So me and a friend finally got to recording our first single and it turned out great. I uploaded it on to Youtube, so you all can hear it.

I'm the lead singer of the group. The song is rather short, but that's because it was our first time recording a full song on Garage Band. Anyways the song is called "Underneath the Sun". The band started about 3 years ago, when I was in 8th grade. I met Rorro, who suddenly became my best friend, and unrelated brother. In 9th grade he began learning to play guitar, and soon discovered that I had a knack for singing and writing original songs. We soon decided to form the group know as Catalista. Catalista is our variation of Catalist, which is a substance that speeds up a reaction. The band project went through many highs and lows, mostly because we couldn't get one song off the ground. Suddenly a couple of months ago after my friend got better at playing guitar and I mastered my vocal skills, we decided to take a shot with Garage Band. The end result was the song featured above.
I will post more songs as we record them and hope to keep this thread active. Meanwhile you are all welcome to comment on my singing or my friends guitar playing. Criticism is also welcome.
