i don't know where they all come from, but

on the normal default header, Aizen and Gin come from Chapter 247

I can remember all the pics happening in the manga (or at least almost all) but each chapter is too much to rememebr right now.

It might be easier to post in the new header thread or PM those that made each one:p

The ichigo is from the same chap as the aizen and gin so 247 and the rukia is from the official calendar.
