Bleach 282: The Primal Fear

Halible and her fraccions were watching the fight between Ichigo and GJ. With the sound from the battle make the girls scared. Halible told them not to worry because this is a fight of released-espada. So it's not surprising that they had instinctive fear, after Halible's word her fraccions keep quiet.

After that Halible thought about an enemy that managed to make GJ released. She couldn't believe he was normal because his reiatsu was disgusting (?) and too powerful. She concluded this is like a fight between espadas (Ichigo vs GJ).

GJ realised that Ichigo managed to hold a mask longer than 11 seconds and glad that he would not get bored like last time. Which make Ichigo replied "Don't make me laugh." Then swung his sword into GJ's chest, managed to injured him. Ichigo said "That's my line, Grimmjow. Don't take off that release form or else I'll get bored." From there they continued to fight.

Orihime was watching this fight behind her shield and asked herself if this is really Kurosaki-Kun. Suddenly GJ use his attack which Ichigo realised Orihime's shield might not be able to protect her. He came and took an attack. Orihime called him but once he turned back to her she got scared again. Ichigo said nothing then turned back to GJ.

As for the predictions, I'd like to see more of the current fight. But I'm looking forward to see what Halibel and co are up to, if they're not watching. Anyway, I think that in the upcoming chapter, Ichigo will be able to give Grimmjow more than just a scratch...assuming we get to see more of the fight.

It's a way of Kubo keeping it interesting while Grimmjow still fights with Ichigo. Another 19 pages of the fight would probably make people upset.

He wants to include more of the mystery characters because people are curious about them. And people always love something new.

That's what I've been wondering. All the Espada were given orders to not interfere with the intruders, and yet- Grimmjow, Noitora, Szayel Aporro, Aaroniero and Ulquiorra have all interfered. So I'm wondering if she's going to listen to orders, or not. My guess is that if Ichigo wins, then, being as passive as she is, will probably just leave. But her Fracción may want to fight.

Can anyone make out what the girls are saying? The most likely place for them to be is at the Ichigo vs. Grimmjow fight. Maybe Aizen sent them to stop the fight and tell Ichigo that he has been summoned. If that is the case then Halibel must be at least 5th ranked, otherwise Grimmjow would just kill them all. I'm sure he is going to be seriously pissed off if they do interrupt his fight. Things are certainly getting very interesting. I would love to see Ichigo go full Hollow and kill them all, then turn to Grimmjow and say "Let's finish this!"

Halibel is a female, she can't be over 9000 in Shonen. Either way it feels so refreshing to see something other than Orihime, Ulqiorra, Ichigo, Grimmjow and Nell...

It could very well be Halibel and company watching the Grimmjow fight.

If that's the case, given the current scenario, I'll put Halibel at being #5.

For one, they only made references to the former espada eventually being replaced by the new espada. This would indicate that until a higher level arrancar was found, the privaron were in charge of the lower class hou gyoku arrancars. Cirucci definately showed a distaste for men, so I could see Halibel just being her replacement.

It would also explain why Halibel's followers are laughing at Grimmjow (an espada no less) because they can't believe he had to release against Grimmjow.

However it would explain why Halibel is THERE. If Grimmjow fails, with Ulquiorra gone, the only ones left to handle Ichigo would be 1-3, and 5.

I doubt she's 1-3, cause I think those 3 belong to Noitra, Stark, and the old man.

However, Noitra could have come up against a powerful opponent, and they could be laughing at Noitra (if, for instance, Halibel was 1, or 2, and Noitra was 2 or 3)

I think it would be something like this also. They also seem to be laughing, which seems to hint at Grimmjow possibly having more trouble than expected in fighting Ichigo. I say they're laughing at GJ ;)

And as shown in the SS arc, Aizen always thinks up a back up plan if he fails to get the Royal Key. So far, he has Orihime, who can manipulate time which is a godly power. Ichigo, to Aizen, I think, has a really interesting power to a human so he could probably make use of Ichigo's power and reitsu?

Sorry spacecat and everybody else, I just got carried away in anticipation and just posted the lineup as something to post while we all waited (in sucky bablefish). I'll leave any spoiler posting up to those who know what they're actually doing from now on. But on the Himajin thing, I remember he has changed his name sometimes in the past (disregarding the fakers forging his name for weeks now). Remember the soy sauce guy posting true spoilers at the end of May, I think that was really Himajin. And as to him confirming the one line NAruto spoiler, it looked exactly like his name and trip but the diamond seemed smaller (maybe some fakers leave a little easter egg to tell they're fake)

If Ichi's mask breaks, I'll be pissed. Besides, isn't the limit already long passed? He went mask, chatted with 'Hime for a while, then got knocked around. Seems like that would be more than 11 seconds.. The chatting would take up a lot of that and the getting knocked around, and I'm sure there was another second or two used up when GJ stood around before getting fired upon by a Kuro GT.

Meh, it's a short unconfirmed spoil, anyway. If the first spoil is correct, then the limit doesn't exist or was extended. Bleach 282: The Primal Fear

Halibel and her fraccions were watching the fight between Ichigo and GJ. With the sound from the battle make the girls scared. Halibel told them not to worry because this is a fight of released-espada. So it's not surprising that they had instinctive fear, after Halible's word her fraccions keep quiet.

After that Halibel thought about an enemy that managed to make GJ released. She couldn't believe he was normal because his reiatsu was disgusting (?) and too powerful. She concluded this is like a fight between espadas (Ichigo vs GJ).

