Story:
On August 10th, 2010, a.t.b., the Holy Empire of Britannia overpowered Japanese forces and conquered the country with their robotic weapons, the Knightmare Frames, in less than a month. Japan lost its freedom and rights and was renamed Area 11, and the Japanese people are renamed "Elevens" and forced to survive in ghettos, while Britannians live in first-class settlements. Rebel elements persist, however, as pockets of Japanese organizations struggle against the Empire for the independence of Japan.

After his father, the Emperor of Britannia, did nothing to pursue the terrorists who murdered his mother and crippled his sister, a young boy named Lelouch, vowed to destroy Britannia. Seven years later in Area 11, he encounters a mysterious girl who gives him the power of the Geass. With it, he finally has the power that he needs to defeat Britannia and fulfill his two wishes: to seek revenge for his mother and to construct a world in which his beloved sister can live happily. Ooh I dislike mechas in general so as to not watch them but I cant dislike Clamp . Wow you remember his catch phrase O Me De Tou coolios . Once I even thought of rping him but there was no rp as such so never bothered. His Tetsu Shiratori seiyu has done a wonderful job

I actually didn't know they did the character designs. I just kept looking at Suzaku and thought, "He looks awfully like Syaoran."

Lelouch is smart and cunning though he is also a softie . People do misunderstand Lelouch is an ego maniac actually he is prideful not an egomaniac . This is my opinion may be wrong Lulu will never betray his friends he keep on going easy on Suzaku to honor their childhood friendship

Lelouch is alive the other Geass user who has appeared is most likely the CC type may have a history with her . Being a shonen he will toy around with Lulu let him power up counter before he goes for the kill

Sure you can Shannon will add you as soon as she gets on . In this summer there will be two more episodes of Code Geass . I don’t know the exact date as such but there is . Also being a Clamp we can be guaranteed in two/three years time there will be a season 2 .

They are softsubs most likely if its mkv . You have to choose the subtitles options this way for VLC

My friend is a mechaholic , on a visit he was playing Code Geass I glanced upon the show and I saw the Character Designs they had a Clamp stamp on them . So I took the episodes from him just because of the Clamp tag and I was pleasantly surprised due to the mecha genre .

When I watched the show I quite liked it and soon before I had known I was involved into the plot

Lelouch just massacred everyone. Reminds me as to why he's my most favorite character in all of fiction. I loved how he tricked Suzaku into thinking he'd fight him and then left him for dead in a trap. On top of that that bastard Ougi finally dies and Cornelia gets stabbed in the back by her best knight :) Can't wait for the finale

I always thought of Suzaku as a Wimp but now my hate for him grows even more . Lloyd coolness meter drops a few notches due to the fact he tolerates Suzaku . Lulu was a bait to bait out C.C. He's being watched all day long.

Only appearance of the Rounds were Gino, Anya, and Suzaku in front of the Emperor. This is the last scene.
Lee only has one phrase.

Surveillance of Lulu may be Emperor's plan.

There's a lot of comparison to the first season's episode 1, such as Geass scene.
Urabe was pretty cool, as he welcomes return of Lulu with "We have been waiting for you, Zero! Please give us orders!"
Shirley is still in love with Lulu. She was calling him "Lulu" as she always did.

She reaches out to Lulu, and a Britannian soldier shoots C.C.
He points the gun towards Lulu, saying "Your job is done"
He reads out Lulu's name, and reads what Lulu has been doing all day.
Lulu is shocked that he's been watched the whole time.
Lulu wishes for power (Just like in ep1).
C.C. gets up suddenly, and kisses Lulu.
Geass scene happens, similar to when he first contracted, but he hears voice saying he already has the power, and he regains his memory. This is when the flashback scene to episode 25 flashes.
His left eye glows red, he shouts "I am ZERO!" and swings his arms around.
He does the "I, Lelouch Britannia commands you!" line
"Yes your highness! *BANG*" (Just like episode 1)

Despite moving to a Sunday slot, violence still exists, from aohige
Just like the first episode of the first series, lots of carnage.

The Brittanian army raiding the Tower to repel the OotBK forces recklessly shoots and kills people in the tower. Lulu yells out "Stop, they're still alive!" but the soldiers don't heed him, and continues the massacre. Mount of corpses pile up, and is set on purple flame. Zero's return is shown with the burning corpses behind him, apparently.

