'He had invaded her dreams once again...he was kneeling down in front of her, he was holding a beautiful diamond ring toward her. How did he know that was the ring she had wanted? How did he know so much about her?

“Luv, you are the women I want to be with, I love you with all my being, please marry me.” his eyes told her that he was more than serious. He had taken her out for dinner, as always, he had reserved the best table possible and made sure he had roses waiting for her at their table. He had always been a thoughtful man. From that they he saved her, to the day they shared their first kiss, and until today, he always knew how to make her heart skip a beat.

She felt as the tears started to flow down her cheeks, he wanted her to be his wife, he wanted to spend the rest of their eternities together. How did they get to this point? She had fallen in love with him by accident. When they met, she never thought she could fall for a man like him. He was the type of man she would never go for. Yet, here they were, together, and now he was asking her to marry him.

She finally reached out to touch his cheek, the tears were still running, but she didn't care. She didn't mind showing him how weak he could make her. She put a soft hand on his cheek and rubbed it with her thumb.

“Ren, I would love to marry you. I want to know you like you know me. I want to memorize every part of your body, and never forget.” She finally spoke. She saw as his eyes were filled with joy and he stood up to give her one of the many kisses they would be sharing now.'


Luv's eyes burst open. Why the hell had she had that dream? It had been so long since she had even thought about him, and all of sudden this memories were invading her once again. This damn dream disturbed her. She had worked hard to forget, but somehow, she still remember everything about him. She looked out the window, the rays of the sun were already invading her bedroom.

It was a beautiful morning. It had been raining yesterday, but today showed no signs of precipitation. Luv felt as the warm rays of the sun hit her body, bringing about a warmth throughout her naked body. As much as she didn't want to get up, she knew there were matters to discuss. Yesterday had been such a chaotic day. So many things had happened. As the suns rays hit her face, she decided she would needed to get up and maybe make some breakfast for her and her new room mate.

She slipped out of bed and into her bathroom, she was in need of a shower. As the warm water hit her naked body, she couldn't help but to smile at yesterday's occurrences. She thought she was going to have to wait to find out what happened at the explosion, but Seraf had actually cleared everything up for her. She didn't know what to think about him. She still couldn't believe that he didn't join her in bed. That had never happened to her, she gave him the opportunity to have fun with her, but he refused. Maybe he was too dumb to comprehend her proposition, or maybe he just had a lot of will power. Luv couldn't help but smile at that thought, will power was something she wasn't used to. Seraf would be a great challenge. She hadn't had one of those in quite some time.

After feeling nice and clean, Luv got out of the shower and dried herself. Walking into her bedroom, she quickly walked into her closet.

“Now...what should I wear.... it has to be sexy, I need to make sure I toy with Seraf,”she said to herself, “I really want him to notice me.”

After finally choosing her outfit, she walked out of her room into the living room, only to find Seraf was already sitting down watching TV...........

Seraf woke up early this morning, feeling refreshed and restored, the troubles of the other day almost seemed like a distant memory. Of course, it wasn't like he could completely forget about it. He heard Luv, wake up. She was taking a shower, so he decided to make breakfast.

Scrounging around in the fridge proved fruitful as Luv kept a well stocked fridge. He pulled out the eggs and started to whip them up. He would make omelette's. Hopefully she wouldn't be mad that he just helped himself. He stared at the coffee pot, hmm, hopefully I remember how to use this he thought. It6 had been a long time since he was last in the "real world" on patrol. How nervous he was when he fought his first hollow. Distant memories. Focus on the now!

He then went and turned on the news, to see what was up with the real world. There were a few interesting leads. A church had been broken into and the doors destroyed. He would check that out, also there was a local street fight, an alleyway was pretty messed up, also a good lead.

He looked up to see Luv staring at him, she was standing there, looking at what Seraf came to believe her usual stunning self. But maybe her outfit was a little bit more....how to say, but sexy! She had put on tight fitting leather pants, they showed off her curves very nicely, and for a top a sleeveless leather top that accentuated her......Luv was watching him with a smirk on her face. A blush streaked him face again. Damn her, she keeps toying with me.

A pang of regret passed him as he thought of her offer last night.
Seraf gained his composure, "I started making breakfast, I hope you don't mind that I raided your fridge" He put on his best smile again, he found he did this a lot around her.

"We can talk about business over coffee and our omelette's."

Luv

As Luv stood in the hallway watching Seraf, she still couldn't believe that he hadn't joined last night. He was the first man to ever turn her down and that excited her. It seemed that he was watching the news, maybe looking for some clues as to where the enemy might be at. When Seraf finally felt her presence he turned to look at her, all Luv could do was put one hand on her hip and give him a smirk. He was a bit surprised to see her standing there, but tried to hide it. She noticed as he looked her up and down, she was delighted that her outfit had caught Seraf's attention. She could see the faint blush on his cheeks she was sure he had liked it. Maybe now, he was regretting not taking her offer last night.

“I don't mind at all, I was actually going to make breakfast myself, and business can wait until after breakfast,” she answered. She walked into the living room and stood in front of him, close enough that if he wanted, he could take her right there and there. Of course she knew he probably wouldn't do that, he had too much restraint for such beastly acts. She stared down at him and could see he was having trouble fighting back the urge to hold her. She could see the faint blush covering his cheeks, his breath became ragged, and his composure was wavering. This put a smile on Luv's face. She loved to toy with him like this, and she wondered how long it would take her to brake him. She leaned down to whisper in his ear.....

“Good morning Seraf........”she whispered seductively........”what are you watching?”

Once again she was getting very close to him. Damn her, she had stop stop doing this or he would eventually break down, how much more could he take? He let out a sigh and walked over to the stove, where in his distraction he had been letting the eggs burn!!

"Aw Crap!" he quickly grabbed the pan and pulled it off the stove. At the same moment the toast popped out of the toaster. He set the pan down and started to butter the toast. Luv just stood there with an amused grin on her face. Seraf scowled. "well? Come over here and help if you want your breakfast not to taste like charcoal."

Luv walked over to him, her hips were swaying back and forth, she was definitely over exaggerating the movement, and a smile drifted across his face. He shook his head and went back to the toast. They sat in silence while eating, the coffee was way too bitter and the omelette's didn't taste like omelette's. Overall it was a total failure.

Once that was finished, they began to talk business. "As i said last night, i can pay you pretty well for your services, it just depends of if you are willing."

Luv

Breakfast wasn't what she would have hoped for. The coffee was too bitter, and the omelette's tasted like rubber. Luv just wanted to spit it out, but she was a women with manners and she knew she couldn't do that. She would just go ahead and suck it up, maybe she could go get some real breakfast on her way to finish a certain job. She was happy that he had at least tried, even though he failed miserably. They ate in silence, neither wanting to disturb the other. Seraf turned out to be quite the gentlemen, Luv had fun toying with him, but if he was going to be her client, then she would have to tone it down a bit. She never mixed business with pleasure, and she shouldn't start now.

Whom ever Seraf was looking for must be pretty strong. If he had the guts to cause that explosion, then he must really not care who Soul Society sends after him. Luv would love a challenge like that. She hadn't had a good fight in quite some time. The only person that could ever stand up to her was her ex-husband and he was no longer in her life.

“Willing.... I am willing, but I must warn you.....my services don't come cheap. I am a very busy women and I really don't have time look for some idiot when I could be torturing some human. I hope you make it worth my time. Usually I charge $500,000 before the job is done, and $500,000 after. Its your choice.... I for one don't really care. Of course, if you don't have the money, than you are talking to the wrong person.” she answered. There was no way he could have that type of money, then again, one never knew. Maybe she should tease him a bit and give him another choice of payment......no, she need to be professional about this.

Before he could reply she added, “Maybe you should go to Mello's shop first, she makes gigai's and I'm sure you will need one.”

A gigai, it had totally slipped his mind, if he was going to try and be inconspicuous he really needed to use one. But Luv's price, it was very steep. It was almost more than he could afford. It wasn't even his job to hunt down this guys, why should he even bother. The memory of his friend cut down flashed through his mind. He became determined again.
With a nod Seraf said "Ok, I agree to your price. You had better be good lady or i will not be pleased." A smirk grew on his face. "Luckily I had my storage unit with me at the time I left."

Seraf made a complex gesture with his fingers, and then said a quick incantation. A little wormhole appeared in front of him. It was black, almost as if it was a portal, but in reality it was like a safety deposit box. He withdrew a few stacks of bills, hundreds, and he threw them across the table to Luv.

"As for the Gigai no worries, i just remembered i kept a spare one in here....." His words were muffled because he had snapped his fingers and the portal had grown larger. He was leaning in, almost halfway through. He pulled out a body that was similar to his own. Only the scar on the face was gone.

"I used this when i was assigned to patrol in the "real world", i never got rid of it on the off chance that i would find myself here again. Good thing i did." He laughed a little. Seraf leaned over the table, and gazed steadily at Luv. "Right, so i was watching the news and i saw two good places to check out first."

Luv

Luv was surprised when he threw the money across the table. She was surprised to see that he actually had money and a gigai. That was going to save them a lot of time. So now she had to start looking for this mysterious shinigami. Maybe it was better for both to go their separate ways and cover more ground.

“How about I go to the church and you can go check out the alleyway. I still need to take care of a job I have pending, but it shouldn't take long. Its just some prime minister, its a piece a cake to kill those.” uv proposed. He just nodded a yes. She took the money and put it in her purse, this money was going to get her that new D&B bag she wanted.

She had heard his story about the fight in the alleyway and the destruction of the church. Those were probably the best places to search for this other guy. She couldn't believe how easy that idiot was making it to find him. He sure as hell likes attention, and that was going to be his undoing.

Luv stood and made her way to the living room. Seraf did the same and followed her. He sure looked handsome in his brand new body, he looked even better without the scar. Too bad he was now officially a client, or she could have given his new body a test run.

“You are welcomed to stay here as long as you need, there are spare keys under the welcome matt, the access code for the box is 5683, or LOVE. Take them with you, and I will see you later this afternoon. We can talk about what we found over dinner okay?” With that she leaned over and gave him a kiss on the cheek. “Have a great day.” She finished seductively, making her way towards the door........

Raiy woke up with the sun shining on his face, where was he? Oh right… he remembered that night yesterday and the boy, Grey. He stood up and noticed that his wound didn’t hurt anymore, they were almost healed. Suddenly he heard a noise from the Kitchen, was it Grey? Raiy went into the Kitchen and was prepared to see almost everything, except that: The Shinigami he met yesterday, after the explosion, Shadow, was standing there and preparing something to eat, Raiy just stood there and starred at him, after a few seconds he said: “What the heck are you doing here…??”

"Yo partner! how do you like your pancakes?" shadow smiled at raiy and tossed the last pancake into the plate and took the plate with him. he dropped the plate in front of reiy and smiled, "eat, you had a rough night."

"that isn't what i asked you!" raiy wasn't amused.

shadow face changed again, this time it was serious as hell, "you know...we could have avoided this if you helped me, this kid...he is the victim from one of the attacks at night, am i right?" shadow had a very serious face now, "you gave him shinigami powers...you know what that means? you know the punishment?"

