The air was thick and still, the streets emptied some time ago.
This was a little backwater town with a small, rather inconspicuous shop which held a secret... much much darker.
It was a nexus of the three planes of existance. From this point, anyone with considerable spiritual energy would agitate reality, causing it to warp, and ultimately... open a portal to the other worlds... Hueco Mundo, and Soul Society.
Alarms went off in Soul Society. All of a sudden, all returning traffic from the living world STOPPED.
In Hueco Mundo, a similar effect happened.
Hollows and Shinigami that left for the real world would find themselves stuck there until this anomoly was fixed... furthermore, something far more dangerous was at hand.
A chance for hollows and humans to enter Soul Society, or a chance for shinigami and humans to enter Hueco Mundo!
Who could be behind all this? What is causing the constant flux, and why?
New system for this week though. Anyone who posts considerably (the prerequisite is not only a secret, but tiered) gets extra points, AND...
The portal can close at ANY time. When it closes, there will be *no* transportation between threads for characters for at least one week, maybe more. Anyone who is caught in the wrong place (i.e. a human in SS, a hollow in the living world, a shinigami in HM) will get their points from this thread doubled.
