There's some great stuff here, your signatures are well constructed and stylised very nicely :) They're a bit wordy but that's a personal gripe, not something you should think about changing!

The wallpaper you've linked is very clean, simple and does it's job nicely, my only nitpick is the characters don't seem to mesh with the wall too well but it's not always easy getting that to happen with this style so it's understandable and doesn't take away too much from the wall anyway.

The colourings i don't have much to comment on really, alot of people don't have grasp of shadows or just ignore them but you've got it going, especially the hair which, personally speaking, i always had trouble with so great work :)

I look forward to seeing more down the line!

Well, it was just random graphic xD But yeah blending pics with the background is hard.

You really think so? :D I still suck at coloring hair :D But I do like to play with the shadows :3

A fast trick you can use is to unify the colours. I don't know what kind of gradients and patterns are in the standard Gimp toolbox, but Even a simple pastel gradient or colour paper pattern will suffice. (you can make your own gradient to)

If you have some gradient sets (personally I've found that pastels work the best for this), then you can overlay it as a gradient layer over the entire wallpaper. By adjusting the sweep and angle of the colour change, you can preserve the stock's original colours but still tie them to the back background. By tweaking the hue of the overlay you can get the colour mix you want.

Wow. These are amazing, Kuro! :) You're quite talented. I like the feeling of fantasy you create with these images. :D

I think your strongest graphics here are the ones that you drew and colored yourself. :D I think they have a "friendly" vibe.

I have trouble making renders look as if they "belong" in the graphic, too. What I've started doing is using the soften brush around the edges of the render.

Then I do something similar to what blackluster suggested, and put an extra raster layer on top. This layer is either a light color or subtle gradient. (I normally use the opposite color of the background, such as blue/yellow, green/purple, and such. If I'm looking to fix the color of a character's skin, I use a light peach or pink gradient. When I use a gradient, I use a Gaussian blur with a radius of 25 or so.) Set blending to Burn, and the opacity to somewhere between 50% and 60%, based on how it looks to you. Often, depending on the graphic, I'll use some sort of subtle texture effect, usually Interlace, to further make everything "mesh."

Here is a set of 900 GIMP gradients I found on DA: http://fav.me/d1ps6h8 There are instructions on the page for making them usable.

And here are some plugin filters you might be able to use: http://www.techzilo.com/gimp-plugins/ Play around with them and see what you can do with them. :D

Just finished the banners requested by Kid-chan. The verses removing I used makes it look different in different scales, that filter is tricky o.o

Ok, I'll check that out sometime.

Thanks :) What exactly do you mean by "fantasy"? :D
