Aright, here's something I've been working on. Just a lil story I decided to do when I was bored laying in bed looking up at the ceiling. ><
I'd like to make on thing clear, well two things actually. One: I am not the most original guy, so a lot of things will sounds familiar 'cause I was influenced by many things. Like, a lot of names I took from games I've played and such. But believe me when I say that I tried hard to make it sound as original as possible. And two: I dont have the best writing skills, so I'll appreciate it that you give me some pointers in story telling if you read this. So all kind of feedback and criticism is greatly appreciated. :)
Oh yea, I dont describe the appearence of the characters too much cause I want the readers to picture them and have their own idea of how they look.
Anyways, here's a map of the world. I did this so its easy to understand the story. so you can reference this map whenever you're lost on where's where.
Also the map is gonna play a role in the story later on so thats another reason why I made one. And finally, I was really bored when doing this lol ><

PROLOGUE
Yggdrasil has been the setting for war for as long as history can remember. Kingdom after kingdoms have all sought not so different desires that bring about war, but such desires have only brought death and misery. Small states have been either annexed or wiped out by the bigger empires of Yggdrasil.
The final big war, known to most as the Manipulator War, saw the end of the Thundra empire, as well as many other small kingdoms who allied themselves with either the Thundra empire and Zodiak empire during the war. The war was the first where both superpowers had an army of Manipulators on their side, but only one came out the victor. The Zodiak empire crushed the Thundra and in order to avoid destruction, the Thundrarian emperor was forced to accept a humiliating treaty and had his once great empire become just another region of the ever growing Zodiak empire. With this new union between Zodiak and its allies, as well as Thundra, the Zodiak Alliance was born, and would retain the title of biggest and strongest superpower in Yggdrasil.
Only two kingdoms remained in Yggdrasil, Zodiak Alliance and Muladhara. But like always, war erupted during times of most peace. Civil war broke out in Muladhara. A resistance group calling itself Antares rebelled against the government. Unlike the other kings of Muladhara’s past, the current King, Sa-hul Luis IV, did not want bloodshed and gave independence to this group. Cielo. The new home for the newly independent kingdom was named Cielo, and although very small it caused a huge threat to the Zodiak Alliance. While the citizens eventually took control of things, the army, Antares, went underground and throughout the years it would carry out carefully planned attacks against Zodiak Alliance soil. Why? That is the question the Zodiak Alliance insists on finding the answer to.
Nearly a century has passed since then. Both the Zodiak Alliance and Muladhara have adopted new government systems where several candidates rule over their land instead of one king or emperor figure. But even though there’s been change, some things haven’t. Antares is still at large, and the Alliance has created a new military branch called Zeta in order to bring order to the world and bring Antares to justice.
War has always been a part of Yggdrasil’s history. It’s like a never-ending circle of death and destruction. This story is just one of many of Yggdrasil’s wars. But this one, however, plays a very important role in the history of this war-engulfed world. For this war is the one that changes Yggdrasil, and the lives of everyone in it, forever.
And thus begins our tale, with a Counsel Member from the Zodiak City of Ultima, receiving intel of Antares troops being spotted in the southern region of Rajas. He sends out a unit of the Zeta, led by Leon L. Raito, to Rajas and orders him to apprehend the terrorists and bring them to justice…
