Anyways, yea it will be like a big filler episode. But I think it will still be really good. The parts of Memories of Nobody that I can remember seeing were quite good all around.

It sounds like there's going to be Story A and Story B, one with Hitsugaya and the king keys and the other on Ichigo and the hollow. Story line will probably merge some where in the middle. I persume we would see a lot of our favourite shinigamis and also the Karakura gang if Ichigo's story takes place there. To be honest I rather watch a movie centered on existing Bleach character than one with an OC in them. Looking forward to the trailer.

Most movies are just random stuff that doesn't have much to do with actual story. I would be surprised to see any arrancars. But it's possible. Especially with the title being the way it is. Seems like it could have a lot to do with what we already know.

Well, all I can say to you is, avoid every anime moive ever made. Cause they aren't getting much better then Memories of Nobody, which was really good. I have watched the whole thing (save the last 2 minutes) and it really does stand out compared to the rest of the flock.

I believe that the Second Movie is going to be very good (compared to the first). Although i will wait for the trailer which is due to be released next month, then i will come to a clear conclusion on what i think about the movie.

I wouldn't count on getting too much from the trailer, let alone the first trailer they release. Lots of quick images at best. We still do have a bit to go till it even gets released.

The plot seems quite good, better then the first movie I will agree with. But parts of it seem almost ripped off for the actions leading to the HM arc. I'm sure they will put some different twists too it though.

Well, at first I thought it would suck as bad as the first one did (fortunately Senna went to the Mary Sue Hell, where she belongs) but seeing as we have a rescue team comprised of Renji, Matsumoto, Ichigo and <3*Rukia*<3, I think I shall give it a go (despite its obvious fanservice in the form of giving Hitsugaya a major role. I like Hitsugaya, but he's waaaay overrated.)

More Hitsu is never a bad thing. I'm just worried about how he will actually be able to stand up against any main villian. He didn't do much in the first movie. He did a little bit more in the ova. But It's always Ichigo that does the final blow. I don't think that will change.

I don't really like the fact that they put so much focus on a side-charatcer like Hitsugaya, even though he was ranked high in the popularity poll, which I still can't understand. I would wish for a movie where the focus is put on Ishida for example and where he has to fight and deliver the final blow to the main villain. I mean, it wouldn't hurt if the main character plays a supportive role for one hour or a bit more in this series.

I hope this movie will be interesting enough for me to actually watch it. Just watching the trailer of the first movie annoyed bored the hell out of me and decided not to watch it.:rolleyes:

Hitsugaya is my favorite captain, so I might take interest upon it. And with the recent manga chapters, I don't think he will have that much exposure to the public. This movie will satisfy the craving for Hitsugaya action, and the usual fighting scenes that are really shounen about Bleach. :)

im not sure if im right but ive been looking around and apparently dont get ur hopes up but there might be 2 movies comin out (i think)... the first is the diamond dust rebellion (december 22nd 2007) and the second is memories of a nobody (september 5th 2007) now im not 100% sure but i think thats wats happening... memories looks like just an ordinary filler tho with no link really to the story, diamond dust however looks like it might...

Well i think i have news. It seems like there's ANOTHER promo at the site (bleach-movie.com) other than the one released (the one with ichigo and hitsugaya fighting). If you look under the 'new' section and click the red font. But for some reason there's no sound so i have no idea what they're saying.

It also looks like Ichigo was handed a Captains robe, maybe they want him to play substitue captain. Ichigo most likely refuses, sets out to find Toshiro, finds him, stubborn Toshiro says die, Ichigo says WTF. They fight, Ichigo becomes an ice cube, maybe a little inner world chat, meanwhile Toshiro runs away to find the key while Rukia shows up to defrost Ichigo. Then they have to go and find the little bastard all over again, it should be fun.

I just watched the newest Bleach opening that has previews to the movie and to me it looks like the main bad-guy is someone from Hitsugayas past. And it looks like they went to Shinigami Academy together..

That may be the reason Hitsugaya is seen as traitor, he was (maybe?) framed.. I can't wait to see this movie~!