Looks like the Black King bites it also when the army raids the place.

The fate of Ougi and the other OotBK captured, from aohige
Ougi is still captured along with Toudou and others.
Chiba thinks Zero betrayed him, but Ougi still believes in Zero. Ever a "nice guy".

Tidbits from aohige
The two martial arts brothers that was mentioned in previous magazine spoilers were forced to fight each other in the colosseum. They were crying as they fought each other.
Apparantly, they were later found dead in the pile of bodies the Britannian raid force massacre created.

Viletta-sensei jumps onto Lulu, and sits on top of him... only to find out that it's actually Rivalz with a Lulu wig.

Kallen approaches Lulu, and bumbs into him intentionally, spilling drinks.
She acts like wiping him, and tries to contact him... but King grabs her hair, and tries to take her away. That's when Lulu challenges King to a chess match.
Later on, when all the massacre is going on, Kallen tries to take Lulu away, but in the next scene, it shows her surprised, and on the ground on her butt. You see Rollo's heart-shaped pendant swinging about before this, and Rollo is pulling Lulu away with his hands.
Perhaps he did something to Kallen, confusing her?

I love Code Geass plot, and I can't stop wondering about CC and her kind, where do they come from and why do they contract humans? I'd like to join and discuss some theories.

Here what I've noted about CC and her people:
-Recurrent image (vision): the people with the geass symbol on the forehead, then we see a planet which looks like Jupiter.
-Still in the vision,The King said something like "we'll join with the Ragnarian*, and the legend will continue" and he's standing on the artefact he described as "a weapon against the gods".
* I don't know if this translation is exact, I didn't really catch the word, it may be related to Ragnarok (final battles between gods in Northern mythology)
-CC said that at the beginning she did not know she was not human.
-CC lived for a long time, and we have glimpses of different epochs in her visions (something like WWI, Middle Age ...) all this visions are violence of humans against her.
-On a certain vision we see people throwing stones at an edifice with the geass symbol on it.
-We don't know what is the exact nature of the contract, but I remember CC saying she'll be in trouble if Lelouch died.
-The true reason for expansionist politic of the empire seems to be securing the artefacts sites related to Geass people.
-VV seems to be on the Empire side,for telling Suzaku the truth on Lelouch. Though I did not understand what he was trying to achieve when he stopped the fight between them. (when they were with Euphemia on the island). in addition he's associated with Charles in the ending of R2.

Summing up all of these facts, I came with this beginning of explanation:the Geass people may be extraterrestrial beings who once lived on Earth, due to their peculiar powers, they were assimilated as gods. But later on their situation degraded and most of them left or died (although they seem nearly immortal), some of them remained trapped on Earth. Maybe they are waging war between them using humans as chess's pieces,in the same way Lelouch and his opponents use Knightmares.That'll do for Ragnarok and the "weapon against gods" , plus another thing that may confirm the chess analogy, CC described the geass of Lelouch as the "power of the King", which appears to be the same type of power that his father has. This is all I can figure out for now, but I think I did not notices some important details in the first season.

Rollo's geass is SO interesting(but I still don't like Rollo, he reminds me Suzaku), and I'm SO glad to know that Cornelia has just disappeared and she can be alive(I hope see her in the next episodes).

Rolo's flashback really remind me of Darker Than Black: since his childhood he was trained to kill because of his power, and he grown up as an empty youngster with serious emotional issues. Lelouch used this to his advantage with a clever manipulation (like I saved you because you're my brother but it was all a trick), but Rollo is really unstable and I think he'll probably have to kill him.

Probably, the Emperor has used his Geass to make everyone at school forget about Karin, Nunally, and other things. I wonder if Mylla ( the president of the Student Council) still knows that Lelouch is a prince, or it has been erased from her memories too.

I think Lelouch wants the name "United States of Japan" for two reasons: -he wants a new Japan, not a Japan turned on the past, hence a new name.

The fifth episode was okay, Suzaku seems to be back in the Ashford University, acting like nothing happened but deeply everything in the past in concerned about him and Lelouch.
We get to see one of the Knight of Rounds in action, Gino, in his awesome Knightmare, Tristan. The whole festival thing was fun, this episode has some hard fan servicing (Viletta sensei :zomg). Next week episode seems being more towards the main plot, we'll see the Chinese Federation going against Britannia finest.