Raiy looked at the 3th Seat of Squad 3, he should have known that someone like him would notice that quickly. So he sighted "Yes I perfectly now what that means and i'm not going to discuss it with you now." Even tough he didn't really trusted Shadow, at the moment he had to rely on him and he was right, maybe they could have avoided this massacre, if Raiy helped him in the first place, but anyway he couldn't change the past...
He sat down on a chair and looked at the Pancakes,, but after that overdose from yesterday he couldn't eat anything, Raiy pushed the disk away, "uhmm...no thanks, i don't have much appetite right now..."

shadow face changed again to a smile, "don't worry i wont judge you, as i see it you did the right thing with this kid," shadow looked at the kid with sad eyes, "i hate it when the young ones suffer so much..." shadow turned his look back to raiy, "beside the attack on that house a church was attacked and so was some alleys, i was attacked near a hospital, god knows what could have happen if that hollow did what he planned," the hollow just looked for Shadow but the truth is just something you need to cover.


"why are the hollows here, this number is really unusual," raiy was correct the hollows were drawn to the city as if they searched for something.


"the MRA, it stand for Massive Reitsu Absorber, it attract the hollows even when its not active," this was a lie but its partly correct, "even after it will detonate more and more hollows would come to this town, nothing would stay alive." this wasn't a lie, "we need to find the MRA and quick, can i count on you this time?."

Again Raiy sighed, "Yeah I guess so...this is my job, right?" He had no choice but helping him and even if Shadow was hiding something from him, he still was a Shinigami, so Raiy decided to trust him. Furthermore he needed his help if he wanted to keep the people in this town safe. "However I'm glad you are here...but...do never ever sneak into my apartment like that again!" Raiy said and stood up, "Oh and by the way next time you give me something with a tracking system, you should tell me..."
He said and turned around to leave the Kitchen...

"sowwy," shadow said with a smile, "but i did announced that i am coming in too bad you were totally passed out i was sure you were about to die," he said that with his mouth full of pancakes, "i had to use some healing kido on you two," shadow forced himself to gulp the pancakes, coughed a little and started to go to the main room with grey sleeping body, he put a little device near grey, it was the second phone device and he also added a note, "press to talk to us, we will help you."

"okay partner," shadow hit raiy on the shoulder, "our first place would be the church, i felt familiar reitsu, its the best we have right now," he continued to the window and turned his head to raiy "be ready it might be messy, and keep that device close to you so you can talk to the kid when he wake up, you are the only person he knows in this city now."

raiy knew it was true.

"Yeah right..." Raiy answered, he made a step towards the window, but then suddenly turned around, "Oh my god! my stomach is going to kill me!" he ran into the bathroom, cursing the whole 4th squad this time.
After a few minutes he came out, "...looks like your healing Kido, didn't work on this..." he slipped out of his Gigai and looked once again at Grey, he was still sleeping and it didn't look like he would wake up soon, and even if, Raiy couldn't stay here, if Shadow was right, he had to find the MRA as fast as possible...

She got off her car, pop the hood and took out a black trash bag, this bag was her proof that the job was done, the meeting place was about five miles from the city, after all, the police were searching the whole city for the person who killed the Prime Minister of England. It had been such an easy job, but the money made up for the lack of action.

Luv noticed as a black car with tinted windows pulled up. It seemed that they were ready to make the exchange. She had already gotten $500,000 from him, and now that the job was done, she was about to add another $500,000 to her bank account. Life was good, she had killed that man in her shinigami form, so no one even knew who it was. Luv wonder who they would blame... maybe France, or maybe Germany...who knew, but if this caused a war, then it would just be a bonus.

She walked towards the three men. They seemed a bit nervous,“Well, well... I see your a man of your word,” she said to a lone gentlemen holding a brown briefcase. He was accompanied by two body guards, she couldn't blame him. You couldn't trust someone like her, and he knew that very well.

“Oh...Luv, as always... you look ravishing,” the man said while looking at her up and down.

“What can I say, I hit the gym,” she said smiling. This human was such an idiot.

“Well, it shows. So... when are you going to accept that invitation to dinner?”

“Listen...Antonio, I don't mix business with pleasure, so how about we get to business, do you have the rest of the money?” She asked, now getting more annoyed. She had other things to do, and dealing with this idiot was not one.

Antonio quickly snapped his fingers, and soon one of his goons opened the briefcase. It had stack after stack of $100. This is what Luv lived for, money, and power. “Do you have what we asked for?” Antonio asked.

“Off course, here, look for yourself,” she held out the the trash bag to him, Antonio got near to see the contents in the the bag. Pleased with what he saw he handed the briefcase to Luv and took the bag for himself.

“I hope it wasn't to hard to cut off his head Luv, I know he had a lot of security personnel.”

“Please Antonio, you act like you're talking to a novice. You know that this is nothing compared to what I can really do.”

Antonio gave her a smile, “well, then I suppose we will be in contact Luv.”

“Sure, no problem, but what exactly did you want his head for? My car now smells like a rotten corpse, its not pretty.”

“You don't worry about that Luv, it will be taken care of,” he said, turning around and heading to his car, “thank you for your services.”

“Whatever, I really don't care. I got what I wanted, so bye,” now a very annoyed Luv said. She headed to her car.

Now that this was done, it was time to start on her next mission. Seraf had hired her to find that other shinigami, and she was not about to disappoint him. She popped the hood once again and put in her new briefcase. Soon she turned on the car and was on her way to that church that had gotten destroyed the night before.

“Lets hope that I can find this idiot soon, maybe after I can get something special from Seraf,” she said to herself, and with that drove off towards the city once again.

earlier this day, minutes before sunrise.

Shadow approached the house of the shinigami he met earlier, the increase in hollow forced shadow to look for a place that can be considered safe, finally he arrived. inside lay the shinigami and a human kid, so helpless. the urge to kill started to rise in Shadow, he started to draw his sword, a long silver blade, a blade who yearned for blood. shadow raised his blade ready to strike at the shinigami when the human kid spoke out of his nightmares, something similar to 'Ines' and 'don't die', shadow tried to move his blade down for the killing blow but the blade was stuck.

in shadows mind thought raced in the super-human speed his implant bestowed upon him, memories from the quincy war, memories that changed shadow, children screaming.
he returned his blade to his sheath, sighed and turned around pulling out the MB controller, it was as he feared, it was already 65% and yet his older self still interfere, he had no choice, he raised the level to 70%. according to his calculations when he raise it to 85% it would be too much...but at least he have now some more weeks of free immoral acts.

shadow approached raiy again, this time with healing kido in his hand, "i guess i wont allow myself to do anything else right now..." he started to heal the injured shinigami, "the idiot used the 4th division pills...he will feel it in the morning, better not eating anything..." suddenly a noise broke the silent in the room, it was his stomach.
shadow stopped the healing and went to make some pancakes.

then he noticed something, that kid...he is a shinigami.

earlier this day, after Raiy felt asleep.

Raiy was running, but why? everything was so dark, he couldn't see anything, was he dreaming? Then, suddenly, the darkness dissapeared he saw a forest, but not some forest...Raiy's expression changed from surpriseed to shocked, yes he knew this place, this was the forest of his first real mission in the real world. What the hell is going on? he tought, but he had no time to think, because a Shinigami appeared in the middle of the place, Raiy didn't know the meaning of this, he tryed to move, but he couldn't, so the only thing he could do was watching, as the other Shinigami turned around and then Raiy recognized him...it was himself.

How is that possible? that must be a dream... , although he thought it was just a dream, Raiy was afraid of what would come next...he knew it very well, he would never forget this day. And then the expected arrived, a Hollow apeared in front of the other Shinigami and after a few minutes fight the Hollow had the upper hand, Raiy tryed to move, to draw hi Sword and to prevent what couldn't be prevented: The other Shinigami was thrown back against a tree, the impact was so hard that Raiy could here the noise of breaking bones, and he could hear the laugh of the Hollow, his past ego was fighting, as it begann to use cero.

Raiy wanted to close his eyse, he didn't want to see that scene once again, but he couldn't. the Hollow fired his huge cero at the past Raiy, but befor it could hit him another Shinigami jumped infront of him and took the full cero, then she felt down...

the real Raiy just stood there and whispered: "Shelly..." once again, after so many years he was forced to see his best friend die, to save his life, again...
The other Raiy finally stood up, Raiy saw the hatred and the sadness in his eyse and he felt it in his own heart, so he watched as his past self picked his sword and ran towards the Hollow, but he had no chance and was just hit again, the Hollow raised his claw to deliver the final blow...
Raiy knew what would happen next, so he focused on the hollow and as expected the shoulder of the evil creature was penetrated by a blue energy-arrow and the Raiy saw the Quincy that saved his life so many years ago...

The next thing the young Shinigami felt was a warmth on his face and then he finally woke up, with the sun light falling on his face...

Shadow stepped into the old church through the old rotting doors, "definitely a old place," he pushed the doors and they simply collapsed inside, he turned his face to raiy who had a very unpleasant face as if he was saying 'good job...'. with an embarrassed face shadow replied to the angry face, "very old."

they entered the church and shadow approached a big hole in the ground, it felt like hollow energy but it was a little different...stronger and more focused...it felt a little like shinigami, "what do you make of it, 4th seat of the 8th division?" he looked at raiy who looked very nerved about this all ordeal, "this hole was made by something, what do you think it was?"

Raiy looked at the hole, he felt that strange reiatsu, he had never felt something like this before, this mix of hollow and Shinigami.
"Could have been a Cero...but the reiatsu feels strange..." Raiy kneeled down to analyse it more closely, but there was nothing helpfull. "looks like someone or something fought here...this is getting really annoying" He went a little deeper into the Church, "Yes definitley a fight or what do you think, 3rd seat of squad 3?"

"call me 33 and i think we have company," a noise came from one of the rooms, shadow and raiy readied their zanpakutous for the worst. a priest came into the main hall with a friendly look and a big smile, he started to mumble in german, it was clear he could see them.
"i dont like people who act friendly all the time..." shadow said with a frozen face, raiy looked at him with a little suprise for those words. "do you think he can see us?" shadow asked.

Raiy avoided a smile when Shadow said he didn't like people, who act friendly, then he looked at the old man and folded his arms behind his head, after a few seconds Raiy whispered "well he seems to have some spirit energy..." then the Shinigami made a step in his direction, "Hey old man, can you see us?"
This was the best way to find out, he tought and he wanted to finish this as soon as possible...

the priest didn't replied, he just continued to mumble in German and walked around taking care of 'Church's' buissness, "i guess this is our answer," shadow stepped out of battle position and turned around back to the hole, this isn't good, is the creature who made this work with Aizen? is he looking for shadow? could it be that he is...suddenly the sound of footsteps interrupt Shadow's thoughts, shadow looked to the entrance. a young woman entered.

Shadow sighed, so much annoying stuff happening right now...she was a shinigami he could feel her reiatsu.

Luv

As Luv neared the old abandoned church, she could already sense a large amount of reiatsu coming from within its walls. She quickly parked her car and pop a pill, now in her shinigami form. Her outfit was just a very thin leather Shinigami outfit with a bare back, revealing her tan skin, barely containing her ample bust. The shoulder strap fits perfectly around the back of her neck and the sides of her thighs are naked skin, supported by a tight waist-band, holding it against her body. This outfit would make any enemy think twice about attacking her.

