yeah, i think they do da song to promote da movie. so, it same like the diaomond dust rebellion, n memories of nobody. no one bash the song coz it sound regular. so, it going same with rukia's movie.
i dont think the song sound worst... it just weird n different other than all ending song.
well, i love it just not bcoz it highlight to ichiruki, but the sound of the song r lil bit make me think something!
i should said that da worst ed song in bleach is dai-dai...oh! i dont like it much...(not hate just dont like) it sound worst n....only myself know how it feel.

Isn't it kinda early to be promoting the movie?....I mean, it doesn't come out until December....and we'll be getting a couple of ending themes before then....but anyway....the best part about this episode was the end with Renji and co getting ready to use their moves....I hope this means we'll get to see 'em soon

That was my thought too. By my estimation, we're about halfway through the current filler arc, and implications seem to be that it may be moving back to canon after this. The Bounto arc went on for 2 full seasons. My reasoning for guessing we're halfway is that it's been 13 episodes, and standard season seems to encompass 26, with 13 episodes of each ending, since they switch. Inexact, to be sure, but it seems pretty accurate from what I figure. Still, at least this filler arc is better than the bounto.

I dunno... The episode seemed kinda dull for me, since they didn't do much except for talk, so I found it rather disappointing, although the appearance of Soi Fong was interesting, but still... Action! Action! I want action!

I did not particularly enjoy the ending though, because the music sure was not good, and I'm not that big of an IchiRuki fan. Makes me almost want any of the others instead of this. Almost.

That's my first thought bout the clips before i heard others saying that she will hug him.
Then I like.. OK. Even though Ichigo is saying something to her, WE DO KNOW RUKIA.
And if they use another pairing besides IchiRuki, I think I can still like it since the lyrics fits the animation. :love

Ahh, Renji in the "Shinigami's... something..." was awesome. Love his reaction to being called "aka-pine" (red pineapple), LOL. Kentaro Ito (Renji's seiyu) did a great job in such a small clip!

Not a big fan of the new ending song itself, but I do like the way the animation and song actually match up quite well for most of it (can't quite say that for, say, Happy People). Aside from the flashy light effects in the beginning, this ED's animation was somewhat low on the creativity meter.

@ Zenon: I'm clearly a ship-biased party (see sig) but I'm not going to slaughter Velius. XD Aside from the fact that he rocks, he's just calling it as it is, though I'd say Happy People and My Pace may be ahead in the running for "Worst. Bleach. ED. Evar."

Here is why I didn't like the ending: Go through the first 15 endings for bleach. They all have something in common that this one didn't. Which is, they were always about what bleach is about, that is the large group(s) of characters. That is how bleach endings are. Yes, there can be some focus on certain people, like they did with Inoue with last couple of endings. But it was never just Inoue and Ichigo. You can't just cut everyone else out like that. :/ It just felt empty, compared to the rest.

I agree with Velius on this. One of the things I always look forward to is seeing how all of the characters are going to be put together this time around. To only see Ichigo and Rukia is just disappointing.

For the record it has nothing to do with Rukia. They could have used anyone else, Inoue, Sado, Ishida or even Kon and I still would have thought it was a horrible idea.
