but yeah, my guess would be Iemitsu :/ he also did that thing with 20-years-later Lambo, so he knows how the time-travel stuff works.... though I dunno how he pulled it off then either T__T; but somehow he got those horns from the future, so he must have something right? o___o;

I dont think its Iemitsu because the whole thing appears to be planned by the future Vongola family. So I dont see it being present Iemitsu at least.

^hmm yeah you're right there.... but I can't say it was really "planned", else Gokudera would have known he was going to run into Tsuna that time. Same with Yamamoto, he wasn't exactly expecting them :/ so who actually went back to make sure that the present Vongola family wasn't going to make the same mistakes?
