Do you have an Adobe Imageready tut for borders i can never get them to work on gifs i make with that?

i only have photoshop elements that makes good gifs and also been using unfreez which is a freeware program.but i just cant get borders on my gifs

Tutorial for PSP (credit goes to whoever did it) - round borders:

If you want to add a border like mine do like this:

1. Open MS Paint and create boarder there (you can save it - no need to make a new later).
It can look like this:

2. Copy it.
3. Open your gif in PSP/Gimp.
4. Paste your boarder.
5. Make sure your new layer looks like this:

(not white like in Paint).
6. Copy & paste it on every layer.
7. Save it. Your gif should look like this now:

I'll edit this tutorial when I'll get home ^^

The reason why your screen goes blank, or the video still moves is because some softwares do not let you printscreen.

What to do?

In windows media player you can go to Tools --> Option --> Performance --> Advanced and then unchecked "use overlays".

Press "print screen" and go to the picture editing program. It'll work now.


REMEMBER - more screencaps in less amount of time - your gif will look better ^^