She hurried to the church site, she could feel the energy getting stronger, but it was both shinigami and hollow energy, what could it be? She finally reached her destination, opened the old abandoned church's doors she could see it was a dump, its benches were broken and its windows were cracked, and all the dust would just get her dirty. Damn it..... then something caught her attention... she saw two shinigami were there already. Who the hell were they? She had never seen those two before.... and they were just standing there like idiots....what the hell were they doing here?

“I know I felt one of their reiatsu's at the explosion site, I'm sure of it,” she told herself.

“Hey you two... what the hell are you doing in here?” She screamed out loud, she could hear her echo throughout the church.

Raiy looked over to the stranger, it was an attractive young woman, but he felt that she could cause some problems. then she shouted: “Hey you two... what the hell are you doing in here?”
Ok she is allready a pain in the neckRaiy tought and replied, with an irritated voice "counter question: who are you?"
She obviously was a Shinigami, but Raiy had never seen her before and somehow he was in doubt about her being an offical one...

this was starting to get worse...i must observe and make the best of this. shadow looked at her outfit, her confidance and he knew what that means, she is a dominator kind of girl. and so he acted accordingly.

"er...emm...hel...hello? my name is sh..shadow this is raiy and we are here for an invesagetion," he sturted to pump blood to his face, he blushed and tried to turn his look away from her, acting shy as much as possiable, "we co...comed here for hmmm...searching for a terrorist who attacked seireitei and killed several people, and you are?"


hopefully there wont be needless bloodshed, raiy is too weak after the night and he himself must not use his power. "what are you saying raiy? cant we just be nice to her?"

"er...emm...hel...hello? my name is sh..shadow this is raiy and we are here for an investigation," he started to pump blood to his face, he blushed and tried to turn his look away from her, acting shy as much as possible, "we ca...came here for hmmm...searching for a terrorist who attacked seireitei and killed several people, and you are?"

Luv was confused. What the hell, how many more shinigami could be out there looking for this damn terrorist. God, this was going to be a pain in the butt. She saw both shinigami, one looked very young and the other seemed like a little pussy. What kind of stupid idiots would go looking for a terrorist, when they weren't capable of taking care of the job with just their power. They didn't seem to be that strong, then again, appearances could be deceiving...she herself was stronger than she looked.

“So this was Shadow and Raiy.... interesting.” she thought to herself. She had never heard those names before. Then again, she had left Soul Society quite a while back. She walked to both men cautiously, she was not about to trust this two idiots just because they were shinigami. As she got closer, she noticed a third person in the room, who the hell was he? A priest? In this old church....

“Its not important who I am, but if you must know my name is Luv, but what I want to know is what the hell is that dumb ass priest doing in an abandoned church... is he with you guys? She asked demandingly, she didn't care who answered, but they better answer and quick. She reached back to grip Fortuna, her zanpakutou, just in case these guys were trying to pull something.

Who was that priest? She could sense that he wasn't human, she sensed his energy and it was more like a hollow than anything else. She didn't like the vibes he was giving...........

(I'm going to take the initiative here and RP for Cinico.)

Did the Quincy girl bring reinforcements? No; that wasn't possible; she had fled far away from the church and was badly injured at that from the cero. It was of no matter anyway; the fact was that these intruders were in the church and he needed to take care of them. An idea began to form in Cinico’s head. He knew there was a complex of catacombs beneath the church, and if he could just lure them down there, he could seperate the group and deal with each one individually.

"You..want..to..see..katakomben? They..very..interesting." he said in broken English.

Raiy noticed that Shadow changed, looks like he was acting stupid, because of that woman and she didn't seem to notice anything, but Raiy already knew he was a good actor.

“Its not important who I am, but if you must know my name is Luv, but what I want to know is what the hell is that dumb ass priest doing in an abandoned church... is he with you guys? the girl, who had just presented her as Luv asked.

I already hate her... Raiy though and made a step in her direction, "Why don't you explain what you are doing here, instead of asking stupid questions?" he asked the woman, when he suddenly heard the Priest saying something.

"You..want..to..see..katakomben? They..very..interesting." the priest said, Shadow thought he couldn't see them and now he give them this weird proposition...somehow it felt like he wants them to go with him to the cabin in the woods, shadow didn't liked it...not to mention he have no interest in mass graves beside making them.

"err...no."

shadow turned his look back to the girl, she wore tight leather suit that revealed...basically everything leaving little for the imagination, must be hard to fight in those cloths without stuff popping out. suddenly Raiy burst at the woman, "Why don't you explain what you are doing here, instead of asking stupid questions?" that isn't good this kid is really not good with diplomacy...then he heard the priest mumbling in German again...something is really wrong with this priest, if it wasn't for Raiy he would have behead that priest by now.

but one bridge at a time, "please there is no reason to be angry here on one another, we told you we come from sereitei, wouldnt you tell us where you from and what you want?" he kept the blushing face on when he talked to her and kept avoiding eye contact.

Luv

"Why don't you explain what you are doing here, instead of asking stupid questions?" Raiy asked........

Who the hell does this brat think he is talking to her like that. Didn't Soul Society teach the new generation to respect their elders? Well, she wasn't that old, but she sure as hell was older than that arrogant brat. She didn't like him she didn't like his stupid attitude and she didn't like how his friend was acting. Luv was about to cuss this idiot out when....

"please there is no reason to be angry here on one another, we told you we come from sereitei, wouldn't you tell us where you from and what you want?" the other named Shadow asked, he had a blush that adorned his cheeks, and he kept his eyes elsewhere....

Luv decided to ignore the brat, at least for the moment. It seemed that these two couldn't sense the priest's reiatsu, so they were probably from the new squads in Sereitei. At least Shadow had the common sense to talk to her the right way.

“You need to teach your young friend some manners there,” she said, giving Raiy a dirty look, "he could get his head chopped off acting like that......" she continued,

“I'm here on an assignment, a personal assignment. I used to live in Soul Society a while back, I used to be part of the 11th squad, but decided to live in the real world after some time.... now to the matter at hand... can't you two feel this priest's reiatsu? He reeks of hollow.......” Luv finished, pulling out her zanpakutou and pointing it at the priest. Fortuna's beautiful golden blade was more than ready for action. Who ever this guys were, they sure as hell couldn't sense that this priest was no good. She would have to deal with him first, and then figure out why these two were here.

Raiy knew, this woman could cause a lot of damage, she definitely was the violent type of person who rather solved her problem with violence instead of using words, which means he should avoid such confrontations, but he wouldn't act ashamed and stupid like Shadow did, it was impossible now she would notice...

then the woman spoke again: “You need to teach your young friend some manners there."

Give me a reason not to kill you... Raiy thought, even thought he wasn't a violent person, this women was just annoying.

Then she drew her Zanpakuto and pointed it on the Priest. This person had obviously been a member of squad 11, just fighting without a strategy, this is so typical he thought, but since he wanted to avoid blood spilling he didn't say it.
"Well I noticed..." He said to Luv "But actually it's better to analyze a situation first...but who cares..."
So Raiy put his right hand on the hilt of his Zanpakuto, he didn't draw it yet, attacking an unknown opponent with only 50% of his power would be utterly stupid...

Shdo

oh great, shadow thought to himself, he hoped only he had felt what the priest was but now they are moving into a conflict thanks to this woman...he knew what that priest was and they could get away with that but now they are about to fight a creature who is at least strong as a vice captain...he wondered if there is a way to avoid this fight, not with a 11th division airhead and a 8th division walking corpse.

"are you guys crazy? we cant just attack someone because he talks funny, have strange reiatsu and want to take us to a walk in the catacombs..." conflict is impossible to stop from here but there is no reason to try to stop the conflict now, he can only get the best of it..."beside a cute girl like you shouldn't be fighting, it might be dangerous...i cannot allow you to get hurt."

shadow raised his hand to the hilt of his sword and with his other hand he prepared a bomb.

Kawazoe

Obviously the plan hadn't worked very well. The shinigami group looked ready to fight him, and that shady-looking shinigami to the right was even preparing a bomb. It seemed as though he was just inciting the group; and that was pointless. He had to take action. Cinico's eyes darted between each member of the group, guessing at their respective power. They all had roughly the same power; but...that shady shinigami was ready to attack. He would be defeated first; then the brat and the hussy would go down. Cinico's body tensed up, and then he lept forward and sonidoed right behind Shadow. The priest disguise melted away, and Cinico grinned widely.

"Cero."



Luv

"beside a cute girl like you shouldn't be fighting, it might be dangerous...i cannot allow you to get hurt." Shadow had said.

Luv liked him, he acted dumb, but there was more to him. As to the other idiot, she could care less. He obviously didn't want to fight, or else his sword would have been drawn by now.

“Your right Shadow, a pretty girl like me doesn't have to get dirty.” she said to him. She noticed as the priest walked closer to Shadow.


She turned her gaze to Raiy, “Oh, so you did sense him, so what where you going to do, sit down and pray with him?” She asked him. She could tell he was annoyed with her, but she could care less what some brat thought of her. She wasn't here to please him.

She noticed Shadow had some type of bomb on his hands, interesting, he was pretty strong, maybe at her level.... but she couldn't sense if Raiy was just as strong.

“Well, boys... it seems you all need to take care of business here, and by Raiy's attitude it seems you won't be needing any help, so I'll be seeing you,” Luv said, she put Fortuna away, turned around, and headed to old abandoned church's doors. She wasn't going to stay here and fight some hollow, she had other things to do. She was sure that if this two had such power, they could handle that hollow. She needed to go and investigate something else....this was more important than helping this guys out.

As she was walking away, all she could hear was.....

Shadow never planned to stay and fight, the desire to kill is different then the desire to fight, from his inventory he picked a flash bang, he didn't wanted to throw a bomb, he wanted to leave the other two to fend for themselves as he move away from this blasteג place, he was ready to throw the bomb when the priest noticed what shadow was doing and then with a blink of an eye the priest disappeared, shadow was baffled, suddenly he heard a voice from behind of him, the word "cero" and a dark glow started to form, it was too fast for shadow to react.


but the universe have other plans for shadow, in his shock he dropped the flash-bang which exploded, a bright light and powerful sound broke the silent of the church, for the second day cinico senses were assaulted. from their disorientation shadow stepped further to the right losing control over his balance while cinico missed shadow, the cero beam hit the ground beside shadow, causing it to explode. shadow was thrown from the explosion further to the right, crushing through several benches, it will take shadow some time to get himself out of there but cinico had others things to worry about as the other shinigamis were still standing.

Luv

Luv knew this was going to happen. The minute she walks off this damn hollow or whatever he was decides to attack.

“CERO”

She didn't even have time to turn around when the priest had already attacked. It was a pretty strong attack. What the hell was he? An arrancar? The church was full of dust, it seemed that the attacked had taken both men by surprise, or they weren't quick enough.

I thought Shadow would be able to handle him, but it seems he is a lot more powerful than we thought. He seems to be able to hide his reiatsu....well, then he left her no choice, she might not know this two bafoons, but she couldn't leave them here to die either.

Luv drew out her beloved Fortuna. She can feel the sword is thrilled to finally be getting some action.

"I hope your ready," she says to her sword....and with that Luv Shunpo's towards Cinico, taking a swipe at him with her Zanpakutou, getting parried with his arm as she realizes she's going to need a lot more...

"Smile down on me, Fortuna!", she yells as she swings her blade at him again.

