stream rolling gently along, high atop her perch in the tallest tree she could find. She'd been staying there for the better part of 3 years now, but she knew the time was fast approaching where she'd have to find something else. She quickly flashed down to the ground, using hirenkyaku to reach the site where she hid her things. She reached into her purse, going over the contents.

(Tch, shit. Hardly any money left,) she inwardly cursed. (Gonna need some new clothes soon too,) she mused. She wore a pair of baggy gray sweatpants, now littered with holes from being snagged on tree branches and other assorted things too often. On her feet, she had only a pair of flip flop sandals. Her shirt was a baggy long sleeved-tee, navy blue colored, and way too big for her small frame. The sleeves extended past her arms, covering her hands and hiding the only evidence that she was indeed a quincy: the bracelet artifact she wore on her left wrist.

She flashed back up the tree, laying down on a large branch, wondering what to do. In the distance, she'd felt the flaring of shinigami reiatsu in her forest, in about the same spot she felt the previous group disappear. (Good,) she thought. (Hope these one's all disappear too. Friggin' shinigami assholes,) she thought bitterly. She sighed audibly, knowing there was only one thing she could do. She'd have to go into Karakura and find herself a job. (Fat chance looking this beat up,) she said to herself. She leapt down to the base of the tree, picked up her things, and masked her reiatsu to unnoticeable levels, so as not to attract any attention. She flashed herself to the outskirts of town, and began to walk around, trying to find somewhere she could sense people with reiatsu gathering. She picked out a spot and began to head towards it, steeling herself for whatever lay ahead.