-some guy in a mask steals the 'kings seal' or wateva
-his zanpakuto looks like hyourinmaru (it has the same chain and guard)
-every1 thinks hitsuguya stole the seal
-the guy who didsteal it is hitsuguyas old friend from the shinigami academy
-hitsuguya goes to search for that guy and stop him
-yamamoto orders soifons ninja squad to hunt down and kill hitsuguya
-some characters believe in hitsuguya and go intercept him
-that masked guy has some conection to hollows i think, and those 2 gitls who summoned the hollows
-the girls look like they have hollow mask fragments too...
-they might work with aizen

She is in the movie and with Ichigo & Co as seen in the recent ep 151 ED. If you saw the raw or Flomp/Rumbel's sub it was there. If you got DB's, for some reason they cut the movie ED and replaced it with the original.

After seeing the trailer, I want to see the movie despite thinking Hitsu's overrated, because it seems like there's quite a lot of Rangiku, which is fine by my book.

That is exactly my logic regarding this movie. Bah it's about Hitsugaya, but then on the flipside... the more Hitsugaya there is, the more Rangiku there'll be as a result!

So yeah... totally watching the movie for Rangiku. She didn't get enough spotlight in the last movie. Though she looked great fighting in the final fight!

Well, I found out from an acquaintence of mine from deviantART, who lives in Japan and already saw the movie, that Hisagi Shuuhei does NOT release his zanpakuto at all. I guess that scene we saw in the previews was just meant to make it seem that way. Bummer... :(:cry

Hmmm, I just went to 2channel forum to check out the Japanese discussion on the movie.

They didn't mention much spoilers yet, but they gave their reviews and I'm glad most said this movie is better than the first. Some simply just gave it is quite boring and didn't explain why it is.

The animations are supreme and they said putting Hitsugaya as the main is a very good choice cos the animators get to use the world scenes very well. Let's see they would be discussing more later and bring the info to you guys!!!

At the end of Kusaka vs. Hitsugaya battle, Hitsugaya wins and Kusaka leaves the line "You are, after all, the genius. If I ...." and vanishes.
Hitsugaya is back to SS at the end, of course:).

Now, for those of you who HAVE clicked this link, here is my thoughts on the movie:




-Firstly, I would like to say they put A LOT more effort into this movie then the first. A LOT A LOT more.
-Sexy Ichigo makes many appearences, but so does 'lookin-kinda-cool' Ichigo.
-Ichigo wasn't the main character for once, but still ended up finishing off the bad guy.
-Even though he wasn't the main character, Ichigo has childhood flashbacks that some how related to Hitsugaya's problems.
-We see Isshin cry (in the flash backs)
-Ishida and Chad fight Hollows. WOOOOT!!
-Ichigo learns to cut kido
-Soifong is a ninja form Naruto. She can use jutsu/hand seals
-Music freaking ruled. Good choices guys.... really good choices.
-HANATAROU MADE MANY APPEARENCES!! (though he did not talk)
-Shunsui got injured and was hospitalized. Nanao cried for him
-Renji punched Ichigo in the face to wake him up. MEGA WIN.
-Renji was MEGA win the the whole movie.
-Rukia is a cock blocker. Something I just realised...
-Ichigo had major Uke moments. If the theater wasn't filled with little kids, I would have screamed "SOME ONE TAKE HIM NAO!!!"
-Ichigo owns an electric bass in his room. He had now gained infinity moar win points.
-Shuuhei has some pretty sweet kido spells.
-Yoruichi and Soifong did a pretty dance while fighting these weird... things...
-Kenpachi was MEGA UBER TURBO win.
-Ikkaku showed off his Bankai. He made Matsumoto and Hitsugaya SWEAR not to tell anyone.
-Menos have two attacks. Cero, and stepping on people (As one tried to squash Rukia)
-Byakuya is pretty damn cool.
-The two girls that serve the bad guy have cool head gear.

and the NUMBER ONE BIGGEST THING EVER!!!!


-Hyourinmaru was a twin blade. The bad guy was once a Shinigami, and Hitsugaya's best friend. When they both learned and sealed their swords, they found out they had the same sword. Wiki pretty much has this info in the plot summary, and the full name of the movie is:

NUMBER ONE THING IN THE WHOLE MOVIE(what I liked the most):
-Ichigo punched Hitsugaya in the face for not asking for help. Ichigo is a hypocrite

forgive me for summarizing also...as a Japanese person, sentence-by-sentence translation feels unsafe by means of laws (copyright etc) . :o In addition, it is just a little ridiculous to translate it sentence by sentence since what we want to know is the things happening and not the fancy descriptions...am I wrong?:D



A boy with silver hair is standing in the icy field, looking forward with his green eyes.

