Hey, Anyone know where i can get the old S^M raws from? Ive already got the l33t versions but they're no good for AMV's, they just dont decode, or even if u could tell me what coding S^M have used would be great help.

Sorry, that won't work for him. He said old ones for a reason. They only keep torrents on their site for 3 weeks, then they are gone.

Doogle, your best bet is to go to all the bittorrent sites and hope you find some some still active on some random tracker. But besides that, I think you will have to just find a person that has the ones you are looking for and can help you out. I have a couple, but I don't usually get raws, so yea....

l33t Raws are easy to encode, you just have to activate full processing.

S^M Raws on the other hand are a pain in the ass, they're always screwing me up. Furthermore they have a very low Quality. It' more like a Black& White Movie than a Colorful presenation.

Well im using Adobe Premiere Pro 2 and only my more resently downloaded raws (S^M) work on it, if i try to use any l33t raws, it cant play.

Ive already looked for them on torrent sites and i cant find any so for now, im getting the clip i want and uncompressing it using VirtualDub, ill delete the files once im done.

When I need older raws, I usually rip them off of youtube. I save them as .flvs and then convert them to avi using an flv to avi converter. That usually works for me.

well i know why my comp cant decode it, its going at 192fps.... the S^M ones are going at 29fps and the datarate is more than twice on the l33t than the S^M, which explains the double in file size aswell... ive tried lowering the fps on the l33t ones but it does no good, it just looks slowed down, alot... so ill probably just either keep looking or keep selecting the bits i want and delete them afterwards

I use either Windows Movie Maker
or..
Final cut pro.
Or you can use Vegas, that's good ^^

I sometimes download via RapidShare. Works great with a premium account.

But they're pretty hard to find.
