Here are some pics i drew recently, of what I believe would be the Perfect Hybrid that Aizen is looking for, but you have to read the character outline and history to understand why. Pics are very roughly done, didn't feel up to shade anything and the head on the second drawing should be about a 1/4-1/2 in. to the left. Next will be the materialized Torukaze (Zanpakuto).

History

Originally a lieutenant of the thirteenth division. He served for a number of years under Captain Ukitake and withdrew for the Gotei 13 roughly thirty two years before Kaien Shiba accepted the position. Unlike many members of the Gotei 13, he was not born in the Seretei nor the Rukongai. He was originally a a Quincy who was considered a prodigy, roughly 3 times more powerful than the Quincy we know as Uryuu Ishida. Unfortunately he lost his powers by removing his glove fighting a Vastro Lorde who entered into the world of the living. Reluctant to take the chance on regaining his powers he laid dormant for a few years, that is until a young Captain class shinigami by the name of Jushiro Ukitake entered his town in search of an escaped adjucha class hollow. Ukitake, suddenly stricken with his disease, took a beating, all while this powerless Quincy watched. The Captain notices the Quincy's sealed power and performed the dangerous power transfer, giving the Quincy a second chance to take a risk he hadn't taken in the past. Though the transfer was a near success, a zanpakuto was not materialized in the process. With the sudden surge of the Captain's transferred power and his unreleased Quincy powers, the quincy was able to hold his own against the adjucha Vinsie Leroi. Using a quincy sealing technique he was able to seal the adjucha into the form of two swords. These swords would soon act as any regular zanpakuto. Unfortunately, his body was incinerated during the battle. Due to the forbidden technique used by the Quincy, Ukitake was unable to recognize the technique and dismissed it as pure luck. Due to the fact that his body was destroyed in the battle he decided to join the ranks of the shinigami. He learned the ways of his zanpakuto very quickly and excelled up the ranks of the thirteenth squad and soon settled as Ukitake's lieutenant. After many years within the Gotei 13, Central 46 began to notice the Quincy's zanpakuto's hollowish aura and sent him away to the Maggot's Nest. Here, he got to know Kisuke Urahara very well. Due to his unique hollowification abilities, now known as vizards, Urahara researched him closely and begin to search for ways to hollowify any normal shinigami. After Urahara's promotion to Captain, the Quincy was soon forgotten. And though he was techniquely a shinigami now, his Quincy abilities were still able to be used, though he didn't. He escaped from the Maggot's Nest during the ruckus of the ryoko entering the Seretei and his whereabouts are currently unknown by the Gotei 13. His name... Ri Ishida.

Time in the Maggot's Nest

Rather then widdle away, Ri's powers flourished. He began causing trouble within the compound any chance he could get, usually resulting in imprisonment or further punishments. Once Kisuke got a hold of the imformation on him he was transfered to a private area built by Urahara to near exact specifications of his very own training room. There he was able to observe his power and test out the Hougyoku in breaking down the barrier between Ri and the hollow imbedded in his soul that would eventually consume him in his entirety, making him the first successful Vizard. Unfortunately his case was indeed unique in which made the hollow much more accessible and controllable. Urahara didn't notice this until his attempts on the group of rogue shinigami. Though it is not clear where his allegiance lies in terms of the shinigami, he holds deep respect for Urahara, once telling Mayuri that Urahara would be the one person he would ever be scared to fight.

Appearance

Ri Ishida is roughly 6' 2" and weighs nearly 150 lbs. Now residing in Karakura town, his uniform hasn't drastically changed from that of a normal shinigami. He dawns a near exact suit to that of Ichigo Kurosaki after his training for bankai. He wears one of the swords on his back, and the other on his left side. Underneath his mantle are three Seeleschneiders connected to the sheath of the zanpakuto on his back. He also wears a lieutenant insignia on his right arm to commemorate a fallen comrade. When in his gigai his outfit changes to what pleases, normally just jeans, a tee shirt, and a beige bomber jacket. His hair is very similar to Shinji Hirako, but slightly longer and dark brown rather then blond. And due to the fact that he is a soul removed from the body he does not age in appearance.

Zanpakuto

Sealed : Name - Torukaze "Wind Tiger" - The sealed forms of the zanpakutos are the only form in which it even resembles that of hollows. There is no finger guard and the hilt is all white to match the all white hilt. When sheathed, the sword seems to be an smoothed stick of ivory. When unsheathed the blade is similar in colors to that of the Zangetsu that Shirosaki weilds.