With every split second that passes, her blade starts to change shape, turning into a gleaming bright diamond Saif with a platinum silver hilt, tipped with a Lion's head. As her sword crashes into the Hollow, several drops of blood sprays her face, piercing his forearm as he tries to block her attack once again.

Raiy turned away from Shadow, when he dropped the flash-bang, it was a reflex nothing more, but at least he wasn't blinded.
Suddenly, Luv attacked the Priest and then released her Zanpakutou, so she really seemed to be strong, but that didn't matter now, because this Priest was also very powerful. Raiy knew that and he knew, he wouldn't stand a chance against him in his current condition, he looked around, analyzing the surrounding: everywhere was wood, so releasing his zanpakutou here would be to dangerous, with only half of his original power, he could loose control of his attacks and it would be a waste to burn down the church by mistake.
Still, Raiy wanted to do something, he saw that the priest was going to attack Luv, so he raised his finger and said calmly: "Way of Destruction, number 4, White lightning..." then he released a lighting bold from his finger, which directly hit the priest in his face and as Raiy expected it caused no damage, but the priest suddenly disappeared leaving Luv there alone, and appeared in front of Raiy, "That was a mistake." the priest said and released a cero from his right hand, fortunately Raiy was quick enough to draw his Sword and block the attack, however he was thrown back a few meters away and crashed against a bench. His opponent grinned and walked slowly towards him, well looks like it functioned... Raiy thought, while still lying under the broken bench

Shdo

Totally unacceptable! Shadow is buried under countless benches and the damn hybrid might attack at any moment, Shadow started to feel the rage taking over but then he looked at his situation buried under those benches...how uncomfterable it would be to be buried under this church? he grinned and formulated a plan.

the benches exploded as Shadow raised his reitsu, wooden pieces are falling around the church with a green blast of Shadow energy.

"Twin Lotus Blue Fire, crush down!" the two blasts of fire are launched at the priest missing his head from both directions when they exploded. Shadow wasn't trying to attack the priest but his senses, the sound of the fireballs explosion from this range along with the previous flash bang will disorient him.

Kawazoe

Are these weaklings serious? Their attacks aren't going to accomplish much... Cinico shields his eyes from the smoke as his ears ring from the two Kidou attacks. His head is in a bit of a haze as he kicks through one of the church benches, sending random bits of lumber towards Raiy and Luv as a small wave of panic gets to him, blinking rapidly to try to regain his vision. "Cero!" He aims it up at the roof of the church, causing a bit of a cave-in as debris falls around him, trying to protect himself during this vulnerable moment by warding off the Shinigami assault...


Luv

Damn it, this guy is powerful. Luv was a bit shocked that Raiy had actually helped her, she didn't think he thought of anyone else but himself. Well, now its her turn, she saw Shadow's last attack, it seemed to have left the priest a bit disoriented.

She could sense that this guys were powerful, but wasn't sure that they could defeat this guy just by themselves. They have to come up with a plan, in order to destroy this bastard. Luv hated to admit this, but she might need this guys to help her....damn!

Luv ran towards the priest. No way in hell she was going to let the boys have all the fun. She had to get close in order to use her next attack.

When she was finally close, she held Fortuna high in the air and "Domani Fortuna!"

Lets see him get away from this.........

Kawazoe

The dust from the debris starts to settle as the female Shinigami charges at him, seeing her blurry figure and hearing her voice. At the last second as he uses Sonido, appearing behind her and elbowing her back, sending her towards the debris. If that attack connected, he definitely would have suffered some serious damage... Definitely need to be more careful... Cinico turns his sights on Shadow as he feels something dripping down his leg... "Impossible!", he calls out as he notices a thin hole in his stomach, dripping blood. These Shinigami need to die fast... Cinico Sonido's towards the least threatening of the bunch, kicking Raiy in his side towards Shdo as he looks over at Luv, keeping an eye on the most threatening enemy.

Raiy felt the pain in his back when hitting the ground next to Shadow, "Damn it! that hurt..." he said an stood up quickly. "well i doubt i am a big help...but let me try something..." he said more to himself that to Shadow and ran towards the Hollow, used shunpo to get behind him, before his opponent could raise his hand to hit again. "Way of destruction, number 4 white lighting." Raiy shouted and this time the bolt hit his opponent in the neck, of course causing no damage, but he was irritated and turned around again, this time to fire a cero, but Raiy had everything planed, this should work... he used shunpo again so that he was standing next to Luv, again he Raised his hand and shouted: "Way of binding number 9, Strike!"
then the Hollow was engulfed in red light and completely paralyzed. As expected, he was weakned because of the wound and since he just fired a cero he should need a few seconds to gather enough reiatsu to break his spell.
"now use the chance...if you want" Raiy said.

Shdo

Shadow was planning to order raiy to bind the hybrid but its seems that the little brat have his uses, the binding was perfect! since the minute he fired the 'twin lotus' he was planning on this move, to let the others delay the enemy while he chant.

"Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle!" a yellow lightning started to form on Shadow hand, "Thunder Roar Cannon!" he released the massive attack directly at the hybrid.

the explosion rocked the church but the damage was much worst, since its a old church the walls couldn't handle the explosion, all around them the walls started to come crushing down...oh well...shadow was a Buddhist anyway.

"RUN!" he ran.

Luv

Even though Fortuna's attack hadn't hit him straight on, Fortuna had still pierced him. Luv got up, dusting herself off after that attack. The priest had sent her into some ruble, and now she was definitely going to be dirty. She wasn't expecting the priest to be so damn strong, but at least she had managed to hurt him. Now, all she had to do was use Fortuna one more time, and he would be done for.

She noticed as the Priest kicked Raiy across the room, he landed next to Shadow. He quickly got up, he seemed pretty mad. Luv decided to let him do whatever he had in mind and not interfere, she noticed as he fired a kido spell at the priest, but it did nothing, then he quickly used shunpo to get behind the priest and use a binding spell.

This surprised Luv. She didn't think this kid knew so much, but at least now that the priest was binded, it would be easier to attack.

She raised Fortuna, ready to attack again, but to her amazement, Shadow was already chanting something,"Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Luv saw as the attack hit the priest dead on target. But the attack had been so powerful that the whole church had been shaken. Soon enough the roof and walls were coming down.

"RUN!" shadow screamed........

Luv quickly put Fortuna away and ran out the door. Jumping over logs and benches that were now scattered everywhere. She used Shunpo to make it out fast..... and saw that Shadow was already outside, watching as the old church building came down. All this noise would attract humans, and it would only be minutes until the police came to investigate what happened....

Raiy saw Shadow using his Kido, looks like he was pretty good at all, his spell was exellent, unfortunatly the church walls were damaged so that the church would collapse back upon itself, Raiy wanted to avoid this, but what was done was done. He watched Shadow and Luv running towards the exit, and then with one last look at the priest he ran too.
guess this isn't the end jet the Shinigami thought while watching the church coming down. He folded his arms behind his head and looked at Shadow and Luv, this whole thing is really getting problematic...

with a slight blush and fake smile he said, "sowwy my bad," he then changed his face back to serious "but i am not sure its dead, most likely went back into the 'katakombes',"

Shadow looked at his 'team', it looked like luv was more concerned about her cloths and raiy looked a little depressed cuz he could have done more. Shadow patted raiy back, "you did good here, that binding came perfactly!" then he looked at raiy eyes and told him, "but this seems to take the toll out of you, i think you better return to the apartment and wait for the kid to wake up, we will need him to make you...complete, ill stay here with this nice lady and...chat."

Luv

Luv looked herself over, her clothes hadn't received that much damage, still, she could tell that it wasn't as flawless as before. Now she remembered why she had come to hated her third seat on the 11th squad, all those damn battles got her too sweaty and dirty, definitely not good for a beauty like her. She noticed what remained of the church, it was all ruble now, people would wonder why anyone would do such a thing as to destroy a church. To some, a church was sacred, but it seemed that Shadow was not a religious person at all.

She had every intention on talking to Shadow, she wanted to know exactly why they were in the church to begin with. She turned her attention to the other two shinigami and overheard Shadow trying to assure Raiy. Somehow trying to convince the young shinigami that he had done his part in the fight. And indeed he had, his quick thinking had help them out a lot. But one thing Luv did notice was that he didn't use his zanpakutou...she wondered why?

Raiy seemed a bit hesitant to do as Shadow told him, but it seemed that Shadow was trying to reassure him that Luv wouldn't kill him....all Luv could do was wait for both shinigami to come to an agreement, whether the young one left or not, she needed some answers, and they were going to give them to her.

Raiy knew Shadow was trying to cheer him up, but he also kew how weak he was right now, "Well guess you are right Shadow...i have some other things to do and with my current power i won't be a great help..." he sighted and even thought Raiy had a bad feeling about leting those two alone here, he had no choice, he needed to go back to Grey in case he wakes up and since Raiy felt other reiatsus yesterday it would be good to do some research.
The Shinigami looked over to Luv, she was more concearned about her cloth then about the chruch, what a weird person he thought, but somehow typical for the 11th squad and somehow he had to smile because of the whole situation.
The Raiy turned around and while passing next to Luv he said "thanks for the help..." and then dissapeared using shupo.

Shdo

Shadow looked at raiy with a smile as raiy shunpo away...when raiy was far enough he turned to Luv, "hmm...are we...at good terms or should i draw my sword?" he started to blush and kept his eyes away from luv eyes.

He knew she was a better fighter then him when it came to simple sword play but by looking at her release he knew that she didn't had any chance against him, he being a 11th division member have sealed it, no physical sword can stand the power of sabi-no-shu for long and because of that he was confident enough to let her stay with him alone.

"and would you mind if i stop this charade?" he asked her

Luv

Luv noticed as Shadow had somehow managed to convince Raiy to go home. Poor guy seemed a bit down, maybe because the priest had rattled him a bit.

“Thanks for the help,” Raiy said to her, as he passed by, making his way back to his house or wherever he lived.

Luv's golden eyes widened a bit, she wasn't expecting a thanks from him. After all, they really hadn't gotten off on the right foot. But before she could say anything, he had used shunpo and was already gone. She stared at the other shinigami across from her. Shadow just stood there staring at her. They stood in silence for a bit until he decided to speak up.

"hmm...are we...at good terms or should i draw my sword?" he asked, a blush crossing his cheeks, "and would you mind if i stop this charade?" he asked her

Luv was a bit shocked. She knew there was more to this guy then he put out around the other shinigami.

“Please, do us both a favor and stop, its actually quite annoying,” she answered arrogantly. She walked forward, to get closer to him. She wasn't scared, and she was sure she could take him on if she needed to, but it seemed that he didn't want to fight, at least, not at the moment.

She could tell that he thought she wasn't that strong, if he only knew what a veteran shinigami like her could do... but she would keep that to herself for now.

Shdo

in a blink of an eye Shadow face changed, from a smiley, blushing face to a emotionless face with icy eyes, that was a look that pierced to the soul and in the wrong way, he looked her straight in the eyes, he didn't looked at her body or at anything else but her eyes, she wasn't even sure if he blinked the whole conversation.

"you said you are on a private mission, what would that be?" Shadow knew she wasn't part of the gotei which mean she is a freelancer. could it be that her mission have something to do with him being here? could it be possible that someone followed him to the real world? or even worse, could she be working for Aizen?
"and how much do you know about the explosion yesterday?"

