Random coloring and stuff -p

Aanyhow, It's been ages since I last did a decent sig, and I've directed my Photoshop skills to coloring... Something that has failed massivelly as you can see in the next Icon -

The coloring is good.

Though I don't like that thing that looks like pencil scratches on top of his face, hair…etc?? would look better without it imo.

Actually, it was supposed to be rain effect o:

But the layers screwed up and I couldn't recover the original color, so I went with the crappy mix of everything - May try a different one started from scratch later :3

Well I like it - it's very smooth, clean, and simple, and it reminds me of a vector drawing.
