Bleach Untold Stories

Hi. I just scanned this from volume 12 of my Viz edition. I shared it at one of the FCs; apparently a lot of people haven't read it yet. It was suggested I also post it here. Anyway, it's one of the extra chapters labeled "Bleach: The Untold Stories."

This chapter in particular is numbered 0.8. The title is "A Wonderful Error," and centers around Mizuiro and how he met Ichigo and Chad.

For those who haven't read it, please enjoy :) I hope we can also post any other extra chapters that seem to appear only in particular volumes or editions.

those pics just seem like a normal high school manga.

Yeah it does look like a chapter from a normal high school manga, huh? It's like an alternate universe for Ichigo.

No need to apologize, I'm glad I scanned it... at least everyone can compare/contrast both translations. It's more fun that way :) Mizuiro is someone worth sharing!


What really amuses me about this chapter -- is how it hints at Mizuiro's problems with his mom. Maybe this is one of his reasons (subconscious or otherwise) he dates only older women. Very Oedipus Rex. ;)

Wow, i read this at IchiRuki FC, and it's very interesting. Somehow it justified Mizuiro's insight about dating older women. C'mon he's just 15, how come he already has that confidence to entice women above his age :p.

Thanks for the scans. It's great to know how these guys met. Keigo is hilarious but the last page seems to suggest a little more depth than usual. Mizuiro needs more love. He's such a wonderful friend.

Wow I didn't know that so many people didn't know of this chapter. It is at the end of one of the volumes and I remember thinking it was a nice bonus. (I secretly hope Kubo has more time in the future to do a couple of more chapters like this).

I think it's quite sweet and also it does point out that Mizuiro has problems with his mother, which I think was a nice touch.
