Wikipedia Plot Summary:
Ruby Crescent is an ordinary girl, who likes to go out with boys and go shopping. Her life is changed dramatically when her father dies and she becomes a treasure hunter as he was. Her objective is to find O-Parts: magical items hidden under the ground which grant people superhuman powers and can only be used by an O.P.T. (O-Part Tactician), Angel, or Devil. She soon meets a mysterious boy named Jio who, due to having a dark, lonely past, seeks to conquer the world. Jio is hostile to her at first, but ends up traveling with Ruby as her bodyguard. When Ruby is attacked by an O.P.T. claiming to be Satan, Jio rushes to her rescue and a battle occurs. Initially they are on the losing side, but Jio releases his true power and is revealed to be not only an O.P.T., but the real Satan. Thus, the two continue to travel together in hopes of unlocking their pasts.


It was made by Kishimoto the younger twin brother of the creator of NARUTO Despite it's name it's pretty interesting. The manga chapters are realesed monthly but hold aroun 30-40 pages each. And an anime is supposed to be coming out in december if i am corrent.

Lol i do, its probably even the greatest manga i've had the pleasure of reading. Ya never know what's going to happen and Jio & Ruby are very cute, ball is funny, and the entire gang is just awsome. This is also probably the only series i can say that Satan completely rocks out loud(he's comparable to hichigo). I recommend it to anybody who loves action and a good story, superior to its brother manga naruto IMO :)

(Note : The chapters are double and at times triple the size of normal manga chapters, only start reading when your ready to sit down for a while!)

I have read the 1st chapter some time back seeing the Kishi tag not knowing its the better more intelligent twin .But later I discontinued thanx to lack of scanlations but with Inuhanyou's Linkage I guess I will pick it up

yes yes! More should read it, its slowly getting more popular, but its practically overshadowed by its brother, which doesn't seem very fair as its the superior manga(in my opinion by the way)

Its not done, 5 chapters come out monthly sponsored by Square-enix..

I read it, I might be behind one chapter or something. Its an amusing read but its never really been that good that I've felt compelled to keep up. The recent arcs been fairly good and the Kujaku vs Kirin fight had a nice ending.

._., mabye its differing it tastes i dunno, but id say it was the best i've read, because it doesnt really all into the same pattern as all the other shouen manga's, very original i'd say, AND the epicness is way off the scale. I recommended it to a friend about a week ago and he hasn't put the link down since

This manga is awesome! Don't get turned off by the name cause you'll regret it! It is better than Naruto in every way...he actually knows how to draw girls too!

Cant wait for the anime either it's going to be awesome, but we'll have to expect a few fillers ofcourse. My friend made a 666 Satan RPing site a while ago but it did not turn out to good XP. If any one is interested i could reffer them even though no one has ever signed up there XD

.........the latest chapter is crazy, the 9th demon was revealed and captured, and Jin also captured a recipe....and now him and Jio are fighting against Rock and the number 4 demon :eek:

I think it all comes down to personal taste really, some people who dont like naruto would probably like it, and some would like both, just have to see i guess

Personally 666 is around no 6-7 on my priority list over new releases and Naruto is around 10.(Bleach beeing 1 and Mx0 beeing 2)

Yeah i guess using the cool ball would put him on the same level as Jio, Jin, and Cross. But i'm afraid that Ball is gonna turn into the fall guy, who loses just to show how powerful a new enemy is. The power gap between him and the other main characters (even Ruby XP) tells me this.

well you cant really compare a human(even a powerfull OPT) to angels in terms of power, they arent supposed to even be as strong as ball is..so its understandable ruby is stronger then him..also her powers arent even fully awakened yet

Yes thats exactly what i'm saying, now that Jin has a recipe Ball is left behind with that fat guy (who's name i forgot at the moment) and it is not looking to good, i think he should get a powerup to atleast stay on a level near Jio,Jin,Cross, and Ruby XP

OMG... I loveee this manga... I am only on like chapter 30 but its getting better. i never knew the devil could be so cute!! but does anyone know if there is going to be an anime?

it ended so suddenly on chapter 78...a bit too quick.

if ther is an anime (which there were rumors that there will be) it will be around 26 eps then maybe...too short.

this manga is cool, it just ended quicker than i thought.

and o-parts hunter sounds better...

I hope its longer. It too much to compress it in only in 26 episodes. If it where a ShonenJump manga it would have like 140 something chapters, so I picture it with more episodes. Maybe 50 or more, but NOT in the 20s. x3 Anyway atleast thats what Ive calculated... I really do hope they make an anime. TT^TT
