I still prefer the Simon Pegg and Jessica Stevenson's TV series Spaced, stared pretty much the same cast and was a lot funnier.

Shawn of the Dead and Hot Fuzz are fantastic. I love the final battle in Hot Fuzz, senior citizens and priests in gun fights is just made of win :)

Yeh the series was funnier, but that was effectively their lives' work and they had time to make it how they wanted to. Much like first albums versus second albums.

I watched this movie again last night and it's funny to see how different the protagonist is in Shaun.

Hot Fuzz was great but some times it took itself a bit too seriously (and even in the cases where there was comedic intent behind it, it didn't always work). In the end the movie is all about the final battle at the end of the movie >.>

It's with the same guys from 'Shaun of the Dead' (another great movie which you should definately see, although a total different genre) and I can recommend it to you all!

The first time I watched it, I just couldn't stop laughing! Those two idiots are FUN :D

PlotNicholas Angel is the finest cop London has to offer, with an arrest record 400% higher than any other officer on the force. He's so good, he makes everyone else look bad. my favorite part was when Simon was showing Nick how to use the police notebook and then Nick showed his and i know u guys know wat im talking about :rotflmao

hot fuzz was the one of the funiest films i saw in ages when i first saw it.

i hate british films really, but the simon pegg comedy ones are good.

Hot Fuzz is one of the most funniest movies i have ever seen you must see it for "The Greater good" any way i can't wait for the next film in the blood ice cream trilogy apparently Nick Frost is taking over as the lead and Simon Pegg as the sidekick.

Hmmm, without a doubt my favorite part is.....oh wait..I have TOO many favorite parts of Hot Fuzz to name them all....

I do love near the end of the movie when Simon and Nick are basically tearing up the town and Rev. Shooter comes out of the church trying to stop them. When that fails he throws open his robes to reveal an arsenal of weapons underneath.

I love this movie, there aren't too many movies that could make me laugh a lot these days.. ha ha, but this one can! And I loved Shaun of the Dead too! Simon Pegg is a genius!
