The lights are on, the stage is set, You're asking God, if you were made for this

Seth had finished for the day, with the infiltration a success and the KIRA organization on his site, Seth was in the middle of the whole conflict. Seth was a double agent now, no, he was more than that, he was in fact an infinite agent since he was on neither side and planned to manipulate both of them to work for HIM, for he believed that the police were in fact wrong in their views and that this KIRA organization, this supposed cult that believed in an invisible force, a god that it helped punish the criminals is in fact the real god; was in Seth's opinion right but he believed that he himself was the real KIRA, the real emissary of God. With Seth in the middle of the conflict and rarely able to do anything without anyone seeing him, with barely any blind spots in which he could eliminate those who deserved it, he felt as though a spotlight was shining and concentrating on him.

The blind spot was coming up, about half and hour after finishing his job working with the KIRA organization, Seth has about an hour in which the police won't be tailing him(in case he is attacked, they want to protect him) and the organization isn't tailing the police(they know Seth is working for the police, a fact Seth has revealed to them, refer to profile present history for more information). Seth pulled out a piece of paper he concealed the whole day containing the name is a criminal both the police cant find/catch and the organization cant find/kill. The criminals name is Yagami Light(no relation to the Death Note main character other than the fact that he is elusive and smart). But Seth being very smart himself, he has triangulated all the victims deaths and has secretly investigated the case with secretly alive victims that are in the witness protection program. If any of the two sides found out that Seth was investigating the case, the police would suspect him and the organization would worship him, either way, he would be thrust into not only the center where he already is but the whole investigation by both sides, they would focus everything on him; such attention Seth dosen't want......yet.

Seth stood outside an apartment complex, this place is the home of Yagami Light, but out of the ninety-nine people here Seth knows exactly where the criminal lives. You see after finding out the region in which the serial murderer lived through all the contacts and programs to triangulate the position, Seth did his own investigation for two weeks and found out that Yagami Light indeed was the killer, and after watching him commit a crime and go back to his apartment. In that hour of free time, Seth followed him to his apartment but was unable to kill him due to time restrictions. So tonight, under a full moon that signaled God watching over him, Seth would kill Yagami Light even before he entered his apartment as to avoid suspicion, and sight from cameras. The stage in which a confrontation, Seth could use to his advantage was set, truly this would be the first of many punishments, Seth was completely ready.

Everyday, Yagami comes home after his animating job and drops by a convenience store near is house approximately thirty minutes after work. When this happened tonight, Seth would be ready. It was around twenty minutes from the time Yagami finished work, Seth walked to the store taking approximately five minutes. He had five minutes left to wait. Tick, tick, tick, his watch went, when Yagami arrived. Seth waited for him to buy his usual snacks. "Don't be in such a hurry to buy stuff you won't even be able to enjoy....criminal" Seth thought to himself. After another three minutes, when Yagami left the store, there awaiting him was his punishment, a criminals present punishment, one that the world would not be without from now on, a punishment from Gods emissary:...........SETH ARELI!!!

Seth's greenish brown eyes met with Yagami's blue eyes. For a moment all of time stood still and the only ones present were Seth, Yagami, and God himself. The time for the judgment was upon Yagami. As time turned back to normal, Yagami was no fool, he knew instantly that this guy was either trouble or a cop meaning he was bigger trouble. Seth walked up the Yagami with the piercing eyes he had and said:

"Judgment is upon you Yagami Light, criminals defile this world and do not deserve to live, and you Yagami are my first example of this, be happy that you will make this world better for us all!"

"You have to be kidding me, I'm a criminal? do you have proof?, evidence that the cops can use to falsely accuse me? Simply you are mistaken my crazy friend."

"Mistaken? I think not. For I have followed you, witnessed the attacks and have a description of you from the victims themselves, and tonight I have enough time...you will be eliminated."

"Eliminated? Who are you, no cop would....bastard...WHO ARE YOU!?"

"Ha ha, who am I you ask? I AM GOD!"

And with Seth saying that, he engulfed both of his arms in flames, and the fire of justice in his eyes grew strong. Yagami who was terrified at this point pulled out a knife.

"A knife huh? Like that could hurt me, I could burn that knife to a crisp, give yourself up Yagami, let yourself set the course of the world, give up your life to god!"

Still grasping the knife Yagami, charged at Seth.

"I will kill you here, so noone will find out about my crimes!"

Seth drew his right fist back and threw a punch right at Yagami, it headed straight into the knife but the knife never reached Seth's hands. The knife turned into ashes and Yagami's arm turned black from the flames. After the punch reached Yagami's shoulder. It was apparent that he would never use that black arm again, and part of his face was burned pretty badly.

"This final blow will send you straight to your judgment Yagami Light, and noone, I mean noone will be able to save your defiling life, you will receive punishment NOW!"

Yagami Light closed his eyes as the punch was three seconds from killing him. He accepted his punishment but just as the punch was about to reach Yagami Light, at was stopped by an invisible force. Seth didn't know what it was but it didn't allow him to punish his criminal. As Seth focused his eyes closer, he saw the faint image of a monster. As Seth drew back, he now saw the monster in full view. It was a opaque monster with a white mask.

"Devil! Do you wish to defy God!...of course you do, I shall punish you as God would punish a Demon himself."

Seth dashed towards the so called devil but the blow was stopped. Obviously this "Demon" would be harder to kill than a criminal.

It would seem that fate was on Yagami today. As the man cowered, Seth threw his hand at the fleeing terrified Yagami Light but his hand never reached the coward nor did his fire. It was held back by a force...by the Demon. This demon a black beast with a feminine figure who's face hidden by a white accessory.

"Why do you hold me beast...surely you have no ties to that criminal...or do you! Demon I shall eliminate you here and now!"

Seth grabbed the "Demon's" arm and the flames from his eyes ignited his own arm with a fire of orange and red, it immediately seared the horrible creature to a point where it drew back in pain. It looked at Seth head-on, Seth now blazing with flames, covered from head to toe under the black night, on the night of his freedom from his identity.
