I know what you mean, Shado. I used to have to take pictures of my art and attempt to clean them up. It would take hours and even then they wouldn't look clean enough D:
I'm so glad to have a scanner now.
I usually initially draw with a no.2 pencil then trace over the sketch with a felt tip black ink pen. I erase the remaining pencil lines, scan the peice, then adjust the levels in an image editing program. That usually cleans everything up really well and helps make the lines more prominent.
I need to seriously work on my coloring though D:

I have a scanner, I just suck at inking on the computer.....And in real life.....Theres a reason I draw in pencil

Then, since if I shade and add lighting and detail in pencil, its difficult to color on the computer (Which I never finish anyway) the stuff I've done recently (Which really isn't that recent) isn't shaded and therefore isn't that great :cry
I fail! :cry buuuut, I guess I could show some crap....and then I could finish the like 3 or 4 things I'm sketching and scan those too*sigh*

the blur effect is well use and works well to make a perspective image.

you have captured the posture perfectly aswell as the facial expressions of the character.

i would loved to have seen the line art before your coloured it cause ima line art geek.

but it still looks awsome, the clarity of the drawing is expert.


and i hope tht you finish more of your work to help lightn the forum just that little bit more^^
