The episode looked amazing and everyone in it, but too bad Szayel's eyecolour was wrong..oo well, glad even he and Aizen looked good this week.

It's great to see Toshihiko Seki's voice used for Aaroniero, he made the high-pitched and deep voices plus Kaien's.

I had stopped downloading Bleach episodes but I think I will download this one and keep it. The episode is good and the conclusion scene it is great.
I don't know why but I like the way Cirucci looks better than in the manga. I really like her voice too. Dondonchakka is... well... himself (poor Renji). As for Aaroniero, I really like the effects over his voice (although I wonder why he has 2 different voices when he has his mask over his face).

Good episode, Still made me laugh alittle when i saw the vaizard mask.
Dordoni vs Exequies... was ok, but It makes the Exequies look weak.
I know many say they are, but i'd say it's to early to judge that

If Rukia's fight with Aaroniero takes 3 episodes like I think it will, then the last episode of the set (Heavy anime spoilers under tags, don't click if you don't want to be spoiled) with her flashback of her training with Kaien, and her victory over Aaroniero will happen on the week of her birthday.

It seems like it's a pretty intentional decision on the part of the studio to move around some fights in the manga, so the dates would somewhat correspond. But I do hope that Gin is still shown to be the one responsible for moving the corridors. I'm still waiting for her reaction to when she finds out that bit of news in the manga. :nuts

Of course, the reason for moving the fights around is only a guess on my part, so don't take my word for it. :o

I really enjoyed Thunderwitch's look it was well animated. Anyways, but the Rukia battle out order thing does seem a bit odd. Well it's not like it screws up with the story. Either way we are going to see the oncoming battles. Even though I wanted to see the Chad battle.

HOLY CARP at that opening. Fan service galore. I do hope they will learn from the first movie and put less plot stalling scenes (and more action. :D) Time to start taking bets on whether or not Hisagi's release will become canon, like Kaien's from the game.

As for the moving around of the fights... well... I don't think anyone will ever truely know why, unless it is explicitly said for some reason. My guess though, they want to keep everyone in the episodes. though I don't think this will help with anything....

perhaps they are moving some things around also cos they wanna show them happening simultaneously, otherwise the rukia fight would end in like 2 eps, which they don't wnt. so pairing it with chads fight would drag it on.

I have no source on this, but it's likely that they mixed up the battle order simply because Chad's seiyuu is currently doing voice work for a semi-major character in another anime (Rental Magica). It might have been just a simple scheduling conflict.

Hmm....these episodes are made months in advance so I don't think a small scheduling conflict will be the case. Though ofcourse it can be because of that OR they just want to..well I dunno, put those moments after the Aaro y Niro fight, why? Szayel looked awesome. The end was bad-ass. Aaroniro's different voices felt very cool, especially when that music kicked in...

This episode effing rocked! The animation was awesome! Aizen, Gin, Szayel, they all looked good. They did mess up his eye color AND his outfit, but he still looked good. What happened to his funky socks + shorter hakama than normal?! His funky sock things were a charming part of his costume! I like the seiyuu's work, Szayel's cackle sounded nice and eeevil. :cool::love:love:nuts

For Aarionaro(can't spell that name...) I'm glad they got the same seiyuu to do all 3 voices. I can't wait to see the epic Sode no Shirayuki hax and Nejibana!:D

Cirucci...damn I was so looking forward to it being the Cirucci battle! I wanted to see Infinite Slick and Seele Schneider! Oh well all in good time... Her seiyuu is great, high pitched cackling I give a 10. Ag...you know you want it!:che

the exequias killed dordonii as opposed to just showing him fighting them. shame, i was hoping he just got collected or something.

The mixed up order is weird, but I have no problems with it. As long as they do the whole Kaien-AaroNiero thing well, I don't mind seeing it first.

However, one thing bugs me from since I read this manga and continuing to do so, WHY THE FUCK there are pillars that has absolutely zero use or functionality or even somewhat decoration usage in Las Noches :D

I can only agree that the sequence is quite intentional on the part of the animators. They put fillers to slow down the pace, so why the rush now? >__<

Well, nevertheless, I'm glad I don't have to wait for more episodes for Kaien/Aaro to show up. That's one of the interesting encounter in the HM arc for me.

And yes, the character design, the animation and the BGM are all in high quality! How they love Rukia! *fangirls*

I think a LARGE misunderstanding here is that we're not going to see all of Chad or Ishida's fight. I highly doubt that.

They're placing Rukia's fight at this time, very obviously in my opinion, to capitalize on it being her birthday in a few weeks. Furthermore, I hardly see this effecting the pacing of the current arc. We'll see both fights, whether that's during Rukia's episodes, or afterward. Pierrot isn't foolish enough to cut out full fight sequences, or even chunks of them.

If they choose to splice all the fights together, it could actually help the pacing of the arc which is sort of just focusing on one character and their fight until it's over. Cut to another character till that one's over.

Maybe they can fix the wonky pacing. Who knows really.

I really enjoyed this episode. Great for all the reasons already said above. Only thing I thought was a little longer than necessary was Ishida's fight. Maybe I just don't have much interest in his character. But that's just nit-picking so ignore me!
Are the animators just shifting the fight order or intending to show them simultaneously? Seems like the latter from the previews of each fight since almost everyone has met their opponent. I just hope doing their own cuts does not affect the emotional intensity/impact behind the fights, in particular Rukia's. I thought the manga's pacing was just right up to Rukia's fight, then went downhill from there.

Pretty good episode, the art looked good except a few weird Ichigo expressions. Don't like all the colors in Chirucci's playground tho, and the whole thing is just too bright, Bleach was always kinda dark, especially the first arc, and it would look a lot better. Good thing Aaroniro loves the dark. Love the double voice!

It's also likely that they're giving us this fight now because the other privaron fights are relatively boring, and it'd be a long wait for the good stuff.

You know what really saddens me though...? How SO many ppl on Youtube left comments on this episode like "durrrrr...who tha freak is Kaien again?" And then some people gave them answers from WAY outta left field: I even saw one like "that guy from Rukia's squad who failed at becoming a Vizard" (I almost snorted milk out my nose)
Was Kaien really that un-memorable?! That was a pretty pivotal flashback; maybe some ppl randomly skipped that episode? Sigh.

The scene between Aizen & Szayel was very well-done, I must say. Tho' some girliness has been lost from Szayel; you couldn't even see his eyelashes much...grah, his flamboyance was too amusing to tone down though! >.<

So, overall the episode was pretty awesome. I wish Dattebayo had left in the bit about "you're sweeter than chocolate!" and "deja chocolate aqui" aka 'leave the chocolate here'. I mean, that was an interesting little poetic device by Kubo and was even one of the chapter titles. O well. And Cirucci looked a bit odd at times. But applause all around for that episode!
