Well currently it is a 360 exclusive, made by the creator of Final Fantasy who left Square a couple of years ago. But they've been looking at the PS3 recently so they could be considering going multi-platform.

i have one and best game ever played was Dead Or Alive 4 ... cant wait to get part 5 and Extreme Volleyball, Hawaii version ... i hear there is also going to DOA: chronus .. but nothing on it yet.

That game is in my anticipated list as well! Heck it actually made me watch Naruto! I think the game will be great. It's being made by Ubisoft Montreal, the best studio that Ubisoft has to offer!

So besides HALO 3 what other top games are out or in the works for the 360?

I just rented MOH Airborne. Basically its an open battlefield game. You can land anywhere you please and take on the objectives in any order. I love the shotgun too :D