Suddenly a roar reverberates through the field. Cloud covers the sky. Snow falls and wind blows.

"My name is Toshiro Hitsugaya!"
Answering the boy's yell, a ice dragon with feathers appears.
Despite the Soul Pressure and the ice crack caused by its weight, the boy did not move.

"...My name is Hyourinmaru..."
"Kid...are you going to take the hold of me?"

"Yes I am."
"Obey me, Hyourinmaru."

The boy holds out his hand. The dragon leaves a roar that is not even a sound, and cracks the field and itself with the impact.
When everything was disappeared, the boy was holding a Zanpakutou in his hand.

There is a forest on a hill behind Karakura hi-school without particular names, and there Shiginami from Tenth Division was watching their surroundings.

A shinigami with golden hair appears with Shunpo.
"How's it?"
"Matsumoto vice captain!"
"No problem!"
"This is an important mission. Keep concentrated."
"Roger."

Above them, a gorgeously deorated portable shrine was on the way.
With dansers and flag-holder surrounding, the portable shrine was shouldered by tens of Kido-shu.
The tenth division was in charge of protecting the item this party was carrying: the O-in.

"So luxurious, isn't it..."
Rangiku said, amazed.
"Yes, indeed. ...but what on Earth is O-in? Even us, ordered protection, should not stand out or go out...."
The Shinigami at her side asks. They were hiding in the forest because were ordered not to stand out.
"O-in is the treasure which anyone other than the O-zoku(King family) is banned to see its figure. We will never know its usage or how-to-use. However..."

Looking at all those summaries, he most likely is bleeding the whole time.
maybe that wound was from Kusaka...for how Hitsugaya recognized him looks like is an attack from Hyourinmaru.
Hitsugaya was found by Ichigo, and was cured at Ichigo's house, so at least he was bleeding for some time. I am not sure if he was completely healed when he left Ichigo's house, but looks like he was not, so... oh my, poor Hitsugaya.

Anyone notice in the Bleach 154, the Diamond Dust Rebellion images before it plays, that guy with the mask has what looks like a Quicy weapon too? ;o Would be cool if he has a bow AND zanpakutou x.x The end part with all the captains lined up on the Hougyoku hill and Toushirou standing by himself looks great too... drama ftw~ can't wait to see Soi Fon and Yoruichi in new material too ^^

At first I thought the mask meant Vizard, I hope I wasn't the only one. Also add the the arrancar girls. Looking at more the extended ones, I don't think that is the case. As for the part where it looks like the has an quincy energy weapon, I've watched it a couple of times and I just don't see it. I do see a bunch of generic energy attacks, but nothing really quincy-ish.

Some comments on it:

As expected, the movie was indeed much more thought out then the first one. I'm sure Kubo's involvment helped that tremendously.

And once again, the MAIN CHARACTERS get shafted. All Ishida and Sado do is fight some hollows. >.> Why even bother. At least it was more then the last, but still. I want movie where there is no SS guys. Are the main characters THAT boring to them.

And whoa, Renji gets a lot of love in movie?! You know it's bad when Renji outshines Rukia, Ishida and Sado, combined.

No Shuuhei shikai. :eek: They ssoooooo did that on purpose in the trailer, just to trap us. <.<

Pretty sure that the electric bass he commented on has been in Ichigo's room since the start of the series.

The Ikkaku Bankai makes no sense. Oh well. At least it's just a movie and we all know random stuff will happen in the movies.

Actually, it was Bleach.br who broke out the first camrip of Mem of Nobody. Bleach7 just made it more available to the non Portuguese speakers. I got the torrent from them a day before Bleach7 "announced" it.

Thank 4chan for spoilarz. Apparently the plot is kind of 'whut' but the action scenes are top-notch. Kubo was more involved with this one, which explains why there's no shitty Mary Sue character and Kingdom Hearts mob rip-offs for plot fodder.
