I doubt that is gonna be happening if he is fighting Shou, I mean tsuna can barely even beat Spanners Mosca. Since spanner is B rank i assume he got alot of good techs 1 v 1.

I looked out over this damned city. It’s buildings piled high on top of each other in a sea of blended colours. How utterly dreary. Though I kept looking forward through the metal fencing and clouds, passed the minute ashen birds against the Prussian blue sky. Precariously lifting the cigarette from between my lips, I exhaled the smoke, which slowly drifted off from my mouth as if it was my cold breath during the winter season. I held the diminishing smoke in my hand, contemplating alone above this city. The sun had been shielded by drifting clouds in the time I stood there staring off into the empty horizon.

Win the "fight" and "battle" are two diffrent things =). To win a "fight" you just have to defeat the opponent, to win a "battle" you have to win the match with its rules.

In the 1st against the yoyo guy, it was Tsuna's fault, and in the 2nd, it was the illness fault.

Against Bel, he defeated him, thing is that Bel has that inhuman thingy. And the Cervello cheated, like I said before.

But you're right Hazel, he never won an actual battle. But we still love him right? :wtf. Who is Gamma? :notrust. Don't spoil me :yell

and Hayato looks sexy covered with blood, they don't show it in anime.

however, for me anime works better when they're fighting, it makes it more clear when i manga it's just lots of expressive lines and it's difficult to read really. i guess it can't be helped since fighting sequences are mostly about the movement. they did quite good job animating for example this part in the Future Arc opening when Gokudera and Yamamoto are teaming up in a fight.
PS. i'm studying amination myself, but god save me from working on such cheap japanese productions.

oi, and after the forth chapter i though 'o my god, was he such an idiot?'. i started Reborn from something just after Mukuro Arc, that's how i do things since i hardly ever find manga interesting in its first chapters, i just read random chapter and see if it's worth looking at. who first made me interested in it was actually Hibari, but when Hayato was done with contemplating his misery, he's also fine. and he makes the best ever team with Yamamoto.

Well, putting the "He meets up with Yama and Haru in the road" aside, I doubt he'd live in Tsuna's closet. (But if he did I can imagine him peeking when Tsuna does his daily business :fu). Tsuna must be a big ass dumb at school, but in reality he isn't. In his fights he shows smart moves and he easily understands that super hard stuff Reborn and others say at him.

Ahaha true. I've noticed 2 fillers so far, but, they actually were GOOD fillers, can you believe it? I'd not know they were fillers if I hadn't read a few chapters. The only thing I didn't like was that the one that featured Bianchi showed her as an weakling, and I hated that. I've always seen Bianchi has a veteran, and, she's training Gokudera, who is one of the strongest guys out there (he's in the main characters, after all). However in the filler she couldn't defeat an useless 3rd squad black spell guy. But, despite that, she was cool in the rest of the filler.

I don´t know why I liked Goku in the first time I saw him in the manga, but I can tell you that the fact that he has a enormous sense of loyalty made me more interested in his character. I mean, not many boys of 15 years can be that loyal to someone like he is to Tsuna. And the more I read, the more I started to like him. He is funny because he is always yelling to the people - especialy to Yama :wha and then I liked him because of his fight style - I have to say that he kicks ass :yell and he is a rebel!

And he has good qualities. He is loyal, funny, is concerned about his friends and I have no doubt that he would give his own life to help them. I think that all these facts together is what makes me a real :fangirl for him

kay, first of all, in the manga they are supposedly around SIXTEEN right now, so no more 14 stuff lol even though the infobook says so, it only states them at the beginning of the manga. second, the Reborn anime is a kiddy show yes. Japanese television has very strict rules as to what is allowed and whatnot. All the anime that have above a certain amount of blood are either censored or aired in the middle of the night so that kids won't be "influenced" lol stuff like porno is even illegal on television at no matter what time. now Jump manga are all hugely popular so their animes are always broadcast in the early evening or saturday morning or something, thus condemning them to cencorship. too bad for us, but eh, if you want the cancerstick read the manga >__>;

I agree on the belt on abdomen though lol I don't like Gokudera's voice all that much either T___T; he could have been.... cooler -___-; thank god I don't watch the anime xD I love my manga <3

I think he could lose, but there's little room for him to lose. Last chapter underlined that the differences between him and Gamma was the loyalty to their boss. Granted, Gamma is loyal to the Giglio Nero, but he didnt trust his boss, Goku trusted Tsuna fully. Perhaps Chrome is there to help him so that he wouldnt be so injured?

I dont want chrome to interfere with their match, since right now they are testing their resolution to their loyality. It wouldnt be right.. however, she probably will help out in some way to at least save their lives, like she already did.

I think that the last shots that both gamma and goku fired had the same effect as when hibari and tsuna released hedgehogs on one another, meaning that they kinda canceled eachother out, and goku and gamma unharmed, but severely worn out from the fight.

Hmm... For some reason I think Goku might be able to convince Gamma to join the Vongola possibly because of Gamma's questioning of Byakuran. I know that this might be impossible, but it was just a thought... or probably I think it would be much more likely for his mafia family to make an alliance with the Vongola after everything's back to the way it should be and Gokudera may be the key for that. After all, Gamma showed some respect for him.

My two cents :D

BTW, Chrome is going to the room where they are or she is still in her way? Because I agree with Bleu. They´re being tested to their loyalty - more Gamma than Goku and I don´t think that Chrome should intervene in that. Unless Goku really need help. I thought that she was there to help Mukuro :sweat

What I think about Gokudera? Well, I had to addmit before reading the manga - I just had watched some episodes from the anime - my favorite character was Lambo.... and like I said, until I read the manga, I TOTALLY FALL FOR GOKUDERA...

Why?? 'Cause his unquestionable and unbrokeable loyality to Tsuna, 'cause he doesn't care if the others like him or not, he's loyal to himself too... but mainly, 'cause he has a great great great and warm heart, even if the tries to hide it... :D and cause I like how he looks with Yamamoto, Tsuna, Shamal, Dino, Belphegor....

What else can I say?? Oh yeah, He reminds me some aspect of myself, so I guess I feel indentify with him too!! XD I know this sounds like cliche, but it's true!!

Gokudera and Gamma are pretty alike, maybe more than they've realized it... both of them are so loyal tot their bosses, and they would rather to die before giving up to their enemy... they had a pretty strong will...

But even if that's true, though against Varia even if they were less experienced and they won, the situation now is different... Varia couldn't kill Tsuna and the others 'cause they were on the same Family, but now, they're being hunting to die... And Gamma stills having the advantage of the situation...reasons? just 'cause he's older, and besides, it seems Gama knows Gokudera well... you know, the part where he says "so, this is Gokudera" or something like that... and if you want other reason, the black foxes of Gamma could stand the fight against Big-Uri!!! that's just proves how strong Gamma is in comparation of our 3/4 italian boy!!!

...And If he had battle TYLGokudera before, Hayato will need to put a lot of efforts to defeat Gamma... :(