GJ realised that Ichigo managed to hold a mask longer than 11 seconds and glad that he would not get bored like last time. Which make Ichigo replied "Don't make me laugh." Then swung his sword into GJ's chest, managed to injured him. Ichigo said "That's my line, Grimmjow. Don't take off that release form or else I'll get bored." From there they continued to fight.

Orihime was watching this fight behind her shield and asked herself if this is really Kurosaki-Kun. Suddenly GJ used his attack which Ichigo realised Orihime's shield might not be able to protect her. He came and took an attack. Orihime called him but once he looked at her she got scared again. Ichigo said nothing then turned back to GJ.

Ichigo breaking his 11 second limit, well it had to happen, so I'm thinking Syn was correct in judging that Ichigo's intent to kill has given him more endurance with his powers.

Orihime gets protected again and scared again by the mask. Interesting.

It looks like the reasons for Orihime's presence at this fight are to be an object to be protected by Ichigo and to be scared by Ichigo's mask. Is this more negative character development for Orihime? Even if Ichigo wins, will she still be scared of him? Is she losing the distinction between Ichigo and the enemy?

Also, it's odd that Ichigo now can hold the mask over 11 seconds without any explanation. There are lots of possible hypotheses that we can make, but it would be nice to have it actually explained in the manga.

GJ realised that Ichigo managed to hold a mask longer than 11 seconds and glad that he would not get bored like last time. Which make Ichigo replied "Don't make me laugh." Then swung his sword into GJ's chest, managed to injured him. Ichigo said "That's my line, Grimmjow. Don't take off that release form or else I'll get bored." From there they continued to fight.

Orihime was watching this fight behind her shield and asked herself if this is really Kurosaki-Kun. I think it's not that he doesn't think about his fallen comrades, it's more that he can't think about that or else it will interfere with the battle and make him lose for worrying to much; i think Ichigo learned that from all the experience he passed through :).

I'm happy that Ichigo finally improved in his hollow form, i don't still get a clear sight of what the chapter looks like from the translation, looking forward to the RAW.

If anything this fight will crush all her ideals of the perfect Ichigo. So if I understand you correctly, KT's idea of 'bonding' two people would include:

1. lacklustre reunion with Ichigo just after a dramatic goodbye
2. five chapters worth of standing around looking dazed and being O_O;; scared
3. comforted Nell that Ichigo will win but the facade slipped by having her hand trembled (shows she does not have total faith in him)
4. being told having to put up her shield to protect herself yet he has to protect her (shows Ichigo does not have faith in her ability)
5. 3 and 4 showing a blatant, mutual disconnect

All these are screaming how these two individuals can never ever bond. There is no sense of deep understanding nor mutual support structure in here. This fight is a far cry from Ichi-Bya and Ichi-GF, if KT is trying to parallel the latter, the girl with sunset swishing in her hair has disappointed yet again. T_T

I think that this will only weaken Orihime's bond with Ichigo. When the fight started, Orihime had (or pretended to have) such strong faith in Ichigo, but that is being damaged by her new fear. It sounds like Ichigo was hurt by her fear at the end of the chapter. This is yet another failure of Ichigo and Orihime to connect, like in chapter 194. Ichigo tried apologizing and telling her not to worry, but it didn't work, and now he has no idea what to say to her. On Orihime's side, it is yet another emotional trauma that shakes one of the last anchors that she had in Hueco Mundo.

It's been so long since we've seen him. It would be nice to see Ichigo gain some new powers with him. I don't want Ichigo to have to become the enemy in order to defeat them.

I agree with Dice, and I think the reason Kubo spent so much time focusing on Orihime's faith in and favorable opinion of Ichigo was only so he could flip those ideas on their heads now and in the coming chapters. It's more interesting and dramatic that way.

If it was just Orihime being afraid of the mask, it would probably be okay, but Orihime is in the middle of a downward spiral of character development. She has been subjected to all kinds of manipulation and brutality; becoming scared of Ichigo's new power is another step in her fall. After the fight (assuming that Ichigo wins and is free to move), it will be incredibly awkward, with Orihime still a bit scared of Ichigo and wanting to stay in Hueco Mundo for her own secret reason and Ichigo feeling bad than she was frightened and wanting to get out of there to help his friends (especially Rukia - another wedge between them) as soon as possible.

....Wow, that summed it up pretty succinctly. Ichigo and Orihime -have- no real bond, that's the problem. Orihime feels strongly for him, but you can't call that a bond, really, because it takes two people to make it. Ichigo is like..way out in left field as regards Orihime.

First of all, regarding this guy who post Bleach spoiler every week in another non-English forum, I believes he read the actual manga. As all of his spoilers are very graphic and his writing style is so touching, almost his readers could imagine exactly what happen in the manga. (He is famous in those forums for this.)

Secondly, to think that Ichigo is a bit OOC, I was convinced by something that Annie's spoiler did not mentioned. For instance, after Ichigo used his body to protect Orihime, he seemed to be hurt when he saw Orihime's scared face. (If you do not still believe me, the earlier short spoiler which is a Japanese one also mention this one, but I just forgot to translate ^^;　体を張って守る苺) I am not saying that her spoiler is not good as actually it is well summarized and easy to understand. But you know, when you know the spoiler, you get to feel you want to discuss to someone about it, correct? After all, it is just one opinion from one person.

Lastly, I did not intend to offend anybody here. I hope I do not need to put :D smiley every single sentence I typed to prove that I am not serious or try to offend you.
