You could try Dev C++... you could find it here

omg I used to use that! Now I've forgotten most of it >_< but it's cool to see others learning programming languages.

Its extreamly difficult to learn C++ with out understanding the syntax of the language. I suggest you try your hand at a scripting language first since its a quick and easy way to program and even easier to debug like Lua, Java, and or HTML ( If your trying to code internet functions. Best to take a C programming course because for languages that have to be debugged, compiled, and sorced. It could be really difficult. If your bent on learning set up your dev enviornment and start breaking down sorce codes.

C++ is pretty much a dying if not already dead language is still used by many companies but as far as languages go Java is quickly taking over the role C++ once had its best to start learning Java along with C++. its Invertible C++ will be replaced completely by Java
Overall java is a whole another hell.