Luv

"you said you are on a private mission, what would that be?" Shadow had asked her.

He was looking straight in the eyes.... she couldn't help but smirk, it had been some time since a man was able to do that. Maybe he was trying to intimidate her, but Luv didn't let any men get the best of her. Whether he could be stronger than her or not, she was not about to put down her guard. She had dealt with men like this before, assassins, that's what they were, but she had no problem dealing with those either.

"and how much do you know about the explosion yesterday?” he asked, another question....

What was up with this guy, she is the one that should be asking the questions. But she liked it, she liked it very much. Aggressive men always excited her.

“My mission doesn't really concern you, if you want to know more, than you tell me who the hell you really are and what you're doing here? I know I haven't seen you around before, which means you crossed over before the explosion, so how about you tell me exactly what it is that you're worried about? I don't play games, and I don't answer to anyone.” Luv finished. She wasn't in the mood to play cops and robbers. If he wanted to know what she knew, then he better start talking first.

"i am looking for someone, thats is all you should know," with those words he started to move in the direction raiy have left to, "i dont try to play ego games with you, if i dont know who and what your mission i dont have a reason to even look in your diraction, you are no threat to me."

he wasnt kidding, to him everything was pure calculations, having someone neutral to you is the same as him not being existing, she was irrelevent untill proved otherwise.

Luv

Luv couldn't help but laugh. This guy... did he really think he was that important.

He headed past her, going the same direction that Raiy had taken.....

“That funny you should say that, I am looking for someone too, lets just say that a certain someone might not be as slick as he thought and planted a bomb... too bad he was followed.......” she finished. Her smile even wider, she knew that would get his attention.

She liked him, he was strong, and he didn't want to let her get her way....too bad, cause it seemed that he might need her information more than she needed him. She knew who he was, she wondered if Seraf knew how he looked.

shadow stopped and turned around back at her, "followed you say?" she started to be interesting again, "and when you find that person...what are you planing to do?"

it was clear to him that she knew who he was, it was also clear she wanted something else beside bringing him in because if not she would have attacked by now.

could it be that someone followed him? could it be that he wasn't free off the hook as he thought? he didn't cared if that person is alive or not he just wanted the MRA before his contacts find him

She was right,her comment had caught his attention.

He turned back to her, "and when you find that person...what are you planing to do?"


Luv smirked.... “Oh... well actually I've found that person.” She gave him a knowing look. She dared him to attack, she dared him to try and do something.

“You see, I don't care if I turn this person in or not. I work for money, that's what gives me what I want. This person paid me fairly well just to find this terrorist. As you can see, finding things is one of my specialties. It seems to me, though, that maybe this terrorist wasn't careful enough and now has another person after him, I pity the guy really.... one of the first things they teach you in Soul Society is to always carry out your missions and let there be no survivors........too bad, maybe someone got too cocky,” she finished.

This was definitely the guy Seraf was after. Interesting, she wondered why he was in the real world. Why in hell would he want to hide here?

"terrorist?" Shadow laughed, this was his true 'second-layer' laugh, it was maniacal laughter which exposed his teeth's and was truly a ear to ear smile, he really was laughing from this. "i am a terrorist? i tired to bomb something? no one understands..." he stopped his laughter and returned to his still face, "you say you are good at finding things, then i have a offer for you, i am looking for someone or rather something...its called MRA and it belong to a person named Ren," her face changed, BINGO! this is a very productive day, "i don't care what happen to this guy, i just want the MRA and after that i don't mind to return to soul society with your contact but ill do offer you this."

Ren! All she could think about was that damn name. She was pissed, was it her Ren? Could it be? Off course it was, he was a scientist, there was no other Ren.

She noticed as he took out some coins... this was good. All she had to do was find this MRA, that was not that hard, not only that, but it gave her time to think about letting Seraf take him or not. Luv was in a win win situation.

“I will find your device. But first, tell me... this Ren... what do you know about him, if anything?” She had to know, was it her Ren.

"this Ren is a scientist, he made the MRA and he is in this city, but you know this don't you?" her reaction to Ren name was clear, "i don't give a damn about him, if he live or die its not my business, everyone life are irrelevant, i only want the MRA and then i don't care."

he continued walking away, "i expect results soon." he shunpo'ed away moving to the direction raiy went to...the sirens of the cops could be heard in the distance.

Luv stood there. She was dumbfounded. Ren...........he had never mentioned anything like this... why would he keep this from her? She knew it, the whole time they were married, she could feel he was hiding something. That was one of the reasons why she had left him that day. She looked down at her finger, that ring symbolized lies, that ring he had given her, that ring which symbolized their love for each other. All she wanted to do was kill him.

She could hear the sirens now, she had to get out of here. She walked to her car, she was in no hurry, this damn humans couldn't see her anyway. She noticed the gigai was still in the car, seemed she was doing her nails. She quickly got in and became one with it. She started her car and headed for home.

On her way home, Luv couldn't stop thinking about Ren. Her Ren had created this MRA and had never told her. She wondered what else he was hiding. She had been his wife once, she had shared her life with his, and yet, he kept this from her. No problem, tonight she would rest, but tomorrow, tomorrow was a new day and she was going to make sure that he got what was coming to him.

She wondered if Seraf was home. Maybe she could have some fun with him. After all, he was pretty cute. She wondered what it would be like... to be in another's men arms, to feel another men's touch, Ren had been the only men she ever let near, but maybe it was time to go look elsewhere. Ren had taught her so many things, but now she knew that he had lied, he had betrayed her trust, and if he ever put a hand on her again, she would kill him.

Shapeshifter

They parted ways, with a sigh Seraf slowly made his way ti the alley where the attack had taken place. His mind was preoccupied with the past. A love so young and pure. A friendship that had seemed so right. How it had all ended so abruptly, so horribly, so unfairly. Would he ever find something like that again? Luv teased him, and he might encourage her with his shy blushes, but it seemed as if his heart was dead. His mask, the one he wore everyday was breaking.

"Enough" he said aloud. "Enough of the past, enough dwelling inward, its time to focus on the task at hand." All the doubt, the pain and indecision he shoved deep into the depths of his heart. Useless things. He put his mask back on, newly repaired, in the form of a smile to cover the truth.

Seraf's head snapped to the left, a hollows reiatsu. Looks like the alleyway will have to wait he thought. He headed for where he felt it's presence. It was stronger than he expected. His smile turned into a frown of worry, this hollow might prove to be a match for him. It had been so long since a hollow had ever been a threat to him. Since the day he got here he had sensed a lot of hollow activity. Worry was quickly replaced with excitement, finally a challenge. He let his opponents reiatsu wash over him, an eager grin crept across his face. Renzan bristled at his side, he was eager as well. Seraf arrived at his destination, it took him a minute to access the the situation. It looked as if the hollow had been chasing two spirits, this of course had led it to a busy street. From what Seraf could tell, the hollow had killed three humans, and was currently eating one of the two spirits.

The hollow was easily nine feet tall, it had two heavily muscled arms that were now tearing the spirit apart. Its mask was eerily human like, except it was twice as big as a normal human head. The hollow had now finished the first spirit and was headed for the second. He had to act fast. Seraf quickly began an incantation, pounded into memory after years of use. He pointed at the hollow and yelled out "Way of Binding 34, Spirit Coils!" Silver cords unwound from his arms and hot at the monster with lightening speed and had it trapped and rooted to the spot. But Seraf had already begun chanting another incantation, one that was longer and more complex. When finished he clamped his hands together and said "Way of binding 84, Crystal Prison." The silver coils that had the hollow trapped began to expand and fully envelop the creature. The silver cleared into a huge block of ice. Encasing the hollow in its frozen grasp. Seraf waited a minute to catch his breath, using a double binding always left him a little winded. Once he recovered he went down to the second spirit. She was standing there with tears running down her face. She looked at Seraf and began to cry on his shoulder.

"That thing just ate my brother, all i could do was just stand there and watch horrified. I don't know what to do now." Seraf laid a hand on her head.
"There is a place where you can start anew" he said "A place called Soul Society. I can send you there, and then i will kill this Hollow, and your brother will go there as well." She looked up to him with hope in her eyes. "Are you ready to go?" He asked. The spirit girl nodded her head. Seraf took the hilt of his sword and performed a Soul Burial. He watched as her spirit floated away, hoping she would find her brother in the mess that was Soul Society. All traces of sympathy gone, he turned to face the hollow that was just starting to break free of its prison.

As the sun was setting up, Ren woke up covered up in sweat. He had that dream again. No it wasn’t a dream as he passed his hands on the empty right side of the bed. It has been two years since she left. He took the diamond ring she left on the night table, kissed it and brought it closer to his ring. When both rings were combined, a heart-shaped diamond was formed.

As he was going to take a shower, he remembered the first time they used the bathroom.

- "Look, if I’m gonna be your girlfriend, you better change the way you look. You look too much like a crazy scientist. Sit down."
Luv was using her usual authority voice.

" Not sure about the crazy part, but I am a scientist. 12th division remember ? And how do I look like a crazy scientist ? "
" Are you kidding? Your hair is way too long and messy, your big glasses are way out-of-date and don’t you know how to shave properly ? Now sit down, I’m gonna fix you."
She grabbed Ren`s shoulders and pushed him down on the chair.
" Allright, but don’t cut too much of my haiiiiiiiiiiiir. Hey! What are you doing? "
Luv cut a big chunk of his hair.

" What? Do you really wanna look like a hippie? "
" A hippie? What’s that? "
" Not too sure. A smelly human-like creature living in the 1970’s earth years. They had long hair, promoting world peace and smoking what was it called…magiwuana? anyway, they’re pretty much extinguished nowadays. "
" They seemed cool. I mean, the world peace thing. "
" That’d be awful! Then there wouldn’t be any fighting. I wouldn’t want to live in that kind of world. "
An hour later, Luv was finally done and handed Ren a mirror.

" There you go. See ? Now you look worthy of my boyfriend. Your hair is still a bit long but thrown back (as she sensually pass her hand in his hair), without your glasses, I can see into your deep mysterious dark eyes (as she passed her warm hands on his cheeks), and now properly shaved, I can see your perfectly shaped lips that I love to kiss so much."
She grapped Ren’s jaw and pressed her lips harshly on his mouth.

" What’s wrong? "

Ren was rubbing his jaw.
" Geez, you’re such a weakling. How did I fall for you again?"
" Well let’s see, I saved you from the quincies, I’m the only guy who can stand up to you, I ...
" Hey, I saved you from the quincies. Get that story straight or you won’t have any legs to stand up. Now come to bed, I’m gonna start training you first thing in the morning."

It became a routine. Every morning, they would go down to their home gym for an hour. Weight training, kickboxing, sparring; after a while, he developed a very nice proportional well-defined muscular physique. He continued to train after she left, trying to speed up his moves so that she’d be proud if…no…when she comes back. He never really liked to train, hitting a punching bag over and over again. He would rather hit some science books or the lab.

Ren turned on the TV and the same news were everywhere. An explosion occurred nearby. Something about the collateral damage caught this attention. It wasn’t normal, at least it’s not the kind of damage any human devices could do. This was done by something created by Soul Society. He had to go investigate.

