to be honest,my SOTW #14 entry looked way better then it did now but when i was making it GIMP froze up,cause i was accessing sum high level graphic stuff on there,and it just froze up because it couldn't perform that action along with several others.....then when i restarted it i couldn't access it so i had 2 redo it and the redo doesn't look half good as the original...

Hmm sure
This is what i did

1:Get the render from planetrenders.com
2:made the size 420 x 120 with transparant background
3: put the render on the sig
4:Create a new layer between background and render
5:Used :Random City brushes: that i got from deviantart to make a city in the bg
6:Made a layer between City brush layer and background and used a picture from google.com i typed :Green Sky: and used a random pics for it
6:Made a layer between render and city brush layer and layer above the render layer
7:Used Shadymedusa III brush for the layer between render and city brush layer. I used a light green glow effect for that layer and used the first brush of ShadymedusaIII to make the glowing effect and used a white brush color
8:Used Shadymedusa LL brush to create the windflow on layer above the render layer i used a light green brush color
9: Used the standard Square brushes made a different layer for each square and set it on a different opacity, used a very weak light green glow effect for it
10:Added the font with also a very weak light green glow effect above it
11: made a new layer and added a 2px black border


Btw nice wallpaper :) i would use it
