Welcome to the Imagery Station!

What is this persay? Two genius annonymous members have come up with the brilliant idea of contest, to be more specific a "Guess that anime & character" contest.


How does it work?
Tuksedo Mask will simply post a picture, and Tuksedo Mask only. Depending on it's difficulty we will name a price of points on naming the anime & character. Those who guess the anime, get a point for the anime names price. Those who guess the character of the anime, get the price for that character. Those who guess both, get both =). If nobody shoots the character answer within a week, a new image will come up and the unanswered will go into the "Hall of Fame" for images that have never been answered within a weeks time.

What are the prizes?
For every question you guess right, you get one official rep from us! We will mention the Grand Prize at the end of the thread. What will it be? No one knows :che , well except for us. Kukuku.

The Rules:
1) Tuksedo Mask posts an image, and Tuksedo Mask only.
2) Images will be valued at a number by their difficulty, ranging from 1 to 3.
3) Name the anime/manga right, and you get the valued point.
4) Name the character(s) right, and you get the valued point.
5) Get the question right and get rep from at least the two of us! Anybody else feel free to rep them as well!
6) If nobody guesses the images name right for a week, it goes into the Hall of Fame.
7) When the thread is over at 1,000 posts, a grand prize will be distributed to the person with the most points.
8) Will take suggestions for shows to be used!
9) We reserve the right to introduce new rules at anytime.

It just occured to me to ask this: Is there a penalty for guessing wrong? I'm sure it'd be bad to just randomly guess a bunch of anime, but will a mistake cost anything?

Tuksedo Mask had considered giving a plenalty for wrong guess, but it was decided that it would make the game less fun and active. But You never know if Tuksedo Mask mask introduce a new part to the game that does something along those lines.

tari, you are not even close. There may be more hints later, but at this point anymore hints is practically giving it away. It's not that difficult, only 2 and 2. Quite sure everyone who has posted here has seen this anime and this episode.

There we go. It's Mari from Kashimashi. Romance-centric anime is pretty hit-or-miss with me (I can't stand Kanon, for example), but this one was a hit...up until the OVA episode. I absolutely hated that episode. In the first three minutes, it completely destroyed everything that the previous episodes had built up. Totally ruined the series for me.

Hm. I have received a PM from Tuksedo Mask, it seems he cannot keep up with his job here. He gave a long explanation about school and stuff. So, here is what's going to happen. The game will continue, with the same rules and the same way it's been being played, expect similar to the trivia game, the pics will be put up by the last person to get the previous pic right. You pick a picture, give it an amount of points set on the difficultly, just like the ones before and let people guess and give them that many points.
