I'm bad at making gifs too. I can't even animate them in Photoshop! XD I looked at many tuts and I still couldn't do it...ugh...so instead, I used this simple gif animator.

Hey Bunny, i have a new request for you :D

I want one of Shinji Hirako... (no surprise there :D)

but i want it to be similar to the xxxholic one, with the unmasked shinji standing on the left and the masked on the right, back to back with a zanpakuto in the center of them.

Under it i'd like to have:

Hollowfication: payback is better with a mask and sword.

If possible, i'd like the words to be in a bolded large font.

oh and i'd like an avy of the masked shinji with the japanese kanji for five incorporated somewhere in there.
