Though the title may confuse you, I'll defend myself by saying that this was a friend's idea from ages ago, and he made up the title. =P SUMMARY
It's a little team vs team RP of sorts. Basically, you join a team that uses the powers from a series or character, and you use those powers to get your team the most points and be the last team standing!
CHOOSING TEAMS
This is the first part to this game. All you do is post the name of a series/character (you can vote for one that's already been mentioned, too) and in 2 days, the 6 teams with the highest votes get to be in the game. I'll keep track of the votes for the teams in this here first post.
Now, there are guidelines to what teams you suggest. (Bear in mind these are just guidelines)
If you want to suggest a character/series with ZOMGHAX! abilities(Example, Death Note[Oh man, we had sooo many problems with Team Death Note in the first thread. Thank goodness we did it differently the next time.]), and are weary about your choice, then PM me and I'll sort out a way you can still have it in.
If you choose a series, you can only have a generic power from a race in that series. (Example, the hollows or the shinigami powers)Afterward, you join a team by posting which team you want to join. Again, I'll keep track of THIS in the first post.
After each team gets 5 members, the team members vote on who gets to be leader. Again, this is done by posting. (However, if anyone doesn't want to be a leader, please say so in the post you use to join your team.)
SCORING SYSTEM
Every team starts out with 10 points.
As soon as a team hits 0 points, they're out of the round.
Last team standing wins. (In the case that there's still more than one team standing by the end of the 'battling' period, then the team with the highest points wins. If it's a draw, then all of the drawing teams..well.. draw.)
So now, all I have to do is explain how one gains/loses points!
-1 point to a team if one of it's members are injured
+1 point to a team if one of it's members injured a member of another team
-3 points if a team leader is injured
+3 points if a member injures a team leader
-4 points if a team's headquarters is broken into
+4 points if a team's member/s manage to break into another team's HQ
ABOUT INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS...
-When you join a team, you also need to decide what power you can take from your team's series/character.
You may only chose one.
Examples:
A person may choose Haku's(Naruto) ability to be super fast, but they then can't choose the abilitytodo stuff with water.
A person can choose one of Rukia's(Bleach) kidou moves, but they can only choose one.
-The leader's role is to plan attacks on enemies and to generally keep at least some control of the other team members. NOTE: All planning shoud be done in PMing.
NOW ONTO THE BATTLE!
-Each round lasts for 2 days, and during the round, you can only post in RPing form(Or, third person.). If you have anything to say that you can't post at that time, then just PM whoever you need to contact. (And in the case that you need to talk to all your team members, PM them all! Or, instant message them. Either way works.)
-You are limited to 5 posts per day, so make each one count!
-Your team can have a headquarters, if they wish, but the team must choose what kind of terrain it's on, and what kind of security they have. Only team members can guard the headquarters if anyone tries to attack it - no NPCs!
Also, after your team has decided on the stuff about your headquarters, then the leader should PM me and I'll add the details about it onto the first post - no one's headquarters is a secret!
You can engage in battle between another member, but you can only go as far as severely injuring them.
Also, anyone can harm anyone. Zanpakuto can harm humans, and ninjas can harm shinigami.
By the way... NO GOD MODDING
God modding is basically defying what someone else has just said, like if someone says they shoot someone in the head, and the other says that they dodged it.
Edit: You can only try to attack someone if they're online, so people don't just pummel the leader. (Thanks, Xeno, for pointing that out. XD)
Anything you have against another member of the forum, please please PLEASE leave out of this game.