He grabbed his pack of candies and headed towards the explosion site. As soon as he stepped outside, he felt many different reiatsu. ``Strange, he thought, why are there so many different reiatsu? Usually, he felt only one reiatsu, the shinigami who is guarding the city.’’

As he took a shortcut towards the site, he saw a huge block of ice, about 10 feet square tall with a shinigami finishing a soul burial. “Crystal prison, smart guy” he thought. “ This is getting stranger by the minute, this guy is not the guardian of this city. Why would SS sent another shinigami in such a small town? And why are there so many hollows’ reiatsu all of a sudden’’. The hollow broke through the prison. It was a big hollow, 9 feet tall with big arms. Its mask was twice as big as a normal human head. The hollow was about to attack the shinigami but suddenly changed his target…he was the hollow’s next prey.

Anger flared through Seraf as he saw the hollow he was fighting change targets. It was headed for a different person. No.....not a person another shinigami!! How many fricken shinigami are there in this town he asked himself. This was getting ridiculous! A sigh escaped his lips. The hollow had now met the other shinigami and they were fighting. Oddly enough, the shinigami wasn't doing the best, perhaps he hadn't been fighting in a long time.

"Well i suppose i better help him." He pulled out his sword "Lets take the life from them, Karite!" His sword split into the two scythe like swords and he went running to the aid of this mysterious new shinigami. I really hope this guys is worth it....... Seraf clashed into the hollow with the brute force of his collected speed. The hollow went flying to the nearby building. He felt energy slowing entering his swords, so he had definitely made a good connection with the hollow. He turned to look at this shinigami and asked the most obvious question, "Are you ok?"

Lost in his thoughts, Ren didn’t notice that the hollow was pursuing him. As the hollow got closer, his shadow covered him. “ That’s weird, it was sunny a moment ago.” He looked up as the hollow was about to punch him with. He barely dodged the hollow’s attack and rolled over. “ Phew. That was close. Well, it’s been a long time”. He grabbed his pack of candies and took one pill.

Ren changed into a shinigami and immediately took his zanpaktou out. It was a standard sword but the blade was a shiny bronze color. “Allright old friend, let’s show him what we’ve got”. He jumped to attack but the hollow easily blocked him with his big arms, sending him 10 feet away. The hollow then attacked Ren with a series of powerful punch. Ren was stuggling, all that training kept his real body in shape, but not his soul.

In a blink of an eye, he saw two scythe clashing into the hollow with amazing force and speed. The hollow was sent flying to the nearby building.. “Are you ok?” he asked. Still amazed, he realized it was the shinigami from a moment ago. “ huh yeah, physically I guess so, but my ego is crushed. I can’t even fight a dumb hollow anymore. Thanks for your help. I’m Ren by the way. And you’re not the guardian shinigami of this city are you?

Seraf was staring at the shinigami again, he seemed so familiar, a long forgotten face drug up from his deep memories. From when he was just accepted into the twelfth squad. He couldn't put his finger on it. The hollow was starting to pick itself out of the rubble when he heard the shinigami start talking, he wasn't really paying much attention, until he heard the name Ren.

"And you're not the guardian shinigami of this city are you?" Ren asked.

As if in a daze Seraf mumbled "No, i am Seraf, and i am here chasing a criminal, following a lead in fact until i fan into this hollow." Ren, once again he struggled with placing a where and when he had met this man before. While still caught in the past, the hollow had cleared the rubble and raised a huge fist which then connected with Seraf's face. Sent flying, Seraf, was barley able to keep his thoughts straight. Then what little collective thoughts he had left were gone when he hit the building behind him. He slowly rose to his feet feeling every ache and pain in him. Wincing he set out at a run for the hollow, hoping to finish this battle quickly. Perhaps if Ren could help things would go smoothly.

"Hey are you listening to me ? " The shinigami was starring at him like he was some kind of ghost. He didn`t notice the hollow starting to pick itself up. Finally, the shinigami responded: "No, i am Seraf, and i am here chasing a criminal, following a lead in fact until i ran into this hollow"

"Chasing a criminal ? are you 2nd division ? "Seraf continued to look at him, lost in his thoughts. "huh well, we really should ..." Ren didn`t finish his sentence when Seraf was hit by the hollow`s huge fist, sending him several meters back into a building. "...finish this hollow. " Seraf was quickly back on his feet and was about to charge at the hollow. Ren realized that he better help Seraf. There was no other choice than releasing his zanpaktou. "well old friend, it`s your turn now. Exhale, Lewisites!"`

A bronze beam was shot at the hollow. The hollow blocked it, but the beam turned into smoke which disappeared right into his body. Within seconds, the hollow was covered in blisters and was screaming in pain. "okay Mr. Seraf, please finish him off!" he yelled as Seraf was running past him.

Seraf shuddered as he ran by Ren, what a interesting ability his sword had. It made him agree that he would avoid at all costs a confrontation with him. He might not be a superb in your face combatant, but his zanpakto had some deadly abilities. With a surge of strength Seraf launched into the air and took both of his scythes and released the power that he had sapped earlier, which turned into a huge blast of energy that made quick work of the distracted hollow. He then sealed Renzan and sheathed him. Again he found himself staring at this person named Ren.

Finally Seraf founds words. "Who are you Ren? And why are you here? I am new to this area so i cannot be certain, but there are an abnormal number of shinigami here, and also hollows...." He focused his gaze deeply on Ren, hoping to catch that elusive memory of where he last saw this man.

Rvngu

In a split second, Seraf jumped with his 2 scythes and released a huge blast directly at the hollow`s head. Its head fell off his body and the hollow disappeared. Ren was amazed at Seraf`s power. “ This guy has tons of potential. Speed, strenght, power... he could definitely become captain. I better be on his good side. “

“ Who are you Ren? And why are you here? I am new to this area so i cannot be certain, but there are an abnormal number of shinigami here, and also hollows...." Seraf continued to stare at Ren as he was walking towards him.
“ Why does he keep starring at me ? Have we met before ? “ Ren realized this was a silly question. He met countless number of people from SS. After all, he`s been around for hundreds of years before coming to the real world.

“ Who am I. wow haven`t heard that question in decades. I`m merely a soul in a gigai making my way in the normal world. Before that, I was in the 12th division for a couple of hundreds of years. But you look at me like you`re seeing a ghost. Have we met before ? If so, then you`ll have to excuse me for not remembering, I`m getting a bit old. “

Wonderful!! It all came back together!! How could he forget? Ren, the man who he had looked up too so much before he left the squad. It had started back when Seraf had just left the academy with pretty decent marks. He was sent to the twelfth squad of the Gotei 13. He was nervous and absolutely terrified of his captain, Mayuri Kurotsuchi. He was a wicked man who hardly cared for his squad members. Seraf really didn't have anyone to look up too until he met Ren. A very friendly man who had set his path on the right track and gave him a good role model to strive after. Then one day Ren was gone, no one knew where he had gone. It was rather a sobering moment. But Seraf had his path set and it was all thanks to Ren. This Ren standing in front of him. A smile crept over his face.

"No, we have never met before. You just seemed familiar is all. Sorry for creeping you out." Seraf gave one of his best winning smiles. "Anyways, thanks for the help with the hollow, it had quite a punch!"

Ren smiled back at Seraf. He seemed like a nice guy. “I should thank you for coming to my help. I’m a little rusted, haven’t been in this shinigami form for 20 years. To tell you the truth, I was going towards the explosion site, do you know anything about that ? The collateral damage was certainly from a device of soul society and…” Ren suddenly coughed blood, it looks like he was affected by his own shikai. Ren smiled at Seraf. “ See how rusted I am, I can’t even control my own shikai. ”

Shapeshifter

A frown of concern crossed Seraf's face, he had never seen his mentor in such a condition. How could he have gotten like this? Seraf pushed that thought to the back of his mind. He needed to give him some help.
"You need help Ren. Come to where i am staying and you can recover there."

Without even checking to see if he would agree he took one of Ren's arms and put it over his shoulder, taking some of his body weight. Noticing how Ren was in such great shape, but how he could have performed so poorly? Again he pushed the thought to the back of his mind. Which a grunt, he shoved them both off the ground to the roof of the nearest building, and then to the next, and then the next. Again his mind wandered to Ren, a sigh escaped him, one thing at a time. Seraf set off for Luv's apartment.

Seraf took one of Ren’s arms around his shoulders. “Oh no, you’re not going to aaaaaaaaaaaaaahh”. Without having the time to reply, Seraf jumped to the top of the nearest building with such speed that the pressure made Ren vomited some blood on Seraf’s outfit. “Oops, sorry. I hate to fly, I’m a bit acrophobic”.
Within minutes, both arrived at the apartment. As soon as Seraf opened the door, it hit Ren. This odor, this delicious odor. Could it be ?

“ Hey my Luv, I have a present for you.” Ren handed a wrapped box. Luv thanked him and ripped the paper apart. She loved gifts.
“Perfume ? But I don’t need perfume. I smell good naturally!”
“Oh yeah believe me I know. But look at the name of the perfume.”
“Fragrance of Luv, number 26.” Luv seemed confused.
“I designed this perfume based on your natural odor. I plan to commercialize it so that everyone in the world can smell the delicious natural fragrance I smell everyday. We’re gonna be rich…well richer.”
“Why number 26?”
“It’s your birthday date, right?”
“Haw you’re so sweet in your twisted-nerdy kind of way. So what happens if I spray some on myself.”
“I think the combo of natural and synthetic molecules will act as pheromones.”
Luv stared at Ren. She obviously didn’t understand. Ren sighed. “Pheromones are chemicals that triggers the ‘’sexual attractiveness” response area in the brain. I suspect they will form if you mix both your natural odor with the replica that’s in this bottle.”
“So basically, if I use this, all men will be at my feet!”
“Well yeah, but so do girls.” Both laughed.
“Let me try it on you then”. Luv sprayed a good amount of the perfume on her. For about 5 seconds, both stared at each other. Ren guessed that Luv was waiting for him to jump on her or something. “Hum, it won’t work on me, I probably developed some resistance.”
“Oh yes it will work!” With her usual beautiful smile, Luv jumped on Ren and both kissed affectionately.

No, impossible, this couldn’t be Luv’s apartment. Ren wiped that thought out of his head. After all, many people could have the same odor with that best-selling perfume formula he came up with. Ren turned to Seraf who was just closing the door. “I just need some water if you don’t mind, I have my healing mix ready. So Seraf, you said you were chasing a criminal. Are you from 2nd division ? ”

Oh for gross! The thought passed through Seraf's barely even registering, as Ren lost his lunch on Seraf. He was intent on getting Ren to the Luv's Apartment fast, he needed to get some help and Seraf was the only one who could at least at the moment. Quite quickly he managed to get to the apartment, and with very few problems. When they managed to get into the apartment Ren seemed to be stuck in a miniature flashback of his own. Seraf left him to it and shut the door. Then he realized that Ren was talking to him. He focused on what was said and went to get a glass of water.

Seraf found out that getting a glass of water was harder than he imagined. HE had no clue where Luv kept the cups. After a few minutes of searching it was Ren who went to a cupboard and grabbed a glass. Seraf thought this strange until Ren said it was a lucky guess. It then occured to him that he had not answered Ren's Question.

