Hmm i never really used a tut for photoshop,
i just downloaded the Nitron brushes from Deviantart.com.
Make a new layer in photoshop and put it on outher glow + the glow color you want.
And set the brush color at white and just experiment with those nitron brushes :D
i always experiment with stuff lol
