Bleach Anime Screencaps...

I just lost the ability to make my own screencaps, so does anyone know where I can find good quality Bleach anime screencaps of recent episodes? I do already know about animestocks.com, but they are not complete with ALL recent episodes and they are updated very slowly. Are there other sites/forums that keep up with them really well? Or, maybe someone knows of a different way to make them? :D

I was making them with the "Print Screen" button on my keyboard and then creating the files in the GIMP. I guess some people have a software program that allows them to make screencaps of videos, or something...