"Sorry, I guess my mind is wandering today. I am from the 12th squad. Fourth Seat Seraf Moichi. I am here chasing a criminal from Soul Society." He then recounted his tale so far with what had happened and how he had met Luv on this roof. Ren had twitched when he mentioned Luv's name, but Seraf just ignored it. "Yep, so thats about it." It was then that the phone rang in the apartment. Seraf wasn't sure what he should do but decided to answer anyways.

It was Luv, she was calling to say she was on her way and had asked him to wait for her to help him cook dinner. She had stopped and picked a few things up.
"Ok, I understand, see you soon then. Bye Luv."

Ren poured his powder mix in the glass of water. As he was drinking it, he felt the pain in his lungs slowly disappearing. “Really, 12th division? So that’s why you were looking at me strangely. Well you know, after a while, all the faces of the people you met tend to blend in together. Strange that you’re trying to capture a criminal, in my days, it was the 2nd division’s job.”

Seraf continued his story and mentioned the name Luv. Luv ? Could it be ? Her Luv ? Ren needed to know the owner of this apartment, he needed to know it wasn’t “his” Luv’s apartment. “Hey Seraf, can I use your bathroom ?” Seraf pointed the end of the hallway. He obviously didn’t know where things were around here. As he was walking down the hallway, he passed the owner’s bedroom. After making sure Seraf wasn’t looking, he went in the bedroom and opened the closet. And there it was. This outfit, he could never forget this outfit in a million years, it could only have belonged to…


Ren was just finishing his shower and was about to go to bed. He noticed some candlelight from the bedroom. “Hey Luv, what are you…”

As soon as he pushed the door, Luv suddenly appeared out of nowhere, grabbed his wrists and handcuffed him onto the pole at the end of the bed. He could see that she was wearing a tight black leather bustier that perfectly molded her body. He noticed her Brazilian black panty and dark nylon clad legs covering her sexy legs. “Cap…Captain Luv?” He grind his teeth in preparation. He never knew how hard she would hit.
“Wrong!” Whoosh!. Her whip clashed on Ren’s abdomen, leaving a long mark. It was a hard hit. Ren screamed in pain, but he kind of liked it. Tears started to run down to his cheeks.

“Mis…Mistress Luv?”
“Wrong again!” Whoosh! She hit him even harder, this time on the chest but the whip caught ren’s lips and started to bleed.

“Goddess Luv !!” Ren closed his eyes under the scarf, hoping this was right. “Aw, there you go, wasn’t so hard was it?” Luv was now using her falsely sweet voice.

She took a candle and pour hot paraffin on his wounds. It was burning, it was so painful. She removed her panty and put it on Ren’s head. This smell, this delicious smell, he was getting so aroused. DRRRIIIIING!!! Ren’s thoughts were interrupted by the ringing of the apartment’s phone. So this WAS Luv’s apartment after all. She’s helping Seraf to find this criminal. Ren ran back in the kitchen and whispered “Who is it?” Seraf replied “Luv” just by moving his lips. Then, he heard on the other line those three words he hoped would never come out of Luv’s mouth: MRA. No, no, no! Luv knew about the MRA? How ? Why ? A thousand scenarios and a million questions started to appear in Ren’s brain.
“…see you soon” he heard from Seraf. Oh no, she would come back soon ? Ren could feel her reiatsu approaching. He had to get out before Luv sees him.

The adrenaline took over his body. Ren was now trembling and looking frantically for a way to get out. His heart was beating so fast and loud, he thought for sure Seraf could hear it. Ren was running back and forth in the kitchen, he wasn’t looking where he was going and tripped on a chair. Seraf was scratching his head, having no idea what came over Ren. He heard footsteps approaching and the sound of keys in the lock. Ren starred at the door for a split second which seemed to last a thousand years and then he saw the window. “Don’t tell Luv we met” he told Seraf before diving head first out of the window just as Luv walked in the apartment.

Grey’s eyes burst open, and he notices a different roof from the one he used to sleep below, but then memories start to rush his mind and he remembers what had happened. He thought that he may be on Raiy’s living place. From those memories, he gets really sad, making his eyes grow some tears but they don’t drop, as Grey cleans them right away. He sits on the left side of the bed and sees a cell phone, with a paper saying something on it, but he doesn’t read it as he sees an image in front of him. It was Raiy.

Raiy opened the door to his room where he expected Grey to be still asleep, but instead he found him sitting on the bed. "So you finally woke up, kid..." he said and looked at the young boy sitting in front of him, he could almost feel the sadness, which was shown in his eyes. "Do your injuries still hurt?" Raiy asked and folded his arms, he was thinking about what he should do now, it looked like he had only 3 options at the moment.
However he would let Grey decide, after all it was his life, which was going to be changed for ever...

Grey gets up, looking to the ground. “If only my injuries hurt” he said, in a low voice. He then throws an angry look at Raiy, if he noticed or no he didn’t care. He grabbed his sword and, trying to withdraw his sadness a bit, he asked “So, isn’t there anything you need to tell me?"

Raiy followed his moves with his eyes; Grey's hand was moving to his sword, he wouldn't draw his sword against him, would he? What a stupid Idea... he thought. "Well, first of all, do you plan on attacking me or why are you grabbing your sword? Well, I am not you enemy..." Raiy walked slowly to the other side of the room and opened the curtains of the big window, so that the sunshine could warm the rather cold room.

Noticing that Raiy went to open the curtains, Grey said, angrily, “Are you ignoring me?” He shot once more an angry face on Raiy, but this time he did care if he noticed or no, this time he wanted him to notice, but again he wasn’t sure if he did. “I said, isn’t there anything you need to tell me?!” looking at his weapon. Hopefully Raiy would understand this time, he hoped.

Raiy gazed at the sunshine outsied after a while he sighed, “I am not ignoring you, but the fact that you are grabbing your sword in my apartment, even though I could kill you in a few minutes…is kinda stupid, don’t you think?” Then the Shinigami turned around, Grey was still standing there and looking at him, with an angry expression on his face.
“Well you are quiet disrespectful…but since you are a kind of Shinigami now, I think you should know what happened.” Raiy walked over to the other end of his room and sat down on a chair.
“So…sit down, this could be a bit complicated, nevertheless you should listen, because your future could depend on this…”
The young Shinigami took a deep breath and started to explain everything: ”Ok…the first subject is you, as you probably noticed you are not a normal human anymore, you are a Shinigami, more or less…Shinigamis are spiritual beings or better souls, not visible for normal humans, that’s why I was surprised that you could see me, but now I noticed it’s just logical, because you seem to have an great amount of Spiritual power, but we will turn to that later…”
So Raiy told him every important information about Shinigamis, Zanpaktous, Souls, Plus and of course the Soul Society…
He knew Grey didn’t really care about that, he could see the will for revenge in his eyes, so the next subject should grab his attention: “Hollows…”

With a disdain look on his face, he dropped his sword on the bed and sat on it… “Shinigamis, so that is the name for what I am now.” He paid attention closely; he had to know how his powers functioned. But then he starts talking about Souls, Plus, saving people… “Is this guy retarded or what? Like I care about that shit” thought an angry Grey to himself. In an attempt to annoy Raiy, he yawned, but he cut it off as the person who was talking about useless stuff moved on to a better subject. “Hollows”, came out of Raiy’s mouth, making Grey’s eyes open wide. He started to tremble, he didn’t knew what he was feeling, but he understood what an Hollow was in the moment he heard those words, he trembled from the memories of yesterday and the memories of what an Hollow could do… But he made an effort to cut it off, if he wanted to destroy it, he had to learn about it.

Shadow sat on the roof across the street watching on grey and raiy conversation...he was sure that they were about to fight, must be talking about many important stuff, life, death, birds and the bee's...he waited so it will be clear if they are going to hack one another or not.

Shadow mind started to wander into thoughts about his role in the quincy wars. He remembered the order, 'kill everyone in the village' they said so he asked 'but there are only children there', the answer to that would leave him in shock, 'that is why we attack them, their parents are in the front...they wont have anywhere to come back to'.
''its funny" shadow thought to himself, "when you kill one child you feel like your world is ruined but when you continue to hack them it make you wonder if this world is even constructed right, a world where you have to chose between your own life and the life of children. Do anyone remember us? the death squads? they sent us to kill those they couldn't kill themselves. the captains fought adult quincies, its easy, they don't ask 'why?'.
Did the captains said "thank you for killing those children's for us"? actually they looked at us like we were diseased, like we will pass the sin to them. they forgot us who gave up their humanity for their superiors comfort and good night sleep. They don't wake up screaming in night, their fight was clean and honorable...i hate them. this world is rotten. it shouldn't be like this."

“Hollows are the exact opposite of Plus: evil Souls…they live in a World we call Huerco Mundo, unfortunately this Hollows are very greedy, so that they often come to this world to hunt for human souls and sometimes for living humans to, as it was in your case. However here we have the second task of a Shinigami: killing Hollows; by killing a Hollow you clean his soul, enabling it to enter either Soul Society or Hell…” Raiy made a small break to take a deep breath again, “So killing Hollows is what you will basically do, because I can see the wish for revenge in your eyes. Anyway for your revenge you need power, right? You know I gave you half of my power, which means this power will vanish very soon, but I know that you have spiritual power yourself, which means you should still stay as strong as you are now, even without my powers…they are just working as a kind of key. ”
Again Raiy took a deep breath and stood up, “Spiritual Energy or Reiatsu is the basis for your power, you can concentrate it, to form special attacks or even to move faster…but it should be quiet easy for you to use that energy right now, since you have 50% of mine and your own, which is not really developed…” He continued explaining the important things, Raiy knew that he got Grey’s attention, because all this where information he needed for his revenge.
“Ok then we have the last subject, but it is the most important, I think…as you probably noticed the main weapon of a Shnigami is the Sword-“He drew his Zanpaktou and held it in his hand, so that the blade would reflect the sunshine. “-as already said, this is called Zanpaktou and a spirit based weapon, but now comes the most important part: The Zanpaktou is a part of your soul, actually it is a kind of spiritual being itself and it has a name and if and only IF you learn it’s name you can release his and your true power…but that is something you will find out yourself very soon, I guess…” Raiy put his Sword again into the scabbard on his back and sat down, “Any questions?”

"Questions? I don’t care about that Soul Society, saving people and such crap. Well... How will I get stronger?" Grey took a deep breath "Who will train me? You? Who claim ‘urself as a city guardian and allow about 60 people to die?” Grey thought a bit and realized that he shouldn’t have said that, Raiy would be of great help for him, as much as he disliked him, he could only count at him if he wanted to get stronger. “So… Will you help me?”

Raiy looked at the boy sitting in front of him, still so young and full of hate. what a waste…
He thought and after a few seconds he replied: “Well…It seems that you already made you decision…so yes I will help you…BUT if you want my help you will do what I tell you…However there are two more utterly important things I have to tell you.” Raiy’s expression changed, he was now totally serious, after all their lives might depend on that, “but firs I have to know if I can trust you…Grey” Riay knew this was the first time he actually called him by his name, but he needed his full attention now and since he expected respect from him, Raiy should show respect as well…

"If that will help me to..." Suddenly Grey remembers what the talk he was having resemble... It resembled the last night, and due to that memories his angry expression changed to a sad one, "get..." a single tear drops from his face "stronger..." Grey pulls back his tears and changes his expression once again, to a normal one, but with some signs of sadness "whatever."