Shikai : Command - Awaseru Nageru Torukaze "Converge and Disperse Torukaze" - The two swords Ri wields glow as he combines them into a single zanpakuto. Torukaze takes the form of a katana with two blades running parallel to each other, but there is still no finger guard present. Minor manipulation of wind is able to be used with the basic shikai, though manipulation of the wind increases with each movement.
First Movement: Hoeru Torukaze "Roar Torukaze" - Once the command is released a massive burst of wind emits from Ri. This rips through the ground creating a crater roughly 50 meters in diameter and 35 meters deep, with Ri at the epicenter. This enables the small amount of wind controllable by Ri to be multiplied due to it being a tighter space. The crater also creates a 360 degree wall around the fighters making Ri able to maneuver in the crater quickly by bouncing off of walls to launch a counter attack.
Second Movement: Fuku Toruhasami "Gusting Tiger Claws" - The two blades of Torukaze dismantle from it's hilt and begin spinning. Small bursts of wind emit from the blades and create opennings in an opponents stance for either a direct attack from the blades or a kidou attack from Ri himself. He controls the spinning two spinning blades via wind, because of this Ri controls the wind to a greater magnitude than before. When using his hands rather than his mind to control the wind it nearly doubles in speed and power.
Final Movement: Bakeru Kaze "Change of Wind" - This attack allows Ri to mimic its opponent's zanpakuto abilities temporarily. This effect will only last as long as Torukaze is in it's shikai form and it can only absorb one zanpakto's abilities per release. Although his final movement mimics his opponent's zanpakuto, he can only do this by striking the blade of the zanpakuto, this makes certain zanpakutos unattainable (i.e. Senbonzakura, Haineko, Minazuki, etc.). Also, he cannot further advance the zanpakuto's stage from the one it is mimicked in.

Bankai : Name - Kaminari Torukaze "Thundering Wind Tiger" - Splits apart into 2 large blades that when placed in the ground he is able to used the wind very similar Byakuya Kuchiki's bankai. This techniques is used more as a diversion tactic rather than an offensive ability. Other than a drastic increase in speed there are no other noted abilities of his bankai.

Other Abilities

Considering his mastery of Quincy arts, Ri was able to easily become a master of kidou, possibly even as powerful as Tessai. As Quincy he was especially good at seals, which is why he was able to seal away an adjucha class menos with nearly no complications.

Current

After escaping into Karakura town, Ri imidiately contacted Kisuke. Following his advice, Ri made no contact with anyone that could possibly know who he is, including Ichigo. He resides in an apartment conplex near the Karakura health center and works as a bartender across the street. This bar is frequented by both Ryuuken and Isshin. Though Isshin vaguely remembers his face, though he can't connected it to a person or place. Ryuuken also is completely oblivious to the fact that he is being served drinks by one of his great ancestors.

Soul Society Members

Byakuya Kuchiki - Knows of Ri's existance, and is quite aware of his escape from the Maggot's Nest but has no reason to eliminate him except for purely upholding the law, which he seems to be swaying away from since the failed execution of of Rukia.
Jushiro Ukitake - Deeply cares about Ri and inadvertantly caused the investigaton on him which led to his imprisonment. Assumed he went rogue like many of the personel who knew him. Jushiro is the only member of the Soul Society who knows that he was a quincy and had been slowly regaining his abilities while in the Seretei.
Shunsui Kyoraku - Extremely close to Ri, mainly because of Ri's bond with Shunsui's last male vice-captain who was killed by a hollow invasion as he was protecting the Rukongai. He too is one of the few people who knew Ri was transfered to the Maggot's Nest and one of the only two who knew he has escaped.
Mayuri Kurotsuchi - Though not part of the Special Forces, Mayuri was allowed in the Nest to visit only Ri, in continuation of Urahara's research. Mayuri stopped traveling to the Nest once he realized how unnecessary hollowfication research had become. He also has grown complete detest for Ri over time as he realized how much time he wasted on him.

Though many other members of the Soul Society know of Ri Ishida and were close to him, after his disappearance, he slowly faded into Soul Society archives.

This is my Arrancar OC. His name is Yukiji~ He's indifferent about most things but can get flustered and he does have a bit of a short temper. Also he's a bit of a 'double agent' meaning he will do things for either side depending on his mood. He likes old music from the real world, goofy things like Hammer Time etc. xD;; He's 5'8" Tall and looks about 16. n__n This is just a quick sketch of him (10-15 mins) because I wanted to get his idea out of my head and onto 'paper'. I have a better picture but it's not scanned right now ^^;