Raiy closed his eyes and concentrated on feeling any nearby reiatsus, but the only thing he felt was a little spiritual energy source some meters away, not able to hear them.
“Good…now listen…we are not the only Shinigami in this town…it looks like there are weird things going on here, so never and I mean never ever tell anyone that I gave you half of my power, do you understand that? Transferring Shinigami-powers to a human is a serious crime…which means…if you tell any Shinigami what I did, Soul Society find out too and that means…” Raiy took a deep breath “they could and sure would give me the death sentence.”

Grey’s eyes open in shock… Death sentence? He hated the Shinigami standing before him, but he was the only person he could count on. Even that he blamed him from everything that had happened, Raiy had, after all, did everything he could to save him and he even disobeyed the Law, just to save him. Grey quickly shove this thoughts out of his mind, he was thinking too goodly about Raiy, and he hated him, and there was no turning around it. “I won’t tell it to anyone, but don’t think I do it because of you, I do it as a return for what you have done to save me last night”

“As a return? Well thank you, nevertheless…you should do it for yourself too, what do you think will Soul Society do if they find a human with my Shinigami powers? They will kill you as well…”

Raiy wasn’t sure if he should tell you about the explosion and Shadow, but then he came to the conclusion that he should, after all this disaster happened because of the MRA, at least that’s what Shadow said.

“Then there is one more thing…I’m sure you noticed there was a big explosion yesterday…”, so Raiy told him all about the explosion, Shadow, the MRA and of course his suspicions concerning Shadow. “So now you know what’s going on and why there are so many Hollow’s out there…I’m sure you don’t really care, but don’t tell Shadow anything about my suspicions, I am not 100% sure jet, but if he has something to do with the explosion, he could kill you and me without problems, but if he hasn’t anything to do with it, I would be accusing an Officer of betraying Soul Society and that wouldn’t be that good…so please don’t tell anyone about that and avoid Shadow, if you can…” Raiy stood up and folded his arms again, “By the way you are the first person I really used ‘please’ for about 70 years…” he said with a little smile, he knew that Grey lost his family, so he tried being a little nicer.

“Well then, here is the deal I will help you getting stronger and you will help me with my Shinigami business, but only killing the Hollows…” with this words Raiy stuck his hand towards Grey.

Raiy was now acting nice towards Grey, thats what he needed. He starts to give his hand forward, but then he remembers everything, and the angry expression comes back once more. What was happening? Everything was his fault! Grey changes his attitude and slaps Raiy's hand. "A new Hollow has come, can't you sense it?". After saying so, the Cell Phones start beeping.

Raiy felt the reiatsu of the Hollow; it wasn’t so far away, so the Shinigami took out his cell phone and looked at screen. “Well I didn’t expect you to-“he started, but then noticed that Grey was not standing there anymore, “what the…” he turned around and noticed the window was open.
“He sure is an annoying kid…” Raiy said and sighed, but he knew it would be better not going after him, if he wasn’t to stupid he shouldn’t get much problems with the Hollow and gaining some fighting experience was important before really starting to train. So the young Shinigami left the room, Looks like the most complicated part is done he thought and walked slowly to the living room.

Seraf was rather startled by Ren when he jumped right out the window. Hmm....I guess he really didn't want to meet Luv. He saw the door open and Luv walked in. She was still in her gigai and looking great as usual. A smile crept up Seraf's face. Gosh did she turn him ON!!! He wanted her sooo bad and he was gonna get her tonight. He turned on the charm as she walked up, it was obvious she wasn't in the best of moods. This put him on edge. He hadn't known her for long, but he did know her temper. And wanted to avoid it. He looked at himself and grimaced as he hadn't had time to clean up after the fight. He took a deep breath put on his best smile and asked a question he was afraid the answer would be getting punched.

"Hello Luv. How did it go?"

"Hi Seraf, everything went great, thanks for asking," Luv smiled at the shinigami in front of her. He seemed a bit too nice. She wondered what he had been up to. Luv quickly closed the door behind her and proceeded to take the grocery bags to the kitchen. When she came to were he was standing by the doorway, she leaned over and gave him a kiss on the cheek. Making sure she had some body contact with him. She proceeded to her destination, shaking her hips seductively. She knew this would make him a bit nervous and she loved it.

"What do you say, you and I make some dinner together? I've had a long day and I need something to relax me..." she motioned for Seraf to follow her to the kitchen. He seemed to be in shock from the little innocent kiss she had given him. He was too much fun, and he was quite the challenge.

He had cooked breakfast earlier and had failed miserably, buy maybe he would do better with her in the kitchen with him. She couldn't help but notice that he was in shinigami uniform and his clothes were a bit dirty as if he had been in some sort of battle. There was also another reiatsu that she could sense, but it was too faint, so she couldn't figure out who's it was. 'I wonder if he had anyone over?' she asked herself. For sure she could feel someone else was here, but who?

She looked him over. He was very handsome, even if he wasn't all cleaned up, he still managed to look good. She wondered why he was so shy and always on the defense. Maybe she could make him put his guard down. Maybe she could make him tell her his story, then again, most likely he was like that because of a woman, most men were idiots and never got over a first love......

He needed to relax. Luv was just being her usual flirty self. So he had to calm down and make her see that he was willing to flirt back. A smile crossed his face again as he remembered the horrible fiasco that breakfast had been. It was most definitely a good idea to let Luv do the cooking tonight.

"If you don't mind, I think that I will leave the cooking to you tonight. I wouldn't want a repeat of this morning. So while you do that, I think i will take a shower." Seraf smiled sweetly and started taking off his shirt as he went. Giving Luv just a taste of what she could have in store tonight. As he rounded the corner he let out the breath he was holding. That was a lot harder than I thought it would be.

Luv was a bit shocked. She couldn't believe that shy Seraf had just gotten half naked in front of her. 'Well, if he wants to play games with her, she would teach him how it was done' she couldn't help but smirk, as a great idea came to her. She waited until she heard Seraf turn on the water, she walked over to the bathroom door. She slowly opened the door, the steam in the room made it difficult for her to see anything, but that didn't stop her.

She slowly walked in, closing the door behind her. She proceeded to take her shirt and her pants off. This was going to be too much fun, she was too excited. She would get him no matter what. She quickly removed her black laced thong. She could hear him, he hadn't even sensed her yet. She walked to the bathtub and pulled the curtains over, she got in behind him and covered his eyes before he noticed her....she could feel how her touch stunned him. This was way too much fun....

"Hey... guess who? Mind if I join?" Luv said seductively in his ear. She then proceeded to nibble on it.......

Seraf had to admit that Luv had a way of always throwing him off his feet. When he felt that he had gained the upper hand she most certainly showed that he was totally mistaken. But right now, that didn't matter. He had Luv where he wanted her. He might have chickened out the first night, but not this time. He felt her hands exploring his body, going over hard toned muscled. Lightly tracing his scar on his face. He gave in to her touch.

Seraf turned and stared deep into Luv's eyes. His mouth found hers and the feeling rocked him, like a static charge shot through his body to bring him back to life. How he had longed for this. He hadn't even known how much so. He hands were moving on their own, exploring her, they rested on her pleasantly toned butt. He hesitated.

Fear and logic were screaming at him! This wasn't going to help him accomplish anything it said. You are only going to get hurt again, it said. Screw it! he thought. I want this, I don't care the consequences. He would give himself up to desire. For one night, he would put duty aside. and it would be a night of wild abandon.

[LUV]

His hands were caressing every part of her body. She hadn't been with any man other than Ren, and she didn't know what it was about him that drove her crazy. She kissed him hard, she wanted to feel him in her, she wanted to forget about Ren and just be with him this one night. She wanted to prove to herself that Ren was no longer a part of her. His lips were now on her chest, teasing and playing. This felt too good. She heard as a moan escaped her mouth, he was driving her crazy.

'Promise me one thing my Luv,' Ren said.

'Anything my love,' Luv answered. They had just spent their first year anniversary together and after a night of passionate love, all she wanted was to please him in every way.

'Promise me that you are mine and only mine' he had said. She looked at him for a while, was he serious? He was her husband, why would she ever be someone else's? She gave him a sweet smile and quickly pulled him closer to her. A sweet kiss on his lips, to tell him how much she loved him.

'I will be yours and only yours until the end of time, my Ren.'


Luv's eyes widened in shock. What the hell was she doing? She couldn't do this. She couldn't betray what she had once had with Ren, no way. She quickly stepped away from Seraf, and without a word stepped out of the shower grabbed her towel and wrapped it around her body.

"I'm sorry Seraf, it seems that I am not quite as ready as I thought I was," and with that, Luv left. She needed to get away, she needed to see Ren.

He stood there and just let the water hit him. HE was dumb struck. He hurt, not physically, but somewhere in is heart, there was another scar left there. Another broken hope. He had been willing to take of his fake mask and be real with her. Thats what I get for being so foolish. Never again. Ever so carefully he put the mask back on, in the form of another smile. It was becoming so easy.

Seraf turned off the water. Dried himself and got dressed. As silent as possible he left the apartment. It was time to find somewhere else to go. He knew he couldn't stay here and be a burden to Luv and to himself. With only the moonlight and stars as his companions, Seraf dissapeared into the night.

...Tenshi watched Luv follow Seraf, down the hall. That could have only meant one thing, and that is what made Tenshi boil with anger. He had to run, to flea and forget. He was here to do a job, so why was he getting so emotional over this turn of events. He remembered why he was here well

Marechiyo Ōmaeda and Tenshi have always had an issue with each other. It started when Yoruichi left to seek out Urahara and SoiFon took over as captain of the 2nd Division. Soifon felt as though she needed no Lieutenant. Special forces work alone and always have, unless the captain needs them. She had Two options, Marechiyo and Tenshi. Immediately Tenshi knew that she would choose Marechiyo. He was a lazy oaf who would sit and eat and get drunk all the time. But mainly that meant that he would stay out of her way. He on the other hand, would do as she ordered. Tenshi tried to argue with her decision, but knew that it was futile. She would train until Yoruichi returned to soul society.

Now as the third seat of the 2nd Division, Tenshi’s main job was to supervise the training of the other squad members. He was also the one other captains sent for if they needed a member of the Special Forces. Although he disagreed with Soifon’s decision, Tenshi still served her in everyway possible. Soifon knew that Tenshi was her most reliable option for covert missions, so when he was called upon that night, he knew it must have been important. When he entered Soifon’s private quarters, he was surprised to see the sickly Ukitake there as well.

“…the authorization form Yamamoto has gone through. Tenshi will be allowed exactly 30 days to….” Tenshi didn’t feel as though he should be overhearing this conversation. He gave a small cough to alert his entrance. “Soifon,” Tenshi says as he bows before his captain, “you called for me?”

“Yes, Captain Ukitake and I have a small mission for you. How much of our conversation did you hear?” Tenshi, looking nervous realized that he must have been entering the room too surreptitiously. He often forgot to hid his obvious skill in stealth. “Rule number four,” Yoruichi told him, “Never let an enemy know your flaws or what you’re capable of until you have no choice.”

“Only enough to know I’m going to the human world.”The truth was always best when in the presence of Ukitake. He always seemed to be able to sense a lie, even from the 2nd division.
